My favorite out of this whole chapter:
For this, he would not only be denied cookies, but oxygen because I was going to strangle him.

That made me chuckle. They're so cute, the two of them.

WOW!! Another amazing chapter!! I love the yamachi interaction, and the innocent, yet passionate, kiss at the end...PERFECT!! I can't wait to read the next chapter!

Ok. I can't help it anymore. I must say that this story is amazing! Without hesitation I can say that this is the most well-written Digimon fic I have ever read. Your characters' interactions with each other just fit so naturally. Nothing feels forced, out of place, or blown out of proportion. It would be a very traumatic to be rejected/smothered by your mother. Yeah, it would hit very hard emotionally. Also, I'm sure it would do crazy things to you to know your kids were putting their lives on the line and there was nothing you could do about it. However, even through all the craziness going on, you still make me laugh. It’s an easy kind of humor. Not simply thrown on to break the tension, but woven into the fabric of the story and an essential part of Matt and Tai’s relationship. Kudos to you. ; )

Also, I think you do a nice job keeping things believable. At first I was a little iffy about the whole fortune thing, but Tai's situation is what really grabbed me. Life happens, and I think it's cool how your playing Matt as first a friend...then realizing how deeply he really feels. To sum up what I hope is an encouragement and thank you to the fantastic author: I simply adore this story, and look forward to the next chapter. : )

Wow, I'm a fan of your fics, I've read the majority of your Beyblade ones but I don't recall if I knew that you did Digimon too. ^^ I love your style of writing, one of my favourites is definitely Running Scared.

But anyway, this is an awesome fic. I read through the whole thing in a couple of hours. Yama and Tai are one of my favourite Digimon couples and you can totally tell that Tai likes Yama. They're so cute ^__^ Also your reference to the anime is good and I really like that about your fics. I hope you update this real soon because it's great and it'd be a shame to see it go to waste if you leave it unfinished.

And please update Once a Thief too ^^;;

yeah! update! you are so evil leaving off were you did. I'm so happy that there's more to this story. I love Tai and Yama together, they are so cute.

Nice. I love how this story is going so far. The plot is excellent, and the usage of events from the various series really helps with the characterization. It's wonderful, please update this when you can.
