I'll keep this short because I can't write much after what I just read. I had hoped they'd get to survive. Wishful thinking but hope is what makes an end like this happy or poignant. It was the latter.

All the fic was intense, I loved every chapter, every moment of it. I wish they got to investigate Matt's past, to take the most of their relationship, of life.

But still, the ending was great and I kept some hope. When I look at your profile will be the moment I have to let go. Until then, I can hope Mello didn't die somehow and Matt is getting healed at the time he gets to Mello. I can imagine this last chapter is a big nightmare, a dream and there will be a new story to tell about Matt's part. Is it right to hope against hope like that?

Thank you for the story, the stories, this world. It was awesome, I'm glad I went on such a ride thanks to you :)

Mairoo looks a bit like a Japanese mix between Mail and Mello... Am I reading too much into it?

I could tell you many things about this fic. But I forgot them as they went and it's too late for me to tell you now, soon the dawn birds will be singing. I need to sleep.

I just wanted to tell you that Mairoo's feelings about Matt and Mello's death were so closed to what I felt about it, I wonder if it was your intention. Seems to me they did what they wanted to do to have their remains at the same spot...

I don't know what your other stories on this universe are about but I wish we could see more of the other hackers and more precisely how they reacted to Matt's disappearance.

If Mello is praying in Russian, is he Russian? If he is, isn't Russia's dominant religion orthodoxy? He could, of course, be catholic (after all, he spent his childhood in England) but why would he pray in Russian then? Please clear that up for me cause I'm uber confused. XD
