Night\'s Addiction

Ran felt his heart stop at the sound of pounding footsteps over the line. His koi was in trouble. The line went dead. His only connection to Ken went dead and he felt himself starting to sink into the depression that slowly chocked at him when his love went missing for three days. A strong hand grabbed him and the hall was flashing past him in a blur. "Ran stay with us there is still a chance for Ken but there may not be if we don't hurry our asses up." He nodded to the blond and started to sprint.

Omi came in and watched the brunet dodge and kill with ease. He started to land a few good hits to help the brunet out. He grinned a little wickedly as a few burst into flames. Immortal blood was like a match on dry wood to vampires if they didn't know or love the immortal. He smiled insanely as he heard Nagi come on the line. "I'll be down in a bit Omi." He smiled and nodded grinning as five people came through the door. Oh the fun was just starting.

Sena looked at the two tall Irish brothers that came from the shadows and easily kicked open the door. A few vampires turned to them and the came at them. They hacked there way through the mindless creatures that found it best not to defend themselves. He kicked one hard and opened the slender throat. Blood gushed forth and he turned to the next victim. Kyo winked at him and he smiled softly and fought side by side with his soon to be boyfriend. He glanced at Kai who was doing well holding her own. Then glanced at the two brothers who were more like hacking machines than people.

Schu grabbed hold of the pryo's neck and snapped it like a twig. Rozen was full of whimps. He heard his lover talking to Ran and knew the poor man was panicking. He gently felt his way into Ken's mind just to make sure his friend was all right. /I'm fine Schu! A little busy but fine now get your ass down here. / He chuckled and quickly made his way to the basement finding minds to turn against there own clan. He smirked as a few confused thoughts flashed through his mind then stilled.

Farefello watched the first bit of blood trickle from his lover then attacked the ugly green haired man. He waited a few seconds enough to allow his lover to slip from the other's mind then tore the man's head off. His lover pulled him into a kiss. "Killing bad vampires makes God cry! God will drown in his tears tonight!" He savagely pulled the precog forward and kissed him roughly. "Kissing Crawford makes God cry." The man smirked and pulled him along. "Come the others will need us." He nodded gigging insanely.

Ken dodged and went for the kill. Some how the vampires had gotten smart and found a way to defend themselves when they weren't bursting into flames or getting hacked to bits. He smiled as twelve vampires went flying across the room and splattered against the wall like water balloons. Nagi was in the house ladies and gentlemen. He smiled and winked at the boy who just nodded sending any vampire that got close enough to him to join the dark blob on the cement gray wall. "I'm going to find Kase cover me." The boy nodded and he quickly dodged in and out of the vampires winking as Free and his gang came in closely fallowed by the Crashes.

Aya dodged Tot's ill aimed attack. They had yet to kill the four ladies watching their movements carefully. They didn't seem to want to kill them they just seemed to be under another's control. She spun and cut the girl's arm. The other three ladies were doing well on their own. Manx was taking care of the lady that had glasses and Rex had the blond chick and Birman was with the other lady. She turned slightly and checked the hall and knocked the teal haired girl out as Crawford and Farefello came running down.

Yohji tried to keep the redhead calm but it was no use. Ran was in full out panic mode once they reached the basement and Ken was nowhere to be seen. He slapped the redhead once and growled at him. "Get a hold of yourself. Ken has to be around here somewhere and you freaking out will do him no good. Think of what Kase did to him and fight for that." The redhead nodded suddenly gone very clam as he drew his blade. He nodded and shot out his wire helping his little sister out and yanking off a vampire head.

Ken snuck silently down the halls like a ghost. He slowly opened a few doors and paused listening for any sounds. His own heartbeat rang in his ears like a taunting rhythm begging for fear. He opened another door and gasped as he looked at Kase. The man was chained to a bed, blood leaking from his body and onto the floor. He had clearly been violated but was still alive though his skin littered the floor. "Come to kill me Ken. Well I'll see you in hell." He sighed and let his claws slide from his gloves. "It's to late for hell Kase I've already found heaven." He killed his once best friend and sighed deeply suddenly feeling an arm clamp around his throat. "So good of you to join me lovely." His blood froze as he heard Takatori.

The others soon joined in the fight and the coven was quickly dispatched without second thought. For there being well over a hundred vampires they sure died quickly. "Missing someone aren't we." Ran head snapped up and he looked at his lover in the arms of the man he most hated. Ken mouthed something to him but his mind had gone numb. His koi was going to die if he made one wrong move. "Takatori let him go and take me." His sword dropped lifelessly to the ground and he walked over to the man who was eyeing him hungrily. Ken was released and his koi spun driving his weapon deep into the other man and was tossed carelessly off like a rag doll. His heart stopped as a sickening smack was heard and the man pulled him in for a savage kiss.

