Author's Pre-Fiction Ramblings
I wish to thank all those who have reviewed this story. This one seems to be more popular than Heroes Saga. I'm glad that no one has gotten upset about me using the dubbed version to frame this work. This one has so far been fun to write because I'm learning things about the series that I didn't know before.

Scorpinac: Yes. There are other reviewers at ff.net that got impatient, and quite frankly, it felt right to get them together right there and then. Hmm, just what will I do about the final judgement...,hehehehe.

Due to either sheer laziness, or the fact that the two were enjoying life as a couple, Lee and Sakura had gotten behind on their summer homework. So, for the last before they would have to go back, the two had buckled down, or least buckled down as much as they could around each other. They managed to get all but one book report done. That was why the two, plus Madison, were on their way to the library.
"Awe, you two are so cute." Madison gushes as the two blush, but still continue to hold hands. "How has Tori taken it?"
"Not well I'm afraid." Sakura states and the three enter the library. The two part to go find a book. Lee, after five minutes of searching, finds an interesting enough read, but it mysterious vanishes. Lee's eyes widen and he tries to find the disappearing book.
'This must be the work of a Clow card.' he thinks finding the book again, but it moves the book away again. Lee growls in frustration until he hers Sakura's groans of similar frustration.
"Having trouble as well?" Lee asks.
"Yeah, something keeps moving the book I keep trying to grab." Sakura says starting to get frustrated.
"I think we're dealing with another card...,grrr...," Lee growls as he misses the card now moving the two books that the two were after. The two end up outside chasing the card that was moving the books further and further away from them.
"Which card is it?" Sakura asks as the two continue to follow it.
"I think it's the Move card. Looks like it's heading for the park." Lee relays and the two continue to chase.

Wait wait wait," Lee says stopping himself and Sakura from chasing the card another step further. "This isn't working. You're going to have to use your senses to predict where the card will re-appear next."
"I...,I'll try." Sakura states nervously.
"Alright, I'll start getting close to it. You try and predict it's next movement." Lee states. He comes closer and takes her hand. "You can do this." Lee encourages squeezing her hand. Bolstered by Lee's confidence in her, she focuses her senses and readies the staff. Lee approaches the card slowly, then he lunges for it. The card moves again once, twice, then...,"
"Move card! Return to your power confined!" she shouts and the strands of binding magic force the wings to return to card form. "Yes, I did it Lee!" she shouts excitedly. "Wha...,Whoa!" Sakura shouts, but lee catches her before she fell into the river. Unfortunately, when Lee tries to steady the both of them, the two fall into the river.
"You guys ok?" Madison asks after turning off her camera and retrieving the two books.
"Yeah...," Lee says spitting out water, "we're just a little wet." The two climb out of the river, look at each other, and begin laughing. Lee shakes his head after getting his laughter under control.
"C'mon, I think Wei might be able to get you into some dry clothes." Lee offers and she follows him.

Wei had a concerned look on his face. Meilin had shown up unannounced and was waiting on Master Lee to return. He had phoned Yelan about this and she had informed him that the elders had order Meilin to Readington behind her back.
"Wei, I'm...,whoa!" Lee shouts and moves out of the way of the speeding bullet known as Meilin.
"And just who is this drowned rat?" Meilin asks.
"Wei, why didn't you call me and tell me that Meilin was here." Lee growls.
"I apologize, Master Lee, but you forgot to take your phone." Wei explains guiding Sakura away in order to get her some dry clothes.
"You didn't answer my question, Lee. Who is she?" Meilin asks.
"That's Sakura. She the other card captor." Lee explains.
"And you're not acting cold to her?" Meilin growls.
"Why should I? She's my girlfriend." Lee says now starting to lose his temper.
"What!" she shouts. Wei shakes his head. This wasn't going to end well for his young charge.
