Honeysuckle

Life was great for Haseo. Not only did he confess his love to Shino, but she loved him back. They had even gotten intimate. Over the next few days following that event, they had had many such encounters. Haseo was happier then he had ever been.

Shino was very happy with the events too. She always thought back to them as she lay in grassy Areas petting lucky animals. She was there right now telling the lucky animal of her most recent experience with Haseo, when she got a short mail from Tabby. "I wonder what she wants" Shino said " I haven't been in contact with her since the Brigade broke up". She returned to the Chaos Gate and warped back to Mac Anu. She then went to the bridge in the Alchemy district where Tabby was waiting. "Hello! Long time no see." Shino greeted her.

"Hello" said Tabby in her never-faltering cheerful voice. "Thanks for coming" "No problem" Shino said "What's up?"
"Oh it's just that Sakisaka is quitting The World" answered the cat sadly. "Sakisaka" Shino said quietly. "The Twilight Brigade really is gone isn't it. It started with Ovan's disappearence."

"So there's still been no contact with him?" Tabby asked. "None..." Shino trailed off. Suddenly, she recieved a
short message. The sender sounded like- like Ovan! "Come to the Hulle Granz Cathedral" the short mail said. Shino decided she should obey. If it was really Ovan...` Nobody had any idea of what happened to him at that Lost Ground.

"Shino? Answer me!" said Tabby and Shino realized she'd been silent for a few seconds. "I have to go to the Hulle Granz Cathedral!" Shino said hurridly. Without waiting for a reply, she ran off to a warp point and disappeared.

Haseo had just finished beating the crap out of a few PKers. He had come to the Area to level up but some PKers decided he would make a good victim. How very wrong they were. Right after the fight, he got a short-mail from Tabby. "Haseo" Tabby said. "Shino left in a hurry to the Hulle Granz. Thought you should know" "Thank you" Haseo replied. "I'll go check it out"

He went to the Chaos Gate and warped back to Mac Anu. Then he put in the Area words: Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground. These words warped him outside the Hulle Granz Cathedral. He ran to the doors and opened them, just in time to see Shino falling to the ground. It seemed she had been PKed. Haseo ran over for a closer look, expecting her to burn away like normal. However, that's not what happened. Her skin started dissolving revealing patches of blue data underneath.

"Shino!" Haseo yelled in alarm. He had never known this to happen and was afraid for Shino. "Haseo..." Shino said faintly so that Haseo had to turn up the volume to hear. "I'm fading".

"You were just PKed right? You'll reappear in a few minutes right?" Haseo said in a panicky voice thinking he wasn't correct. Shino confirmed his suspicions with the next sentence: "No, my real self is fading" She said just as faintly. Her body continued to evaporate into the air. "Hang in there Shino! You're going to be ok!" Haseo shouted. But it didn't seem that way at all. It seemd as if Shino would disappear.

"Haseo..." Shino said "Never forget that I love you" With her last bit of strength, she kissed Haseo. Then she disappeared completly. "Shino!" Haseo yelled now completly panicking. He sent her a short-mail. No answer. In the real world, he called Shino's cell phone. " Answer it please!" Haseo said. But she didn't.

The next day, Haseo received a phone call from Shino's cell phone. However, it was her mother on the phone not Shino. "I saw this number on her cell phone and decided to call you back" Shino's mother said "Who are you?" "She knows me as Haseo" Haseo replied. "We are really good friends" he said decided not to mention they were more then that."What has happened to her?"

"Since you are a good friend of my daughter, I will tell you" she replied. "She lives alone, so I knew nothing until after it happened. Her friends became worried when she didn't answer her cell phone so they called me. Last night, her landlord came in and found her on the floor. She apparently was knocked out. When she got to the hospital, an examination showed that she had fallen into a coma. But how it happened, they don't know."

"A coma!?" Haseo said trying to stay calm. " Shino" "Well, I'd better go" said Shino's mother in a sad tone. "Oh and feel free to visit her any time you want" "Thank you, I will" replied Haseo, his tone also sad. " He hung up his cell phone.

Haseo went as quickly as he could to the hospital where Shino was. The receptionist there told him that she was on the 2nd floor in the 3rd room. It was there that Haseo first saw the real life Shino. She was as beautiful as her character was, but Haseo didn't care about that. She was in a coma and that was all that mattered. "Shino" Haseo said touching her lifeless arm. "Come back! Please come back!" She said nothing of course. "Shino!" Haseo yelled in sadness. Then he burst into tears, the first time he had done so in a long time. "Please come back Shino" he said repeatedly through tears.

From that day on, his heart became cold in "The World" He learned from the forums that Tri-Edge had the power to put people into comas and believed that it was Tri-Edge who did it to Shino. He focused on nothing else except getting stronger. He began asking for information on Tri-Edge from PKers. If they didn't give good information, Haseo would kill them. He became cold to everyone in the game and nobody ever saw his good side. One night, when the PKers planned an ambush, Haseo killed all 100 PKers that participated in it and gained the nickname: "The Terror of Death". He had become a ruthless killing machine in effort to get stronger and Avenge Shino.

It was only in a hospital in the real world that Haseo showed emotions other than anger. Every day, He would visit Shino and leave her Honeysuckles to prove his devoted affection to her. He would usually stay there for hours and cry for the girl he loved. He cried for Shino, because she had become a Lost One
