Ah, poor Walter! Though, I am glad he isn't a traitor/dead, this does beg the question of just how that got in his head. Could it have been placed there a long time ago, and only just now activated? I don't see how it could have gotten there recently...

Angel Reaper, Catholics aren't nearly as uptight about gambling (gross generalization here) as Protestants. To go by the teachings of Christianity, no one is supposed to make bets or gamble, but as usual, people pick and choose what they like and don't like about their religion. I sell too many Powerball and scratch-offs during my work shifts to come to any other conclusion, lol.
I don't think it unbelievable that Anderson would know the cards. He's a Biblical scholar and I imagine he would "Know thine enemy". I'm giving him a little flexibility here, too, because he's a fallen priest. The knowledge he had stored away just came in handy. Notice he didn't handle the cards when using them for tarot, only during simple gaming.
Anderson violates Christian law a lot in the real storyline. Thou Shalt Not Kill comes to mind, lol.

And ons again a chapter of this great story I devoured in no time.
You know the last sentence made me burst in laughter.
I needet fife minutes till I could enough breath to write this review.

Every single time I read more of what you write it touches me so deeply that your characters are so real, I finish reading and then panic that there won't be more to read as soon as possible.
I hate to think of going a day ...............make that a few hours without more of your writing. I have read & reread so much of this story that I'm waiting, hoping, expecting,wondering & wishing,constantly thinking about the story. I have to force myself not to check for updates on your story 20 times a day.
Your writing is a gift & I'm just extremely grateful that you share it & that I found it.

I would like to commend your excellent writing skills. I have never watched or read Hellsing, and my purely random chancing upon your fic really opened me up to an awesome story.

I love the instances of dark humour, and especially the extensive character development you have here for all of the main characters. I also appreciate the development of the storyline as well as the absence of meaningless graphic sexual details present in so many other fics. In fact, I've read the entire 63 chapters in under a day because it was pure bliss doing so. I ache to read more of this, but I also do understand that quality work requires time and effort. I really enjoy this and you're doing a real good job with the story. I'll be checking for updates every night ;)

Ah, I do think I'm becoming more tolerant of Anderson and Seras moments. It's kinda amusing how they're getting drunk together. Still, I can't wait until they return back to headquarters so Alucard and Seras can have quality time together.

Hm, an interesting chapter, especially with the fortune telling. Did you research all that information, or do you practice it yourself? Personally, I'm not sure how believable it is that Anderson knows how to fortune tell; my mom is a strict Christian, and she always freaked out about Tarot cards and Ouija boards and the like. I would imagine that Catholics would freak out even further. But I suppose you could argue that Anderson has to have a thorough knowledge of the occult to fight against it, so fortune telling isn't out of the question.

I loved this fanfic for many reason 1. the relationship and bonding between anderson and seras. It's so cute :) 2. Seras finally getting that Alucard can love (eventhough with hard work) and that he will be able to love her (probably already does without knowing it) therefor she stands a chance. Judging by how strong of a Median she is i think it's going to be interesting to see how she's going to concur Alucards heart. She's strong and has alot of influence on him I think there's going to be alot of plotting,magic and seduction going on. I loved the reading cards part how creative :) I didn't know you could read fortune with normal playing cards (or did you just make that up?). Loved it and will always be waiting for your next chappie
