“Ms. Kujou! There’s an intrusion on the bottom floor!” An injured security guard limped into the woman’s office, holding his stomach from a deep gash.
The woman sneered at the man. “You’re getting blood all over the floor.”
“Wha…” Kujou cut the man short by a sudden blow between his eyes with an invisible force. He went cross-eyed and fell limply to the floor, allowing his warm crimson to spread across the off-white tiles.
She clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth as she picked up her phone and dialed a number that connected to the lab where Ryuma recuperated. “Yes, D, I want you to release him now. Apparently, my targets are a bit early.”
“But…Ms. Kujou…”
“Don’t tell me that he’s not ready. I don’t care if he is! Just do it!” She waited for a response, but only smirked when the operator spoke. “Very well.”

The doctor began to protest when there was a loud hiss on the other side of the line. He immediately hung the phone up, not wanting to make her even more mad than she already was. He attentively reached for the controller on the panel and eyed the yellow button. His thumb ran delicately across the smooth surface as he eyed the subject on the other side of the glass. He took one last look at the glowing teen before pressing the button and winced. “Damn it!”
D began to stand but suddenly dropped to his seat when the floor began to quake. He started to think it was just his legs trembling with anticipation, but that was definitely not it. He frantically peered around the room to find the source. “What the hell?” He suddenly lunged forward when the glass from behind his chair, shattered, revealing an aggravated monstrosity, ready to destroy anything in its path. “Ryuma…” D murmured before the teen temporarily blinded him with the bright light still surrounding his form. He concealed his eyes, almost hoping that the boy would punish him for his inanity. However, nothing came, not even a brush against his pant leg. D looked up expectantly, but didn’t see anyone but a lingering trace of aura leading out through the doorway. “Ryuma!”

