Chapter 2
YuukiSan: For those who liked Chatper 1...Here\'s Chapter 2!
NinjaMouse: No shit Sherlock...wait what do you mean \'for those\'. If I find anyone who didn\'t like Chapter 1 I\'ll break their arms!!!

Chapter 2
Yuki walked outside to find Kyou practicing his martial arts, yet again.
For the past couple of days Yuki noticed that practicing was pretty much all Kyou did. He seemed even more withdrawn then usual, he also snapped at people even more - if that was at all possible.
He would have asked Kyou what was wrong, if it wasn\'t for the fact that the darn cat was too stubborn and refused to talk.
Yuki sighed and went back into the house, finding Shigure in his study “working” on his latest book.
“Yuki-kun,” he heard as he walked past the partially closed door.
Yuki entered the study and looked at his older cousin, “I was wondering if you heard the news?”
“Nani?” the mouse replied in his quiet voice.
“It seems that Tohru and Kyou had a bit of a misunderstanding, so to speak. Seems that when she said that she wanted to be with Kyou you she meant as friends only and nothing more.”
Yuki looked shocked at this news. He had been certain that Tohru, his true love, had chosen Kyou over him. He had been at the lake that day and had heard the emotion in her voice. The entire family had been waiting for the relationship to grow between the two. The family had also been watching Yuki very closely; as if to see is he was going to have a nervous break down.
Yuki walked out of the study determined to find out the truth.
He found Tohru in the backyard hanging up the laundry.
“Honda-san, is it true?”
Tohru turned around; looking surprised at the sound of his voice and holding one of his black school shirts, “is what true?”
“About Kyou and you?”
Tohru looked down at her hands, which were still holding his shirt, “what did you hear?” her gaze remained lowered.
“Damn…fucking…MOUSE!!” Kyou almost screamed the last word as he executed the perfect roundhouse kick.
He had found practicing hard enough when it had just been Tohru outside with him, even if she had just been hanging up the laundry. Now that he could see Yuki talking to her it was almost unbearable.
Kyou knew that they were talking about the ‘misunderstanding’ between Tohru and himself. He wished he could just forget about it and that everyone in the house would just forget about it as well. For a few short weeks he had thought that he had finally beat that stupid mouse, at least to one thing. However she hadn’t meant what she said in that context, she had meant as friends, nothing more. He meant nothing more to her then he did to anyone else in the house.
Knowing my luck she’ll be in love with Yuki Kyou thought to himself as he did a sidekick envisioning his foot meeting Yuki’s face.
This was his fault; everything was the damn mouse’s fault!
Kyou knew that he was being childish, but it just seemed easier to blame Yuki for everything.
He loved Tohru just as much as Yuki did, if only he could make her see that.
He wasn’t good at showing his feelings, but he’d have to learn to be if he was going to win her love.
Kyou looked up just in time to see Yuki tuck a strand of Tohru’s hair behind her ear.
“Damn…fucking…MOUSE!!” he shouted with a perfect snap kick.
