I still own nothing but my created characters. I was struggling for a direction to take this arc at first, but I've once again gotten inspiration. So here's the next part.

Eli sighs as he walks into the inner chamber of the elders of Lee's family. They hadn't tried to nab Lee and Meilin so it was time to make sure they didn't have something up their collective sleeves.
"Ah, honorable ancestor, welcome. What has brought you into our presence?" the head elder asks.
"I come to ask that you not interfere with the nexus that your future patriarch and his cousin have become apart of." Eli states diplomatically.
"We've decided, reluctantly, that Lee's arranged marriage to Meilin is to be dissolved." the head elder says. Eli inwardly sighs in relief. "However, Meilin is not off the hook."
"What do you mean?" Eli asks getting concerned.
"If for some reason Lee were to find a suitor that is comparable to Rae then she would be betrothed to Tao Lin Sing." the head elder says glaring at Yelan who'd been the one to get her son out of the marriage. Lee's mother glares back furious that the decision had been made to go with the second arranged marriage.
"This cannot be allowed." Eli says firmly.
"Tao has been sent to bring her back." the head elder states smugly.
"Why do you insist on fighting against fate?" Eli asks.
"We will not allow Meilin to marry one that we don't approve of."
'Hm, I wonder why they wouldn't approve of Wulf? Probably because he's of European dessent.' Eli thinks. "Fate will not allow this to happen." Eli says glaring at the head elder.
"While we may respect you Clow, we believe that fate has no power over us. We decide what our fate is. Being the elders of this family we also decide the fate of those who don't have the mental capacity to make the right choices for themselves."
"Your arrogance will destroy you." Eli states coldly.
"We'll see." the head elder states and Eli leaves.

"I can assume that it didn't go well?" Spinner asks seeing his master throw a book across the room as hard as he could.
"No, it didn't. They've come up with another arranged marriage for Meilin."
"Do we go...,"
"No, this situation with Darren is for them to deal with. If I were to go back to Readington I would be tempted to help them."
"From what Ruby...,"
"I know what Ruby said, Spinner. If Darren directly provokes me then we'll get involved." Eli says leaning back in his chair. Now he understood why Yelan had contacted him.

'What is this aura I'm sensing? I feel like I should know but I don't.' Lee thinks as he walks to school. It had been three weeks since that last fight with Darren's pets. His training with the element of light was going slow but Lee was making progress. He then sees a figure standing outside the front entrance to the school. The lean male student was the one giving off the unusual aura. 'Tao Sing...,that explains the holy magic, but what is he doing here?
"Lee Shaoran...,it has been a long time since we've last seen each other." Tao says in greeting.
"What are you doing here Tao?"
"The elders sent me."
"What? Why?"
"That is for Meilin's ears to hear. Where's she anyway?" he asks.
'Ah hell, she's probably in one of the storage closets with Wulf. This isn't going to be good.' he thinks as he ponders on what to tell Tao.
"Hey Lee!" Sakura cries out in greeting as she comes to a stop beside him. 'Have you sensed...?'
'The source is standing right there.' Lee answers.
"Ah, telepathic communication...,you've picked up a trick that I don't have yet. Maybe your soul will reach that level of purity in order to control the element of light." Tao says smugly.
"Sakura, this is the arrogant Tao Lin Sing. I don't know why the so-called purest sorcerer alive is here, but it has something to do with Meilin."
"I sense demon magic from you Sakura. Is that why Lee is so enthralled with you?" Tao asks.
"You moron, that's the lovers card you're sensing." Lee says smacking Tao upside the head.
"Hm, it wasn't a good idea for your ancestor to make a card with demon magic." Tao says not effected in the least by Lee's strike.
'Who is this guy?' Sakura asks.
'He comes from a family that has been slaying demons for centuries now. Our families have been aligned for several generations now.'
"You know, it is very rude to have a telepathic conversation when the person you're talking about is standing in front of you. Don't listen to him Sakura, he's just upset that I won't tell him why I'm here. Now, do either of you know where Meilin is?"
'Why do you think he's here?' Sakura asks.
'If the elders sent him here then it must mean that they're trying once again to bring me and Meilin back home.' Lee answers.
"Hey guys," Madison says as she and Josh come over to the three.
"Will someone please tell me where Meilin is? I know she's living with you, Lee." Tao says getting frustrated. The four look at each other with knowing looks.
"You seam to be in a hurry to find her, Tao." Lee spits out as Sakura fills in Josh and Madison.
"Hm, I need to get her away from this impure place. There's demonic magic everywhere in this impure town." Tao says crossing his arms.
"So that's why my mother keeps calling Helena Clayton a demon spawned bitch." Madison comments dryly.
"All right, it seems that your friends aren't going to be any help, Lee." I'll just have to find her myself." Tao says turning to go inside.
"You'll never be able to find her in time before the homeroom bell, Sing." Lee says sharply.
"Hm, you're probably right, well, I guess since we've probably got the same homeroom teacher I'll be able to talk to her then." Tao says and the homeroom bell rings.

