I'm glad I've found that fic again after so long. That was one of the first Hellsing fics I've read. Until now I've read almost the whole Hellsing category from adult-fanficiton. I must confess Oh My Alucard is the best one of them all. Ruby is just perfect. She is much better than those Barbie submissive girls from most Hellsing fics I've come across. I wish that fic becomes a tv series or something one day.

Refusing the money was the right choice. I like your story and I've been thinking would I have done the same. Though I have bills to pay, I think I would have refused too. It has to do with principle and self-respect. As Ruby said, she didn't do it for him. It was for herself alone. Taking the money would have made her felt bought. No more than a "mail order bride" if you will. I would have done as she had. Left the money and went back to my normal (as normal as it was going to get) Life. "Fine, stay, I don't care. You're no more than a roommate to me. And I will never be your bride. By the way your share of the rent is $627 dollars."

"Alucard was left with the in-laws." That line alone got my imagination fired up. God, what Alucard could do in 10 mins with the in-laws. It makes me laugh just to think about it.
I do wish you had spent more time on them. but as that you wanted her parents to live, it was better that they didn't. HAHAHAHAHA, "Alucard was left with the in-laws." I love that line.

She bit him??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, nice. Too bad she can't turn him. Can't wait to find out who Mary is. Or what her father has been hiding all these years.

I'm barely on Chapter 10, but I started it a couple hours ago. I normally don't like OC stories, but this one is pretty damn good. I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Good job!

Can you imagine my surprise when I went to check on this story and found not one or two but a whole slew of delicious chapters for reading. Personally I am nothing but ecstatic with where this stories plot(s) is leading and can not wait to sink my teeth into another chapter (or five or ten or twenty) ;P Can't wait for the next batch of updates and to see where this leads, again you did an excellent job of keeping them in character and believable!

Wonderful story! I've read a lot of OC/Alucard fanfics & in my personal opinion this is one of the best at keeping Alucard in character & not falling head over heels for some annoying Mary Sue. This is beautifully written with an excellent plot, I can't wait for the next update.
