Ch. 1:Ten years later
Ch.1: Ten years later
The 17 year-old girl with blood-red hair and ice green eyes moved along the streets. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she was wearing a soft blue waitress dress. She had just gotten off of work and was on her way back to her and her sisters appartment. She paused and looked into the flower shop window. She always loved the flowers but they never had enough money to get any. She sighed and continued on her way back to the appartment.
When she turned the key to open the door she noticed a white envelope sticking out from under the door. \"Damn it!\" She cursed then bent down to retrive it. She opened the enelope and saw a notice that read:
Notice
Robyn Takashi,
You have failed to pay last month and this months rent. We regret having to do this but you and your sister will be asked to leave the property in two to three weeks, if you fail to move everything then what is left behind will be property of the governments and auctioned off. Please heed the warning and find new living arangments.

Robyn crumbled the paper in her hand, \"Fuck!\" She slammed open the door. \"Kittie!\" She called out.
Soon a 15 year-old girl appeared wearing faded blue wide leg jeans and a white muscle beater that ended right beneath the belly button showing off a few inches of flesh. \"What?\" her raven black hair was pulled up into a sloppy ponytail and her crystal blue eyes were wide with wonder.
Robyn sighed and bit her lower lip softly, \"Do you know of any cheap appartments for rent?\"
\"Uh... no why?\" Kittie put her hand on her hip, \"Do we have to move again?\"
Robyn didn\'t answer Kittie, she just sat down and put her face in her hands and groaned. \"Damn it!\"
\"Why don\'t we just move back in with dad?\" Kittie asked getting into the empty refridgerator grabbing a bottled water.
\"No! Don\'t you remember why we left in the first place?\" Robyn looked at her sister glaring.
\"So what if he beats us, Robyn, we need to save enough money to last us, you can go back to school and get a better job.\" Kittie sat next to her older sister.
\"No, I will not go back to him, I would rather us live on the streets than to live with that arrogant asshole again, I\'ll just have to get another job is all.\" Robyn stood up and walked into her room. She quickly dressed in short cut off shorts, and a old green t-shirt that was a little tight and short, that had some Japanese band on the front, and slipped on a pair of clear jelly flipflops, \"I\'ll be back, I am going to look for a second job and a new place.\" She found herself walking toward the flower shop. She looked in and smiled when she found that it was still open. She walked in and looked for someone to assist her. \"Hello?\"
A tall blond male came into view from behind a large palm tree, \"How may I help you?\"
\"Uh, well you see, I need to find a job and I don\'t know why I came here it is just that every day when I am on my way home from work I look in here wishing that I had flowers to work with. So can I work here?\" Robyn asked the man, \"Oh, By the way my name is Robyn Takashi.\" Robyn held out her right hand to greet him.
\"I am Yoji Kodou.\" Yoji smiled and took her hand. \"Hey Ken get in here!\"
A male with chocolate brown hair came from behind the counter,\"What is it?\"
\"I... uh.. I am looking for a job, can you offer me one?\" Robyn bit her lower lip and looked into his eyes waiting for his answer.
\"I don\'t know...\" Ken started.
\"Oh please, I need the job, I need to find a place for me and my little sister to live, I promise I will work really hard, and I won\'t get in the way.\" Robyn pleaded, \"We can\'t go back to our father please give me a job!\" Robyn bowed down and held her eyes shut tight waiting for his answer.
\"Uh... ok we can see how well it goes,\" Ken lifted an eyebrow.
Robyn looked up with a smile on her face, \"Oh thank you!!\" She jumped on Ken hugging him tight, then moved to Yoji doing the same thing, \"I\'ll come by early tomorrow morning to start!\"
Robyn left the shop and sighed, \"Now a place to live...\" She walked along the alleyways close to the flower shop and the diner she worked in. Finally she found a two room appartment for only 10,000 yen a month. It was run down and the rooms were small but it would have to do. When Robyn entered their old appartment she walked directly to her room. She changed into cotton p.j bottoms and a white muscle beater.
Kittie appeared in the door way to her room, \"Any luck?\"
Robyn smiled, \"I found a new job, at that flower shop I always look in, and I found a new place, cheaper than this one, so I may be able to get you new clothes,\" She stood up and sniffed the air, \"Ramen again?\"
\"Yep.\"