"Are your duplicates ready?" Darren asks.
"Yes," the three girls answer.
'Damn the modern era and its need to educate the foolish. We need to spend more time here, not learning useless subjects that won't mean anything when I'm through. My pets are learning things more interesting anyway. I've had to push my ability to fuck in order to bring my influences back up to where they were before that brat used the element of light on them. I'll make them pay for this.' Darren says as he and his three pets send duplicates of themselves to attend school. The four would act and look as if the real quartet were actually there. It was a plan that Darren himself had come up with to make sure no suspicion would arise.

Tao was sitting with his feet up in the desk as he waits for Meilin. He sees the fake foursome come into the room.
'Hm, they must be the source of the demonic magic. I'll remove Meilin from this situation and then come back and destroy these demons.' Tao thinks. He then sees Meilin coming into the room with a blond male right beside her. "Ah there you are, Rae." Tao says standing up.
'Uh oh, this won't be good.' Sakura sends to Lee.
"Sing? What the hell are you doing here?" Meilin asks her good mood now spoiled.
"I'm here to take you back home. The elders have decided to let Lee be with the card mistress. You, however, are to be my bride." he says just loud enough for Meilin to hear. Unfortunately, Wulf overhears it and begins to glare at Tao.
"All right, sit down, the lot of you!" Mr. Laurie orders as he comes into the room. the three get to their seats as Mr. Laurie walks over to his desk, putting down a cup of water, and reaching into one of the drawers and pulls out a pill bottle. He pops the top and swallows two pills with water behind them. He then looks down at the roll to see a new name. He slams down his cane on top of Tao's desk after he had pulled his chair out from behind the desk. "Tao Lin Sing. You have been claimed by your teachers back home to be the most arrogant student they've ever seen. Your arrogance will not be tolerated in my homeroom or any of my classes."
'Man, and they say I'm a pompous ass. This guy is more of an ass than I am.' Tao muses.

"Will you just go away!" Meilin shouts at Tao as she tries to make her way to lunch. Tao had been hanging around her for most of the day and had even stopped her from sneaking out to go have another session with Wulf.
"You've got to accept the fact that you can't be with that brute of a boyfriend now." Tao explains as if it were a fact of life.
"I'm not going back home just to be some trophy wife while you go hunt demons, Sing."
"I admire your spirit, I really do, but you've got to learn that being stubborn at the wrong time can get you in over your head. You must obey the orders from the elders. One way or the other you'll learn to submit to someone."
Meilin growls and clinches her fists in rage. "All right you, meet me at the gym after school, we'll settle this with a fight. You win and I'll go back home, but when I win you go and tell those fools back home that you aren't worthy of marrying me and that you're backing out of it."
"Hm, fighting you to knock some sense into you will be satisfying." Tao says smirking. "Be ready to be on your back a lot this afternoon." he finishes smirking.

