Nice chapter! I think my favorite parts are once again the scenes where Misato is affectionate with Shinji and the part with Misato doing the whole teaching him he could say no thing.

Are you going to have Shinji ask for a normal relationship with Misato after she turns him into whatever she's trying to turn him into? Also are you going to have Misato cheat on Shinji with Kaji? I would love to see Shinji's reaction after he finds out his Mistress doesn't want him anymore.

I like this story. both because it has the characters trying to be something approaching decent human beings in their perviness and are enjoying themselves and because it's one of the few femdom Eva stories out there that has a male sub instead of a femsub. I like that it doesn't shy away from all the possibilities of the situation either.
as for Asuka I think that the only two ways for you to go with her is as a domme in training or as Shinji's sister in slavery. the joining him as Misato's slave part is obvious because Asuka is so often a submissive but has only been a slave alongside Shinji (in a slave/slave lvoe story) in a abbandoned story on Darkscribes.org that I encouraged. the domme thing has only been tried once or twice in English lemons and I believe both those cases spring from a series of posts on The Fanfiction Forum where it was pointed out that Asuka has some great personality traits for a domme but no training on how to properly channel those traits. I know you've already decided on what role she is to play but it's fun to speculate. (then again you could go with the theory that she's mentally ill with borderline personality disorder but that seems like way too dark a tone for this story to take that would result in sex scenes that shame the reader more then turn them on.)
if I have a complaint to make its that some things could use a bit more permanency. like the scene where Misato canes Shinji with 50 strokes. that should have resulted in Shinji having a horribly sore and possibly even bloody rump but he seemed fine as soon as the caning stoped. even if he started to enjoy it he should have been tended to by Misato afterwards or at least had the pain pointed out.

Sorry but it feels like the fic is trying to fuse a Plot What Plot lemon with a Porn With Plot story. They don't go so well together.

Another good chapter! One detail I like is how Misato is always reflecting over her actions with Shinji (how strict she should be with him or how kind/affectionate she should be, how much she should reward or punish him, etc.) and whether or not those actions will be good or bad for him.
Another scene I liked was Misato realizing the impact of Shinji's mother's death and the complete absence of his dad (A.K.A. King of the Assholes) has had on his mental state.
Disappointed Rei won't have much of a role, but I understand your reason for why. That said, I'll be eagerly awaiting Asuka's arrival in the story, both for the interesting character stuff and for the 'action'.

Nice first 4 chapters so far. I was a little scepticle about this until the last point on the list, this is my favourite pairing of this series and it's nice to see Misato helping Shinji become a better person in a very different way. As for future chapters please only leave it with these 2, I think it would be ruined if you add others like Asuka in it even though she deserves something much worse too happen to her. Looking forward the the next chapters.

Pretty good first four chapters in my opinion. Everything is good, no real problems I can think of.
I like how Misato still cares for Shinji and such (Rule #8 was a nice touch).
Will Rei and Asuka have a role in this story later down the line? I think it would be interesting to see how Shinji's relationship with the girls would differ after Misato's training, as well as Misato's relationship with Asuka when she moves in.
