Oh my freakin God! This oneshot gave me all sorts of emotions at once. Sadness and anger were the strongest. I felt so bad for Matt because he still cared for Mello, even though their relationship devolved into a battle for dominance. I am upset because he really could have just left Mello the first sign that things were going to hell. I feel ticked off that Mello did not try to improve their relationship, making Matt all the more obligated to end it the way he did. I had tears falling. This fic was indeed the most emotional I've read thus far. Please keep writing more like these.
