Scorpinac: This time, Fei will be the powerful one. Sian will be just a brat around our heroes' ages. I've fixed that mistake.

A small figure smiles to himself as he watches the hands on the face of the clock reaching midnight. So far, it had turned the day back a couple of times now and the card captors hadn't come for it yet. If they didn't the card would continue to make everyone relive the same day forever. The clock strikes midnight and the visible form of the Time card turns back time again.

"I think we're ready to do this." Mr. Karthing states.
"Uh, dad, I feel as if we've tried to do this but something has stopped us." Josh states.
"Hmmm, I don't remember actually trying to fire up the portal for the first...," Viktor Karthing begins but an indicator starts flashing. Turning his attention to see what the problem was, his eyes widen seeing the readings the intredimensional sensors were putting out.
"Temporal displacement? How is that possible?" Josh asks.
"It shouldn't be unless someone is messing around with time travel...," Viktor begins scratching his chin in thought. No one he knew of had made such a breakthrough. Plus, this was local. Whoever was doing this lived somewhere in the city.
"Uh, do we...,"
"No, that much interference will be detrimental to our experiment. Let's see if we can pin down where it's coming from." Viktor suggests and the two scientists get to work.

"Damn it!" Fei Wong curses. "The Time card is interfering with those foolish scientist's attempts to breach our prison for a dimension!"
"We'll never get out of here." Sian complains. Fei was tempted to smack upside his head but decides against it. These delays wouldn't do, not at all.

"What is the point of recorder tests anyway?" Wulf mumbles to himself after the class had taken their music tests. Lee puts a hand on Sakura's shoulder and guides her away from the rest of the crowd of students.
"Felt like we've already done that before?" Lee asks.
"Yeah, I've felt as if this day has already happened several times."
"It's got to be a card."
"Which one?"
"Time."
"Time?"
"After school we'll need to go to the clock tower."
"Why there?"
"It's the largest clock in town. The card is probably around there. It's the best place for it to effect time"

"And just what makes you think the card is here, kid?" Kero asks after Sakura lands near Lee that evening.
"Is your brain still asleep stuffed animal? One of the powers of the Time card is to turn back time a day. We've probably been reliving this day several times if we're now really noticing it." Lee states.
"I don't believe this...,just what makes you the expert anyway? And quit calling me a stuffed animal!" Kero shouts. The pair of card captors reach the bell tower. The moment they do so, Time speeds up time and Lee's eyes widen realizing what the card was trying to do.
"Shield, now!" Lee shouts.
"Shield card!" Sakura quickly calls out. The card comes out and protects the trio.
"Time card!" Lee calls out and the visible form of the card appears before them. "When it moves to dodge my attack, be ready to seal it, ok?"
"Gotcha," Sakura states.
"Force, know my plight, release the light, lightning!" Lee chants and the bolt of electricity rockets out towards the card. the card, showing agility for something that looked quite ancient, dodges, but that was its downfall.
"Time card! Return to your power confined!" Sakura shouts and the staff is brought down onto Time's visible form and the card is put back in card form and goes flying to Lee. "Why did it go to you?" she asks.
"The card spirits do have some free will. They can chose to go to whom they want...,I guess." Lee says signing his name on the card. The two then hear footsteps coming and quickly hide in the shadows.
"Its the clock tower, dad, but I'm no longer getting the temporal interference." Josh states. He was wearing goggles with a headband with an antenna sticking a few inches out from it.
"The intredimensional sensors back here are telling me the same thing. Alright, it looks like it's disappeared. come back and we'll try again tomorrow." his dad says through an ear piece on Josh's left ear.
"Right," Josh states and quickly leaves. The two card captors breath out a sigh of relief.
"How did he...," Sakura begins to ask but Lee shakes his head.
"He's the son of a super genius. I guess what ever equipment they've got can detect whether or not the Time card is being used. I doubt they'll be able to discover us though." Lee says.
"Fly card!" she calls, "Just in case, you better let me fly you back home." Lee bites his lip. He didn't have a fear of flying, just a fear of falling. He knew at times she could be a klutz, but it appeared he had no choice.
"What's the matter, chicken?" Kero taunts and lee growls and joins Sakura and the three leave the clock tower by air.
