Am impressed with the way you are keeping them in character in their AU personas. But Brad's fondness for Schuldig's er ... tush ... seems a bit more than just play-acting for the mission. Is MMS related to a previous story of yours I may have missed? Farf is a riot! His smaller body probably accounts for why it took him so many stabs to off the minister. Shorter arms. Fulcrum and lever. Your writing flows so easily and the dialogue seems so natural to each character. Wonderful job, anxious to find out what the mission is!

Oh, this is getting better and better! I find it interesting that Farf is not a bit changed by the limitations of a smaller body and dependence on his family for many functions, like groceries and cars and diapers. And he doesn't seem to be complaining about his punishment, but making the best of a unique opportunity. Who would suspect the baby? Indeed!! And I think a lot of wives could take inspiration from Schuldig's taste in clothes-to-do-the-housework-in. But puh-leez, tell me that Aya's going to be on a mission when he wears that dress!

Hilarious! When I noticed this was a work in progress I had a brief hallucinatory moment of Garrison Keillor doing a Lake Woebegone episode on the Bjorn Black who moved into town with the German mail-order bride and the two kids who just couldn't fit in until Aunt Helga took them a pickled herring pie and the whole town followed her example and treated the family with compassion, preventing the precious children from growing up to be (gasp!) NOT Midwesterners. This is a great start, and yes, I am very afraid, but go ahead anyway!