Ran was turned slightly and saw his koi slumping lifelessly on the floor. His love was dead and he knew it until he saw the brown head shake and big eyes blink at him. "Let him go." His koi stood glaring death at Takatori. The fat old man smirked and pulled him into another kiss. He looked at Ken pleading with him not to do anything stupid. His lover just nodded and looked at the others that all sprang quickly and he was yanked out of the mans arms by Nagi as the others tore him to shreds. He was then cradled in soft sweet warmth and looked up into big brown eyes. "He's dead." Aya said triumphantly holding up the melting head. He smiled and sat up gently taking His koi's face in his hands. "Are you hurt Ken?" His lover smiled and shook his head.

Ran sighed happily and pulled his lover in for a gentle kiss running his fingers through silken hair. He pulled away and smiled slightly until his hand came away with blood. You are bleeding. "Ran I smacked into Nagi's blood wall I'm just covered in blood." He sighed deeply and gave his lover a serious look. "Don't ever do anything like what you did today ever again. I was so worried when your line went dead." His lover blinked and looked at him blankly then looked down blushing at the clipped line. "Sorry Koi I didn't mean to frighten you." He smiled and pulled his lover in for a deep loving kiss. "Kissing boys hurts...GOD!" He and Ken both jumped as the crazy man suddenly shouted in their ears. "Hay you two we should get going." He nodded and helped his lover to his feet.

Ken flinched as Ran grabbed his hair roughly and dunked his head in the tub. He sputtered and gasped for air like a fish out of water as his koi began to scrub his scalp. "Ran stop you're hurting me." His lover grunted and continued with out even pausing. He sighed and held his breath as his head was shoved into the water again. His lover pulled him up then rinsed his hair under the tap and looked over his scalp. "Well you're not hurt." He sighed and turned slightly and looked at his glaring lover. "You can't be that mad at me. It's not like you did the smartest thing by giving yourself over to Takatori. But my plan worked." His lover's glare only got icier. He sighed and stood pulling off his shirt and bending over to drain the pink tinted tub water. He pulled off his pants and turned on the hot water and stepped into the spray. "That's not going to work Ken. As beautiful as you are I'm still mad at you. Your flaunting of that sexy ass isn't going to break me." He pulled back the curtain a bit his body covered in suds and his sponge in his hand. "I'm not flaunting my ass, Ran. I'm taking a shower in case you haven't noticed. Now you can either sit there and glare at me, join me, or leave me the hell alone the choice is yours." He closed the curtain and finished washing himself off only to feel his love slip in behind him. "I'm only doing this because I'm covered in blood." He shrugged and started to rinse off.

Ran growled as he watched Ken step from the shower. Just because he was angry didn't mean he didn't want Ken with him. He was fine with just having Ken be safe until he started to think about what his lover did and what could have happened in the car. The more he thought about it the angrier he became until this came out as the result. He sighed and scrubbed his own hair and body down then relaxed in the warm water trying to calm down. If Ken was handling things better he wouldn't be this angry. He growled and turned off the water. He dried himself off slowly trying to calm himself down some more.

Ken stormed from the bathroom and fell into the soft bed and curled into a little ball and cried. All his past lovers left him as soon as things got a little bit rough. He and ran had been through so much but he had the feeling the redhead was going to leave him. Ran said he wanted to move in with him but he was full of crap. There wasn't going to be any nice little house for just the two of them, he was going to have to find some apartment to live alone in for the rest of his life. He knew what he did was stupid but he was fine and what he really needed was someone to cry one. What they had done to Kase was horrid. The man was skinned alive and was raped several times then left there to bleed to death slowly. He began to cry harder until his whole body was shaking.

Ran paused and looked at the sad form on the bed. He felt guilt hit him like a rampaging elephant. He knew he was too harsh on his koi and now he felt bad. He padded over quietly and gently started stroking brunet tresses. "Kitten what's wrong?" His lover sniffed and wiped at his eyes but didn't look at him. "You are going to break up with me and I'm going to be all alone." He blinked and looked blankly at the torn broken boy. "Who said I was leaving you?" His lover sniffed again and glanced at him then back at the wall. "No one. They all leave me when things get a bit rough I just figured you would be the same." He felt oddly hurt by that but somewhere in his mind he knew his koi had every right to feel that way. He lay down and pulled his lover against his chest. "Ken kitten I'll never leave you. I love you and we have already had some good and bad times and it is normal for us to fight and be mad every once in a while but I'll never leave you or hurt you just because I get angry." His lover nodded but kept crying. He gently kissed his lover's head and sighed deeply pulling big blankets around them. "I love you Ken. We should get some sleep we had a long day and we'll both feel better once we have been well rested." His lover nodded again and he bit his lip. "Ken please talk to me." His lover shifted and buried his face in his chest.

Ken bit his lip but kept crying. Every time he closed his eyes Kase popped into his head and it was frightening to him. Ran was his safety blanket and he needed the redhead more than anything right now. "Ran what they did to Kase was horrible. They skinned him alive and raped him then left him there to die. I know I did him a favor by killing him but no one not even him deserves that kind of treatment." Warm arms wrapped tightly around him and soft lips gently kissed his. "Well get him and bury him properly tomorrow. As for now you need some sleep koi. I promise we'll have every thing arranged and we can bury him by the end of the week." He nodded and gently kissed his lover. "Thank you. I love you Ran." His lover smiled and snuggled into him.

