Shigure smiled as he idly stroked the paint brush across the backs of the small wooden animals he was creating to just pass the time. The girl had a pattern, every morning she would get up, take a quick bath in the stream, get dressed into the boys uniform for the same school that Yuki attended, and then she would leave and go to the school.
After school hours, she went to a diner, where she waited on groups of people or singles for nearly five hours before the shop closed up for the night, and she would stay late and clean up. Then she would come back, take a quick dip, and get into bed. She repeated it every day but Sunday, she did nothing but go into town on Sunday\'s, the day with no school and no work.
Shigure smiled, and decided to follow her one day, being dressed up in something other then his nice flowing kimono... and what he found was rather entertaining. It seemed she entered a singing contest every Sunday... At first, Shigure was just planning on cheering with the others when her song ended, but he found himself completely spell bound by her.
Today, she wore a black pair of pants, that held tight round her hips, and a tank top that showed her stomach off nicely, proving she wore a belly button ring. She also had on a knee length black coat that flared out on the sides as she sang a song that left those gathered completely breathless...

Shigure swallowed hard, her haunting voice, slow swaying motions had left more then an imprint on his mind. She was on his land, and it was high time the song bird found her way into a cage...even if he had to rob her of everything in her world...
