characters. Please don't sue I'm broke. ^0^V Ok, I put a character,
Shawn, in but he may or may not have a big part in this.
Title: Homeward Horizons Ch 2
Rating: I don't know yet but does have at least reference to male X
male parings. As with everything I write, I do consider this AU
Author: Carol Duchesneau
Status: 2/?
Pairings: Well D/Leon of course, Tet-Chan/Chris, Jill/Ten-chan and if
Shawn gets paired, it'll probably be with that bird o.0
Note: Ok I know I'm kinda slow with this, I apologise (and please be kind I don't have a beta) but I am trying. I'm apparently taking this in small chunks by the way. I didn't want this to be extremely long. But this chapter is not yet done either. I'm still in process of making corrections to all my stories
Chapter 2
Across the town in a warehouse a few blocks from the Moonlight Sonata a man sat in shadows after hanging up his cell and looks toward a
neanderthal-ish goon a few yards to the right of his desk.
"Kurion, you are in charge of our security measures tonight. We must make sure everything falls into place. We also want our `guest' to feel safe." His obscene chuckle rasped gratingly in the building echoed by the nasty snickers of his minions.
A slender being steps out of the shadows, directly behind the older man's chair. "Nothing will go wrong tonight, sir." A musical voice murmured, his aura seeming to suck what remaining light was left out of the room. The goons shivered all taking several steps away from the boss whose grin only widened.
"You're sure that we will obtain what we are seeking taking this path." He stated rather than questioned as he turned around, his hand reaching out to play with the long silver strands of the younger being's hair, staring into his stoic face; though the other's eyes remained hidden behind black mirrored sunglasses.
A heartbeat passed before the low musical voice assented. "As long as we taken, precautions there will be a ninety five percent success rate master Geren."
Geren nodded, his lower lip stuck out thoughtfully, pronouncing his bulldog jowls. "Now then, you people may leave." He summarily dismissed with a flick of his hand. Everyone in the room but the youth left.
When all were gone he got up out of his chair, limping on an old fashioned wooden pegged leg and ambled toward a corner of his office and
pushed at something on his wall and a panel slid open to reveal a terrified nearly bald man in neon green flannel pants and a polyester
flannel jacket of the same color.
"Now then Mr. Kurchen, what are we going to do about you? Did you think I wouldn't find out you've been skimming off of my profits?"
The other man's eyes rolled nearly to the pack of his head as his muffled grunts and squeals sounded like a tortured pig behind his gag.
"What's that? I shouldn't have to deal with you personally since you aren't of importance? Why I believe you are right."
He turned to his companion. "Serthial, I believe you were hungry? I'm sorry it isn't much, but will this be ok?"
Serthial's glowing silver hair seemed to darken the room even more. "His fear is giving off an extremely nice bouquet, I believe you have more than met our agreement." The creature whispered and Geren walked out of the room. The horrendous shrieks following him out of the room, loud for one who was thoroughly gagged.