Yohji peeked into Ran's room and smiled softly at the two. Ken was curled into a ball his head in Ran's cheat while the redhead was wrapped around him holding him tightly. Schu poked his head in and grinned. //They look just like kittens! // Yohji nodded to the soft mind whisper from his lover. He closed the door and turned to his own redhead kissing him deeply. "Lets say we fallow their lead and take a nap." His lover grinned and nodded then sighed slightly but happily. "When we wake up I have to go feed, I'm a little weak. I'm sure the other four are feeling the same. Crawford said he would go with me and Nagi and Omi are out so I'm sure they'll all be up for some blood except maybe Ran. He is way to attached to Ken and if Ken doesn't want him to go he'll stay right where he is." Yohji nodded and stretched a little dragging his lover to their claimed room and flopping into bed pulling the redhead with him. "Sleep now, think later. Ken and Ran have their own issues to work out." His lover nodded and they snuggled together quickly falling asleep.

Aya curled into Knight and sighed happily. She was safe but slightly hungry. Maybe Schu would let her join him for a feeding. She sighed and nuzzled her love's neck and smiled as he pulled her closer in his sleep. She gently ran her fingers through his hair and smiled kissing him softly. If her brother caught her now she would be dead. She wasn't really sure she could stop her brother from killing her lover; only Ken could pull off something like that. She had oddly come to love the brunet as another brother, just the more easy going one that kept her out of trouble. She smiled happily glad to have a big happy family.
Yuki looked at Pawn and smiled softly as he closed down his computer system and stretched walking over to him and curling into him tossing of the hat and revealing soft fluffy orange hair. He smiled and removed his glasses setting them on the bedside table and gently kissing the boy next to him. He smiled as soft snoring met his ears and quickly drifted off himself.

Chloe pulled Bran closer in to a savage kiss and smirked as they fell into bed. The beautiful man was all his and nothing could stop him now that he was allowed to have some fun. Bran winked at him and pulled him close ripping off his shirt. The night was off to a great start.
Sena blushed a deep crimson as he sat across from Kyo. He had never had a boyfriend before so he was a little nervous. He had a girl friend once but she jumped from a window. He blushed as the other boy moved to sit next to him then gently lifted his chin and placed a feather light kiss on his lips. His face turned a deeper shade of red and he ducked his head. "We'll take things slow sweet one." He nodded and hugged the other boy tightly.

Farefello was sound asleep mumbling about how badly he hurt God. Crawford shook his head and smiled leaning back into the soft pillows enjoying the slight silence. He was starved but he could live for a bit as for now sleep seemed more important. He looked at the pale man who was twitching slightly and drooling and kissed white hair then rolled over and fell asleep.

Nagi shifted slightly and pushed his blond love off of him then snuggled into the warm body. He smiled softly as blue eyes fluttered and sleepily glared at him. Omi was so adorable when he was trying to glare. He kissed the blond gently and smiled softly running his hands through silky golden locks. "I love you Omi." The blond smiled and kissed him deeply. "I love you more." He smiled and sighed snuggling into the boy. "That's fine." He felt more than saw his love pout and kissed his neck. Omi groaned and playfully smacked his lover. He hugged the other boy tightly and sighed drifting back into a peaceful slumber.

Ran glared at his door as a soft knock came to it. His sister stepped in and blushed a bit looking at the floor. He looked down at the sprawled out naked Ken and growled while covering his lover up. "Ran the rest of us vampires are going to feed do you want to join us?" He bit his lip knowing full well he should because of the blood he lost and the energy he waited. He looked at Ken who cracked an eye open and smiled at him. "Go. I'll sleep some more then go search for my own meal later. You just go and do what you need." He nodded silently and his sister skipped from the room as he slowly got up and walked into the closet pulling on some clothing. He walked back into the room and placed a deep kiss on his lover's lips. "I'll be back in a bit kitten. I love you." His lover smiled and kissed him back in a sweet chaste way. "I love you too. Take your time I can live with out you for a few hours as long as your house has food and I don't have to move any time soon." He nodded and kissed his lover again hating to leave him.

The five vampires split up and found a few nice people to drink from. They were all in desperate need of fresh blood. Ran was the last one to return to the meeting spot and nodded to the others as they all slipped into mist then into the drive of his house. He bolted up the stairs into his room where Ken was sitting on the bed munching on some food and reading a book. He walked over and happily kissed his lover still feeling a bit weak. The brunet held a carrot to his lips and he nibbled on it for a bit then looked at his lover. "Ken." His lover flipped the page in his book and picked a muffin of the tray. "Hum?" He smiled at the slightly detached answer and kissed his koi's cheek. "You are beautiful." His lover nodded and he snuggled into the man he loved drifting off.
