Here is the second chapter I hope you all like it.

~*~
You ran along the edge of your packs vast territory till your legs burned, and your lungs ached. You knew there was a river near by, and you were grateful for it. The trees started to grow thickly together as you slowly walked towards the river, everything was cast in dark shadows, no human could see in the dim light but you could, everything was clear to you as if it were day light. Your paws made a squishing sound on the soft wet ground when you finally came to the edge of the river, elegantly you dipped your head and lapped up a bit of the water. It felt nice as the water flowed down your throat, helping you cool off, since you had actually broken into a sweat while running. You tried to understand why Jagara had challenged you like that earlier, it didn’t make sense, you had beat her already and claimed the Beta position. Did she really think she could beat you now if she couldn’t back then?

You laid down panting a bit, still a good deal worn out from earlier. Resting your head down on your crossed paws, you closed your eyes drifting off a bit but only for a few minutes. Some ten minutes later you were up again at a fast paced trot headed back to the den, read for some sleep that was sure to consume you once you got there. It took some time but when you finally got close to the den, the smell of blood hit your nose, it took you no time to take off towards the den, fearing the worse as you got nearer and nearer the scent of blood only getting heavier. You barely dodged trees, jumped over logs, went straight through bushes, nothing would stop you. You heard your brothers anguished and angered howl, and your heart nearly stopped. You pushed your self to the limit, and finally you burst through the tree line and into the clearing where the den was, all over there was blood, and the bodies of wolves you had never seen. As you got closer to the den your pack was surrounding the area looking in, when you got close enough they looked back at you and all started to growl, you were confused what was going on.

“How could you do this?!” A young male wolf asked sharply as some of the other wolves parted the way allowing you entrance to the den, a bad feeling ran through you, maybe it was all the growls coming from your pack mates, what the young wolf had said, or how dark the den looked you didn’t know. Cautiously you made your way into the den, you heard whimpers farther back, then the horrible sound of Jagara’s voice, what was going on?! You stopped dead in your tracks a look of horror written all over your features, as your ears pinned back against your head, which lowered, your tail went between your legs. Harmona lay there her beautiful golden fur matted with blood, chunks of flesh missing, she looked to have been massacred, by the now dead wolves you guessed. “What are you doing here?! How could you come back?!” Jagara growled at you, a look of confusion crossed your face, as your brother finally looked up at you like he had just snapped out of a trance. “What…” You were cut off before you could ask anything at your brother’s growling voice. “How could you? Did it really bother you so much that I took over the pack? That you had to send rouge wolves to kill Hermona?!” His voice was vicious as he snarled hatefully towards you, this made you back up a few steps.

“I di…” You tried to say, but never got the chance as Jagara lunged at you snapping her jaws fiercely. “We don’t want to hear your lies!” She snarled advancing on you, along with your brother. You weren’t so much afraid of Jagara, you could kill her, but it was your brother who made you back up out of the den. Now you stood in front of your brother and the whole pack, who were growling, snarling, showing their teeth, you could tell they were ready to attack you could see their muscles twitch under their skin in anticipation. “Leave here (your name) I never want to see you on the pack lands again. You had better hope the spirits of the forests show mercy on you, because they wont.” Your gold eyes were wide, every thing went in slow motion, you had no time to speak as your brother stepped back and the pack, minus the few pups, lunged at you. With an unknown speed you fled, though the others were following closely, someone came up beside you, snapping their jaws and grabbing hold of some of the skin on your side. They would have dragged you down and let every one else attack had you not kept moving, leaving the wolf with only a chunk of your flesh.

The pain in your side hurt so much as you forced your muscles to continue working, blood seeping from the deep wound, running like a river through your fur hitting the ground below. Now it was only the fast wolves that were keeping up with you, though a few feet behind, you could have easily out run them if you hadn’t had the hunk torn out of you. Over a log you jumped but landed wrong and fell, a red wolf was the first over, they wasted no time in attacking you. Just as you got up their paws came inc contact with your other side pushing you right over, their maw came snapping at your neck , but you moved and the only were able to bite some of your face, which wasn’t much better but not fatal. You growled and fought back as quickly as you could, your side hurt making it difficult to move while you struggled for your life.

