Elemental, wind! Come to my aid!" Lee shouts trying to stop the dash card.
"Man, is that card fast." Sakura comments.
"Dash is the fastest card in the deck!" Kero shouts as they continue to try and catch it. They hear the sound of something crashing into several trash cans.
"This way! I think we've got Dash now." Lee says. Sakura bites her lip. this part of the neighborhood looked familiar to her.
"Anyone out here?!" a female voice asks from the front steps of one of the nearby houses.
"Uh oh, shadow, hide us in the shadows." Sakura whispers and the three are hidden from sight by the shadows of the alley.

"Yes, it's Jessie." she answers in a hushed whisper. The girl in question comes into the alley to see that the trash cans had been knocked down. She comes closer hearing a noise. She then sees the visible form of the Dash card. Jessie runs over to the blue, fox-like creature with long rabbit ears noticing it was hurt.
"Awe, you're hurt." Jessie says gently picking up the injured card. "C'mon, you don't need to be out here." Jessie says walking out of the alley with the card in her arms. Dash cuddles into the girl and relaxes.
"Darn," Lee states.
"Well now, that was certainly a stroke of bad luck." Kero says sighing. Sakura sighs herself realizing that they would have to wait until the card decided to leave Jessie.

It had been easy to lure the card away from Jessie's house, but it was becoming clear that capturing it wasn't going to be so easy.
"C'mon kid, you've got to get it before Sakura feels the card and you!" Kero shouts.
"It won't hold still...,element lightning!" Lee shouts hoping that lightning was faster than Dash.

"Oh for the love of....," Kero says slapping his forehead.
"Look, I know that you might think that Dash is just helping Jessie, but she's winning with magic. she's cheating." Lee states.
"The kid's right, champ. Dash is only augmenting her natural abilities. You have got to capture it." Kero adds.
"But...,I just...,I...," she starts to break down and Lee puts his arms around her.
"You've got to, Sakura. If you don't do it know, when the card does leave Jessie, it'll devastate her more than if we do it now." Lee comforts. Sakura dries her tears and tries to resolve herself to capture the card. then, the card lets out a piercing call as a giant golem, appeared to be made out of nothing but tentacles, grabs the card.
"Oh no!" Sakura cries.
"Fei's at it again. We can't let that golem take Dash back to Fei!" Kero shouts.
"Sakura, aim for it's head with the thunder card." Lee suggests and Sakura nods. "Force, know my plight, release the light, lightning!"
"Thunder card!" Sakura calls forth and the two electrical attacks smash into the creature's head.
'Whoa, did I just see that? Did their powers blend? Is that the effect of them signing the cards jointly, or is there another force at work?' Kero thinks as the golem loses it's head and vanishes. the two run over to the re-injured Dash card and Sakura captures it and the card floats to Lee. The two sign the card and Lee pockets it.

He was sitting under a tree after that last race that Jessie had run. he knew that any moment Sakura would show up to ask him.
"Lee?"
"Lee opens his eyes to see Sakura sitting in front of him and Madison a few feet away apparently filming this scene.
"Mmmmm?"
"Did you use the Dash card?"
"Now Sakura, why would say that?"
"I saw it at the end of the track, Lee."
"Your eyes might have been playi8ng tricks on you." Lee teases.
"I know what I saw and Jessie saw the same thing. Now tell me." she says now getting nose to nose with her boyfriend. Lee blushes not having been this close to her since they first kissed.
"I didn't let it use it's powers on her, but there was nothing saying I could let see the card one more time." Lee finally answers.
"Oh you," she says hugging him and Lee sighs contently."
"Sakura!" a harsh male voice shouts. Lee bristles realizing that Tori had caught them. He runs over to the two and glares down at Lee who glares back at him.
'What?" Sakura asks.
"What are you doing with him?" Tori growls.
"We weren't doing anything wrong Tori!" Sakura shouts now standing. Unfortunately, this had been the wrong thing to do as Tori picks up Lee by the collar roughly.
"I'm only going to say this once, stay away from my sister or I'll make you." Tori growls and drops Lee unceremoniously on the ground. He grabs Sakura's arm and drags her off, kicking screaming.
"Well, he certainly knows how to ruin a moment." Madison says dejectedly. Lee slams his fist into the ground hard. He wouldn't be bullied by Tori if he could help it.