Kazuma growled irritably when he knocked over another wall just to find nothing. “Where is he?!” He exclaimed to the ceiling, his eyes flashing a deadly red that seemed to match the motivation of his third alter power.
“Take it easy, Kazuma.” Ryuhou placed his armored hand on Kazuma’s shoulder to calm him, but that only lasted for an instant when someone started to approach them from the dust. “Who’s there?” He tensed when a flash of bright green eyes darted toward him and then to his partner. That gaze was eerily familiar. “Kazuma?”
The two-tone haired alter looked at his lover and then to the stranger. He also noted the gaze and shuddered. It reminded him of himself when he was seriously ticked. “Who are you?” He repeated Ryuhou’s question, but with less malice.
The stranger halted in front of them and placed his hand over his left hip. He smiled devilishly. “I’m Kazuhou, your other son.”
Ryuhou and Kazuma blinked simultaneously. They stared at the teen in awkward silence, until Kazuma was the first to break the uncomfortable peace.
“We have another kid? How come you weren’t with Ryuma when he escaped?”
Kazuhou quirked an eyebrow in question, as if he couldn’t believe he was cloned from this man’s cells. “Back then, I was loyal to HOLY and didn’t know Ryuma was my brother.”
“Was loyal?” Ryuhou asked. “You’re not with HOLY any longer?”
Kazuhou shook his head as he turned his back on the two men. “If you want to find Ryuma you had better follow me…and stop tearing down the walls or you’ll kill us all.” He stared pointedly as the brutish alter.
Kazuma grinned foolishly. “Well pardon me for getting over protective.”
“You now have another reason to be protective.” Ryuhou smiled softly, indicating the teen in front of them.
“I don’t need anyone to protect me. I’m capable of taking care of myself,” Kazuhou protested. “By the way. You both are in danger. Ms. Kujou has probably already ordered the destruction of you.”
“Kujou?” Ryuhou approached the teen until he was in arms reach. “Who is she?”
“You’d probably know her last name by Mujou,” the teen replied flatly. “The man who tried to destroy both of you fifteen years ago.”
“How can we forget?” Kazuma grumbled. “So he has a kid too, huh? It feels like we’re reliving the past, except with Kazuhou and Ryuma as us.”
Ryuhou nodded to agree. “Yes.” His response was dreary, but only because of the atmosphere becoming thick and tedious. “Do you feel that, Kazuma?”
Kazuma nodded once as he scanned his surroundings. “It feels like an overly pissed alter user.” He blinked when the teen gasped and took a step back. He couldn’t help but think how much the action resembled a cat trapped in a corner by a savage dog.
“Kazuhou?” Kazuma asked with concern. He began to take a step forward when the boy fell back into his chest. He immediately grabbed the teen’s shoulders and flipped him around. “What’s wrong?”
Kazuhou shook his head frantically and peered over his shoulder at the figure approaching them. “It’s…Ryuma.” His eyes shifted nervously when his brother’s form appeared bluntly from the darkness. “He’ll kill us all in that state. That stupid woman!” He exclaimed as he broke away from Kazuma’s grasp and ran toward his sibling. “Ryuma, stop! They aren’t your enemy. Kujou is just controlling you.” He planted his hands against Ryuma’s chest to stop him, but the action only seemed to trigger a disconcerted reaction. He puffed out a pained breath when his brother’s fist encountered his stomach and shoved him out of the way into the nearest wall.
Ryuhou was quickly at Kazuhou’s aid, lifting him up to his feet. “Are you going to be okay, Kazuhou?”
The teen grunted and noted the pain riding up his back. “I’ll be fine.”
“You said that was Ryuma. How did this happen?” Ryuhou asked anxiously after watching the multi colored teen approach his defensive lover. “Kazuma, run for it!”
Kazuma sported his trademark grin. “Why, so you can have all the fun?” He didn’t have any attention of harming his son. He would just have to pretend he was giving his son fighting lessons. “Okay, Ryuma, I don’t want to hurt you.”
Ryuma stopped in mid stride at his father’s proclamation. He let out a growl that resembled a tiger’s snarl as he lifted his left arm and curled his fingers into a fist. He could hear himself mentally, exclaiming the words of obliteration, but at the same time, he was crying in defeat. His arm dulled until the light completely vanished and revealed his alter arm and the violet bullets on his back.
“You don’t want to do this to your own father, do you?” Kazuma chuckled nervously. He was pretty sure that this conversation was pointless, but it couldn’t hurt to try, right?
The air around them began to pick up and gather around Ryuma’s body and then shifted to focus on the first bullet, flying around it in a flurry of colors. There was a soft ticking and then an echoed version of ‘astonishing first bullet!’ He leapt up and did a quick twist before diving at Kazuma’s head, but completely missed when his target sidestepped, barely missing the fiery blaze connected to Ryuma’s fist. He landed gracefully on his feet and turned his head to gaze over his shoulder at Kazuma.
Both fire-alters stared at each other with censure.
“First lesson,” Kazuma started. “Make sure your opponent is unable to move.” He almost wished he could see his son’s expression, but the illumination prevented anyone from seeing his appearance.
Ryuma’s eyes narrowed invisibly as he turned to face his father. He lifted his arm again and suddenly faltered. A vicious pain shot through his shoulder, but the pain he grew accustomed to over the years wasn’t the same. It felt as if someone had used a freshly, hot welded sword to split his arm in half. He reluctantly turned his head to peer down dully at the normal arm lying on the floor.
“Second lesson,” Ryuhou murmured regretfully. “Don’t forget about your second opponent.”
Kazuma clinched his teeth together. “Ryuhou! What have you…” He paused in his scold to see Ryuma’s tears fall expressionlessly down his cheeks. Did Ryuma actually feel that? Kazuma was about to think he didn’t, but those tears proved otherwise.
Ryuma was fighting with himself internally, as if debating if it hurt physically or just mentally. In the end, he figured it was both. The light around his body started pulsing and flashing profusely. It contracted into a small pearl settling over his chest and burst into small particles. His jaw stiffened as he held in a wail of pain and allowed his tears to fall heavier.
“Ryuma?” Kazuma called softly and flinched when the teen turned his head, showing his pain with widened eyes.
“D-dad?” Ryuma took a step forward and paused when his eyes rolled back into his head. He leaned back about to collapse when Ryuhou caught him for the second time.
Ryuhou wiped the tears from the boy’s face and frowned. “Kazuma, he isn’t going to make it if we don’t get him help. He’s bleeding heavily.” He peered to his left to stare at Kazuhou, but he was gone. “Where did he go?”
Kazuma noticed as well and shook his head. “He went after Kujou. I’ll go after him.” He smiled at his lover affectionately before he ran off to retrieve their other son.
“Yes, be careful, Kazuma.” Ryuhou whispered before standing up with Ryuma in his arms and vanished.

Nanaka: Oh yeah, it definitely hurt. However, considering he’s one of those ‘tough it up’ pricks (just kidding), he wouldn’t dare show the agony of that chip coming out of his nostril. *cringes* Ew!
Akela: Wow! Thanks a lot! I haven’t had a comment like that in a long time, and I’m serious! Oh and here’s the update! XD