You were able to bite into the wolf’s paw, you knew who it was but you didn’t care she was trying to take your life when you had done nothing. You probably could have been able to rip her leg off if you had more time, but you didn’t as you heard some of the others approach, again you took off, one-on-one you could do, but in your condition you couldn’t take on anymore than that. Kicking up leaves as you went you didn’t look back, you didn’t have to know how close they were, which was right on your tail literally, had they been any closer they would have been able to grab onto your tail with their snapping jaws. Then you felt body weight crash on top of you, a bigger gray-ish wolf had jumped on top of you grabbing onto the back of your neck dragging you down. You kicked your legs and tried your best to get free or over onto your feet, since you were open to the attacks of the other two wolves, but the one held you tightly.

A black wolf lunged for you and in a final attempt you kicked you legs and were able to knock them back barely though. A new shot of adrenaline ran through your veins, and you rolled your self up and onto your feet, the wolf the had been holding you lost their grip taking a bit of fur with them, and leaving a big gash mark in the back of your neck. The three wolves circled you for what seemed like forever, they snarled and growled at you which you returned back, you mind racing. This area was familiar you knew it and that’s when it struck you there was a waterfall near by, to your left actually. You turned to your left not letting down you guard, there was a substantial gap in between the three, you waited time slowed down, there was your chance as that black wolf just passed you. No longer holding back you jolted off, all the pain from the wounds forgotten for just a moment. Soon fifty feet was cover then sixty, eighty next, the wolves that were behind you weren‘t able to keep up now that you were sprinting. Soon the ground under your paws turned to rock, you could see the edge only seven feet away, your legs burned as you leapt over the edge soaring through the air.

As you free fell you turned onto your back and saw the three wolves that had been after you, you committed them to memory, you would destroy them just like everyone else for attacking you, trying to take your life. If nothing else would keep you alive your hate would, you weren’t going to let death claim you till everyone of them was dead first. You hit the water hard it made your whole body burn, as the cold waters consumed you, causing you to sink a bit in your shocked state before you began to kick your paws. Finally your lungs filled with air as you broke the surface of water, and the current knocked against you in waves sending you right back under. You struggled like this hitting against partially submerged rocks, gasping for breath, nearly drowning as you were carried along with the current. Your body screamed and ached in exhaustion, it refused to listen you your demands to keep paddling and moving, the wounds you had only seemed to worse and more were added, again you went under but this time you couldn’t force your body to work, so you didn’t come back up.

You watched as the light dimmed as you sank further to the rivers deep bottom, air bubbled escaping you, your lungs started to burn yet you could do nothing to save your self. You started to black out your vision becoming so blurry as you closed your eyes only to reopen them in the ice cold water, for a moment you thought you saw a figure moving towards you, but all thought was lost as darkness consumed you.

Tsume dragged your limp form onto land, as Toboe waited impatiently. “Is she ok? Who is she? Why I she like this?” the younger wolf asked a bit worriedly, as he circled around Tsume and, while the older wolf shook off. Normally Tsume probably wouldn’t have answered but he felt that he should, after all he had just jumped into a ragging river to save you, for no apparent reason. “I’m not sure if she is ok, I mean look at her, and who knows why she is like this.” He said as he took in your form, shaking his he could only guess what had happened to you. “We will probably need to take her to the den if we want her ti live long enough to get answers. “ Toboe nodded his head in understanding, but Tsume hadn’t answered one of his questions. “But who is she?” Toboe had never gone to one of the meetings so he didn’t know who you were, “She is Darcia’s sister, (your name).” Tsume replied before switching into his human form. “Come on we should take her to Kiba.” He said picking up you up, with the young wolf at his side who gave a nod, and they both started back to the others.

~*~

Ok well tell me who you want to be paired with in your reviews, you can choose anyone but Kiba and Cheza, so that leaves you with Tsume, Toboe, Hige, Blue, and any other character I may bring in and turn into a wolf.
