With All of My Heart
Mamoru leaned back against the wall as he listened to the voices on the other side of the door. At first he had felt bad listening in on what his Shitennou were talking about, but it was about him, and because of that he couldn't pull himself away.
Nephrite and Jadeite were out. Mamoru had let himself into the home the four shared since he had been told on several occasions that he shouldn't have to knock. He had headed straight to where he knew Zoisite would be, at his piano, but the door had been closed and there were voices coming from inside.
“Don't tell me you don't want him to,” Kunzite's voice said, the first thing Mamoru had heard.
“Of course I do,” Zoisite replied, “but things are different now, the Master is different.”
“He's not that different.”
“He doesn't even remember this, Kunzite.”
“How do you know? Have you asked?”
“Of course not!”
“Why not? You're the one who was constantly trying to get us to remember, now suddenly that's changed?”
“In regards to this, yes.”
Mamoru was puzzled. It had been several months since he had even heard mention of the past life. He had thought that everyone was now long passed that. Even the Shitennou seemed to be doing well making lives for themselves in the here and now. However, it shouldn't surprise him that if anyone was still stuck in the past, it would be these two.
There had been a long pause after Zoisite's last statement. Long enough that Mamoru thought that perhaps he should either leave or enter, rather than get caught eavesdropping. He was about to step away from the door when Kunzite finally spoke again, though his voice had dropped in volume a bit.
“Don't you miss the way he used to touch you? Like this?”
“Stop it, Kunzite...”
“And this...”
There was no reply that Mamoru could hear from Zoisite, but Kunzite continued to speak, his voice growing almost too quiet for Mamoru to hear. “And finally here... You miss it, don't you?”
“Yes...”
“Do you want to go upstairs?”
A muffled affirmative from Zoisite and Mamoru realized that he needed to move quickly. He slipped into the kitchen and hoped that he wouldn't be spotted when they passed by. While he waited, a million thoughts went through his head. He knew what it sounded like they had been talking about, but it didn't make any sense. Surely he had misunderstood what had been going on. That had to be it.
He heard a door open and held his breath as he heard the approaching footsteps. He also heard the distinctive swish of Kunzite's cape and wondered for a moment if they in fact kept to their Tennou forms when he wasn't around. Had he been pressuring them too hard to be normal? He hoped not.
“I thought we were going upstairs,” Zoisite's voice could be heard.
“We'll get there, be patient.”
Where were they? Mamoru had the sudden urge to peak around the corner as if seeing them would answer all his questions. They sounded close.
“What do you think you're doing?”
“What does it look like?”
Mamoru almost tip toed to the entrance to the kitchen. He felt like a child, he was certainly acting like one. He had to know.
“Ah, gods...”
“How much do you want this?”
He crouched down, figuring that there was less of a chance of being seen if he kept low to the floor. He could hear Zoisite's heavy breathing and knew exactly what was going on, but for some reason, he needed to see.
“Please...”
“Are you pretending that I'm him?”
Mamoru cautiously peered around the corner. He saw Kunzite first, indeed wearing his uniform. He was kneeling on the floor, looking up at Zoisite, who was also slowly coming into view. Zoisite's eyes were closed and he had his back pressed up against the wall.
“Shut up, Kunzite.”
“Hm. We'll see whose name you end up screaming.”
Mamoru saw then that Kunzite had in fact undone Zoisite's pants and then started licking and sucking while Zoisite gasped and moaned in delight.
“More, please,” Zoisite begged.
Kunzite gave no response and didn't appear to be changing his rhythm any to meet the new demands. Zoisite reached a hand forward, which found the back of Kunzite's head for a brief moment before the other man grabbed both of his wrists quickly and pushed them back against the wall, pinning them at Zoisite's sides. Zoisite appeared to struggle briefly, but then gave in. Kunzite hadn't stopped what he was doing, and that was all that mattered.
The thought that he had his answer and should leave now didn't even occur to Mamoru. He was transfixed for some reason. Despite not knowing that Zoisite and Kunzite were in fact so close, this seemed strangely familiar.
Zoisite moaned, a bit louder this time. His hips began to buck slightly as Kunzite began to pick up the pace. He didn't appear to be having any trouble keeping up with Zoisite. It was as if the two were perfectly in tune with each other. One knew exactly what the other was going to do and when.
A new cry from Zoisite told Mamoru that the white haired man must be close to orgasm. His fists clenched at his sides, like they were looking for something to grab hold of. He fought against Kunzite's hold again, but it was solid. Mamoru bit his lower lip, mildly aware that this scene had managed to spark an arousal in him.
“Ma... Master!”
Without thinking, Mamoru quickly ducked back into the kitchen. He figured he had been spotted, but realized quickly that that had not been the case.
Kunzite chuckled. “So that's how it is. I should be offended.”
The floor in the hall groaned a bit as Kunzite stood up. Mamoru breathed a quiet sigh of relief that he hadn't been seen, but this had opened up a while new line of questions that he had.
“You want him back so much you can barely stand it, don't you?”
Where they talking about him again? It didn't make any sense.
“I know a few other things the Master used to do to you. Why don't we go upstairs and remember together?”
Zoisite had been silent for the most part, save for his breathing which was returning to normal. The two Tennou did head for the stairs then, walking right passed the kitchen Mamoru currently occupied. Soon they were out of sight, and Mamoru knew that he should leave as well, but instead he sat on the floor, leaning back against the wall, deep in thought.
Why were they talking as though he and Zoisite had also been intimate at one point? He had no memory of that and it didn't fit at all with what he did remember. He had been in love with the Princess, had he not? He certainly loved her now, they were married after all.
Usagi. Mamoru suddenly felt quite a bit of shame. Not about sticking his nose where it didn't belong, but rather that watching Kunzite and Zoisite had made him so incredibly aroused. Why hadn't he ever felt like that with his wife?
