A/N: I really, really don\'t care that vampires can\'t eat, or what time bars close. Err... If possible, I\'m making Cain and Shido even *more* OOC in this chapter.

The moment they left the cls shs shop, Shido gave a crazed giggle and latched onto Cain\'s leather-clad arm, dragging him along the street. Even though it was well past midnight, the street was still quite busy and packed with people going into or coming out of bars and shops. Luckily, pretty much everyone seemed to instinctively know to give Cain a wide berth, so nobody bumped into him. Except Shido, who was once again amusing himself playing see-how-many-times-I-can-fall-on-Cain-before-he-threatens-to-kill-me. Cain was walking stiffly along, occasionally catching Shido, and wondering why on earth Shido had made him wear this ridiculous outfit.
And then they stopped.
Or more, Shido pulled the scowling older vampire to a halt and pointed excitedly at a small kiosk surrounded by people.
\"Look, Cain, ice cream! And candy!\" Shido giggled happily, dragging poor Cain right into the middle of the crowd, which wisely parted for them.
\"What is ice-cream?\" Cain demanded, frowning at all the strange confections hanging in bags from the stall or laid out on the counter. Shido turned to him and blinked.
\"You\'ve never had ice cream? Oh, you have to try some! Riho bought me some once, it\'s like... like... uh...\" Shido thought for a moment then shrugged, giving up. \"You\'ll like it! Ooh, I want one of those! And one of these!\"
Cain watched silently as Shido picked out a number of strangely coloured candies and finally pointed at the ice cream machine.
\"And one of those, for him.\" Shido told the girl behind the counter, pointing at Cain, who growled at her. She grinned nervously and grabbed a cone, filling it neatly and handing it to Shido, who paid her then turned to Cain, holding out the ice cream cone.
\"Here, this is for you. It\'s chocolate flavour, try some!\" Shido thrust the cone at Cain, who took it rather helplessly and looked down in confusion at the sweet. He looked up as he followed Shido out of the crowd, searching for someone else who was eating one just so that he would be able to see how you actually *ate* one of these... things. Noticing that Cain seemed rather confuseout out the ice cream that had been given to him, Shido looked up at his former master and decided that a little evilness would be fun right about now. Holding his candy stash in one hand, Shido placed his other hand lightly over Cain\'s on the ice cream cone and guided it up to his lips.
\"You eat it like this,\" Shido murmured, then proceeded to flick out his tongue and lick along the length of the ice cream, feeling Cain\'s hand twitch beneath his.
\"Mmmmhh...\" Shido moaned happily, releasing Cain\'s hand and licking his lips, his eyes half closed and his cheeks a little flushed from all the alcohol he\'d put in his coffee. Then, deciding that the moment of wickedness was over, Shido unwrapped his candy and popped it into his mouth, giving a rather deranged giggle.
Cain stared at the ice cream in his hand and took a deep breath. Tonight was going to be a very, very long night. So, needing something to take min mind off Shido\'s multi-talented tongue, Cain sighed in defeat and took a delicate lick at the ice cream, with Shido watching discreetly. He\'d gathered that it would be cold from the way Shido\'s breath had misted in the air as he\'d licked it and the chill feeling in his hand, so it came as no great shock. What did come as rather a surprise, though, was the taste. What was it Shido had called it, chocolate? Yes. Cain decided very quickly that he *liked* chocolate.
\"You like it?\" Came a giggle from beside him and Cain looked down at Shido, who was munching away at his last stick of candy and almost bouncing along beside him.
\"Hmm...\" Cain said. Then something important occurred to him and he frowned down at his mate. \"Is it wise for you to be eating that much sugar?\" Cain asked, noticing that Shido\'s fits of insane giggling had started happening more frequently now.
\"I\'m fine! Hey, I don\'t think they\'ll let you in the club eating that, you know.\" Shido informed Cain, twitching a little from his sugar overdose, which would undoubtedly hit him full-force in a few minutes.
\"Let them try to take it from me,\" Cain smirked, licking his ice cream again and thinking about the club Shido had mentioned. He was also slightly unnerved at the prospect of drunken Shido on a sugar-high, but he was sure that it was nothing he couldn\'t handle.

Short chapter! Sorry! I thought I\'d just post what I have. I\'ve really screwed up this fic, huh? I almost wish I hadn\'t packed Riho off somewhere, I had a really funny spacing-out episode when I was supposed to be working, and I kept imagining Riho and Cain in a cat fight, pulling each other\'s hair and Shido stood there watching, wondering what the hell was going on. That would have been... interesting.
Please review for me? I have so many fics in progress at the moment that I thought I\'d just continue the ones I\'ve got lots of reviews for and put the rest on hold. Luckily, this is one of the ones I\'ll be continuing, so send me a nice, encouraging review. Plus some ideas. I\'m running out of ideas. Someone suggested sex in a public place. I shall see what I can do. *Smirk*