"You've been quiet," Meilin comments as she stretches herself on the floor in the girl's locker room.
"He accepted your challenge as if he knew you would challenge him." Wulf says watching her.
"He's always been like that. He hides behind his oversized ego. I'll put him in his place and send him packing back to the elders."
"I thought your overconfidence was bad, but his is worse. I just don't like the fact that I'm not the one fighting."
"I'll let you defend your right to me next time." she says standing back up and kisses him.

"Interesting," Darren says to himself as he watches Meilin and Tao begin to fight.
"Hahahaha, and what is so interesting, big brother?"
Darren turns to see a blond haired girl with a crazed look about her had invaded his private sub-dimension.
"Little sister, how many times must I tell you not to disturb me while I'm here." Darren says scowling.
"Oh c'mon big brother, I thought you needed some company since your pets are all worn out." she says starting another fit of laughter.
"Stop laughing and tell me what you want." Darren says trying to keep the succubus's mind focused.
"I've got good news, brother." she says in a sing-song voice.
"What?"
"I've drank the blood of my one thousandth virgin." she says and cackles.
"You've always enjoyed blood play a little too much, little sister. Wait a minute! Your one thousandth!? You mean to tell me that my little crazed sister has caught up to her big brother?"
"Yep," she answers and starts laughing.
"Can you do your big brother a favor?"
"Want me to kill those heroes?" she asks in an anomalistic tone.
"Just kill the boys. I want the other three girls."
"Building a harem for yourself are you now? Ok, I'll do it!" she screams out as she teleports away.

Wulf was holding himself in check. Tao seemingly was faster and smarter than Meilin. The holy mage currently had his girlfriend in a painful hold. Then a teleportation spell activates and Darren's little sister kicks both Meilin and Tao in the head making them roll away from each other.
"Greetings heroes, I'm Darren's little sister. You boys better prepare to bleed." she says laughing.
"Begone demon!" Tao cries out as he casts a holy spell at the succubus. She avoids it and slams both of her fists into Tao's gut. He crumples in a heap to the mat.
"Who's next?" she asks smiling.
"Damn...,fucking...,bitch! I was trying to prove a point to that dumb ass and you attack us! I'm going to rip your hair out you fucking whore!" Meilin shouts lunging at the demon and starts to throw punches and kicks at her repeatedly.
"Damn succubus, I don't remember ever being hit that hard...,not even in my training." Tao rasps getting to his feet and coming towards the rest of the group.
"Hey Wulf, Meilin isn't fighting in her normal style." Josh comments. Wulf nods noticing that Meilin wasn't trying to setup for those more complex moves that she likes to preform.
"I've never seen her like this." Lee comments. "She's fighting as if she were...," Lee starts but shakes his head driving the thought away.
"As if she'd inherited Wulf's berserker?" Josh finishes Lee's thought.

'Well now, this certainly is unexpected. Only a little of his strength is supposed to pass on to Meilin...,not his berserker. Although, I wonder just how many times those two actually go at it. They probably are above the average for couples even if one of them is a Drumhilde. Be careful little sister, you've never fought one like her.' Darren thinks as he continues to watch the pair fight.

"All right! I've had it with you little girl!" the succubus shrieks out. She starts to chant and a segmented sword appears in her right hand. It's color was similar to Darren's sword except for the blood red hilt. Like a snake the sword lashes out at Meilin who barely dodges in time. Meilin continues to dodge the sword until the succubus manages to rap the blade around Meilin. "Now what are you going to do, little girl?" she asks but then feels her sword cut by another blade. The succubus turns to see that Sakura had summoned the sword card and had cut the segmented sword into two pieces. The demon shrieks out as she teleports away.
"Well, I guess that makes it a draw then." Tao says finally recovering from that last blow. "I guess I'll stay until these demons are dealt with." he finishes getting a death glare from Wulf. Lee rolls his eyes wondering how long would Tao stay.
