a great fic :D, really sad about lelouch outliving Kallen, I'd hate to have something like that happen, to watch people age while u do not and then eventually die :(

Truly an exceptioinal read. Lacked a bit of body, but in it's conciseness was still a pleasure. The ending was rather pleasing and insightful, though I don't think Nunnally was mentioned and I was curious about her status in the last two chapters. Lemon Content that is integrative to the story is rare and good stuff.

A nice ending to a nice story. Also nice to see a story that isn't complete smutt from time to time.

...y'know. I never expected an AFF story to contain moments of such tenderness that they'd bring tears to my eyes. You're a very good writer.

when I started reading this story I wasn't very crushed with the ruru/kallen... but now I am... It was beautiful and some kind of hard because you really followed the original story which is weird in a fanfiker... great story, kind of sad but beautiful end... i enjoyed it

Apologies for the delay in the review.

There's not much else I can add beyond what I said on the draft, but I definately like that Lelouch is still able to telepathically speak with Kallen. The alternative of Lelouch being completely isolated from her for eternity was just too depressing for me.

Does he really plan to live until the sun explodes, or might he have continued to study the Kamine ruins at leisure over the years to find a way to make the World of C destroy his Code as well? Would he periodically visit the ruins to have more "physical" reunions with Kallen, or speak with the rest of his family once they died?

A fantastic conclusion, IMO. Excellent writing and capturing the essence of the characters in this slightly alternate universe you created.

Love the ending. Lelouch as an immortal... He could definitely pull it off. And you had me racking my brains trying to figure out how you could bring him back to life after he so undeniably died at the hands of Suzaku. He was bound and determined to die in this manner, so he would never have weasled his way out intentionally. And as a writer you would never sully the nature and character of a character, I hope, no pun intended, as I have never observed any such sin in your writing up to this point (for which you have my respect). C.C.'s outside, unexpected intervention could have occurred, given her nature, and Lelouch would not have been able to counter it. I ignore any 'solid' limitations, such as inability to do such and such, because the only sacred thing when it comes to writing fanfiction is the integrity of the charaters' natures. You somehow managed to find a way to save him, when I never thought it could happen. I am impressed.

And did I just read correctly? Original writings? This is exciting. I shall look for them!

Enough rant. I like your story.
