two
The two sat there in their own worlds, Kia not knowing what to say or what to expect from the unpredictable Claire, all he could hope for is that he didn't anything that would endanger his life; Daisuke would have a fit if he even knew that Claire was sharing the same air with his koi let alone still breathing.
" I like when you talk and play." Claire’s voice floated from his to Kia's ears taking him off his key figuration. Claire's eyes narrowed at this.
"I didn't say stop." His voice carried with a degree of empty menace.
Claire like Kia's playing, if he hurt Kia in any way he couldn't hear him play any more. The music continued and Kia spurted a few words of no particular meaning.
" I'd suffer a thousand deaths, each in a different way but no death would be as sweet as the one handed to me by you."
Claire perked up considerably at these words. A small giggle escapes his lips.
"YOU want to die by my hand?" He couldn't help but smile at the invite. Kia was attractive enough to be in the favor of the Vampire. The chair scarped hard against the floor as Claire rose to his feet. His eyes glued to the frightened almost confused expression of the older man. Once again the music stopped.
Claire squatted down to Kia's level, lavender locking on blue. He hated what he saw behind those eyes. Fear, confusion as well as death. Claire brought his hand up to Kia's face using only his fingers to stroke his cheek,
" I didn't say stop playing, Kia." Claire reminded him as he dropped to his knees feeling the shudder of some unknown emotion cross Kia's expression under his tentative finger tips.
Again Kia started to play, closing his eyes so that he couldn't see what Claire was doing or planned to do.
Like with the music he felt the caress of Claire's fingers as they traced his delicate jaw line moving upward towards the ear and then back down coming to rest the back of his hand under Kia's quaking chin. A line of hot moist wetness came down from the exposed part of his forehead before stopping at his lips.
What is he doing?
Kia wandered almost panicked relaxing only against the soft firm pressure of the Vampire lips against his own. His fingers brushed rapidly over the cords expressing the emotions that were building up inside of him at Claire‘s tentative touch. His heart beat wildly against his ribcage as Claire's skilled tongue traced every corner of the outer edges of his mouth after forcing it's way inside, OR did Kia invite him in? He didn't remember. He only kept his thoughts on one that one unspoken rule: keep playing.
*********************************************************************************
Curiosity held him there with the hope that Claire would came out soon. The sun would soon be rising meaning both he and Claire had to be back in bed. Claire because Murro and the others would come looking for him, Buma because that was where Claire had left him.
With one good leap Buma disappeared into the early morning hoping that when he opened his eyes again, Claire would be beside him like it was before he realized Claire's nightly visits to the graveyard.
"Later, Blue Bomber." Buma said in farewell to the air around him as he stole away to lie in wait in Claire's empty bed.
***********
Claire's hand explored what he could of the well clothed man beneath him. Within a few short seconds he had managed to comfortably place himself on top of Kia mindful of the instrument resting in his lap.
" You keep playing real pretty-like for me." Claire cooed, the fingers of his free hand tip toeing down the smooth skin of Kia's neck coming to rest on his adam's apple that bobbed with every word that fell from his lips.
" You've killed me from the inside. The worst kind of death that delivers the sweetest type of pleasure..." Kia's voice trailed off becoming vaguely aware of the tightening in his groin.
Claire took no notice of it. He only paid attention to the words that fell from Kia's lips.
Someone hurt you too, huh?
Claire speculated. Growing tired of the game, Claire's hand went from Kia's skin to his own pockets removing several things: a condom, a stick of gum, his cellular and a small black stun gum.
Kia averted his eyes from the small pile resting at Claire's side, who didn't seem bothered by it at all. He just continued to search for whatever it was in his other pocket. Still searching,
"I've seemed to have left home without an dime on me." Claire explained apologetically.
Still playing,
"I thought that you weren't going to-"
"I offered did didn't I? And since you've been a good little boy I thought I'd reward you with something."
The corners of Kia's lips turned upward into a small smile.
"Then grant me this. Since you took my words out content earlier,"
Claire's eyes narrowed and yet there was something in him that wanted to see where this was going.
"kill me with a kiss."
Claire's hands gently pushed the weight of the guitar off Kia's legs giving him full access to his lower half. Slender fingers toyed with the silver toned zipper.
"I'll make this quick." Claire's voice held a promise that Kia wasn't sure that he wanted the eager Vampire to keep. After all he hadn't even completely given himself over to Dice.
Acting quickly, Kia brought his hands up on either side of Claire's waist, holding him in place. Those orbs of purple widened in surprise as Kia's lips crashed down hard against Claire's, the metal hoop bruising the other robbing them of the full effect of what was being given.
Claire yielded to him, eyes easing shut as he leaned his body forward, closer into Kia's; inhaling his scent and mentally burning everything about him into his mind.
Feeling as if he had discovered a new drug, the Vampire stared back at the once the spell that had been cast broke between them.
"I want to see you again." Claire admitted.
Kia shook his head. His thoughts on Dice.
"Not a good idea." Kia replied with a shake of his head.
Getting to his feet making sure to scoop up all of his discarded tidbits as well as grabbing hold of the neck of Kia's most prized possession. Making sure that it didn't touch the ground ( It now means as much to Claire as it does to Kia), Claire simply stated,
"You want this back, you'll be where I tell you tomorrow." Going into his pocket, Claire once again removed his phone this time placing it in Kia's lap,
"When I call you listen no questions asked and we're both happy."
He made sound so simple.
Stunned, all that Kia could do was watch as Claire departed with his prize.
