You have no bloody idea how much I simply love this. So many stories have I read that were out of character, inaccurate, or have completely butchered the vampire myth while being so ignorant of it at the same time. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece with us. I'm in awe, bewitched. The mixture of the story Dracula along with Alucard's true history has made me love this story so much more. I often find myself enraged at how ignorant people are while writing Dracula's past, having done little or know research on him. I'm nearly shaking in delight at what you've made this story into.
The only think I'm a tad worried over is the life that Seras acquires in her master's presence. What I hope the most is that she isn't able to bear children. Vampires having children has bothered me for a while, and thoough I am familiar with dhampires, female vampires, physically dead, should not be able to have children. But then again, I'm often reluctant to include children in any story, so I might be biased.
I will be reading the following chapters with unrestrained rapture,
Lady Draculea

Reading through chapter 13 now, I uh, breezed through your... "note". I must say I'm a tad disappointed. I make it a point to not review stories where the author... how shall I put this delicately... complains about a lack of reviews. First, I write as well. While I may not be at your level of skill, or write at a similar pace, I do write and I do appreciate reviews, but they are not, nor should they be, my driving force. Writing should be done for your pleasure, and while I do very much appreciate it when authors share their masterpieces (did I not just gush praises in my last review?), I don't understand this needing reviews thing. I don't know how often I come across writers holding chapters hostage because they don't receive enough reviews, and it sickens me. I have written similar notes such as this many times and while some people understand my concern, most just tell me to go to hell.
It's disappointing to me. Like I said, I do understand how reviews are appreciated. It always fills me with warm fuzzies when someone takes the time to write a well thought-out review detailing how much they enjoyed what I wrote and how I might improve. But the thing is, most people don't and never will bother to do so. Is it not enough to simply know that people are reading and enjoying what you write? It just baffles me...
Anyways, I do hope you are not insulted by this; it was never my intention to do so. A lack of response can be discouraging, but there is always someone out there, even if it's one person, who will enjoy and appreciate your work.
*sighs* I usually stop reading the stories where reviews are demanded. Does it tell you something that I simply can not stop reading this? I even sent the link out to a friend who I RP with. Neither of us are big on reviewing, but it just goes to show.

I've really enjoyed this story so far! I love how Alucard isn't exactly canon, and I adore the Walter/Integra pairing! It's coming along beautifully, I'd love to see more in the future. Keep up the awesome work!

Oh, my goodness, I cannot begin to describe how wonderful your story is! As a third-year English major, I am floored by the clever use of word phrases and plot twists - as well as the very palpable suspense and tension that I feel whenever I read those gorgeously written scenes between Alucard and Seras. As one being subjected to reading poorly written fiction, fanfiction, and assortments of other stories and grading it for fellow classmates - I am tickled pink by reading a story as masterfully written as yours. I do hope you continue to write it! I will be looking forward to updates.

P.S. (It is also refreshing to see a well written Alucard/Seras in a fanfiction site that seems to rely heavily on Alucard/Integra)

It's amazing how much depth you give each character. If I was reading this & I hadn't been familiar with the book, anime & etc. I would still find your story just as enjoyable. Being that I am familiar with the characters from the previous stories, I must say that I'm finding more than enjoyable. I found this story today, sent a review or 2 & then panicked at ch.12, found the 'next chapter' place took a chance on a click & have been well rewarded. I believe I'm now on ch.15 & unless I fall asleep in front of the computer I will be reading all that is available.
I am unsure if I said this already but I feel I must thank you for such a wonderful read. I feel very strongly that writing is a gift & I'm extremely grateful that you share it & therefore I may enjoy it.

Hellsing will always be close to my heart, as it was the first manga and anime I've ever read/watched; that said, I love what you've done with this story. Being the little pervert that I am, I always imagined what would happen if the story was, um, smutty--and you've captured things brilliantly.
I love the characterization of Alucard, he's such an anti-hero, and despite his portrayal in the actual series, I still find him utterly fascinating. Your portrayal of Seras is wonderful as well, I love her inherit strength. So thanks for writing this, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

I've become so engrossed in this story that I just realized I forgot to send the last review & now I think I've sent 2 reviews from 2 different chapters at once. I don't know how the review thing works & if you get them all at once I hope you don't mind. It looks like I will be reading this in place of sleep or a book tonight.
Thank you for sharing your gift, you're amazing.
