Robin's Mistake
Chapter 3 – Robin’s Mistake
“I don’t know ‘who’ actually just a bit about where they were” said Robin smiling smugly at Karasuma. Amon wanted to know more but decided to leave it be for now.
Robin turned to leave winking at Karasuma, who gasped when she figured out what the wink met; she got up to follow her.
“Robin” she said fearfully “what do you want? Why didn’t you tell Amon?”
“Because I have a better plan” she smiled evilly at Karasuma “you’ll make sure I stay happy by being my slave”
“WHAT!?” Karasuma said not believing what she had heard.
“That is unless you want Amon to know?” she asked.
“No” muttered Karasuma “but I thought you wanted him?”
Robin didn’t answer she just turned and left, on the way to Harry’s she thought ‘First I’ll humiliate her then I’ll hurt her by telling Amon the truth!’ she still hurt from not being with Amon and she wanted to tell him so he’d take her back but she was even more hell bent on hurting Karasuma.
The next day Robin leaned back as everyone gaped at Karasuma who was massaging Robin’s feet “now go get me something to eat from a good restaurant” demanded Robin as everyone just watched in shock, Karasuma glared at Robin but knew better than to say anything, so she grabbed her jacket and went to get Robin’s dinner. Amon walked in just as Robin finished giving the order to Karasuma.
“What’s going on?” he asked Karasuma.
“Nothing just getting some dinner for Robin” she replied walking away.
Amon did not understand what was going on but he knew something was up “Robin” he said and she looked like she was in ecstasy just from him saying her name.
She just nodded and got up not trusting her voice to be able to answer, she hurt so much when Amon was gone but even when she just caught a glimpse of him her heart felt like it was flying and she was in ecstasy.
As they entered the hallway to be alone, Robin was not paying attention and tripped. Amon spun and caught her and looked into her eyes she just let herself go in his arms hugging, crying, hitting, and just savoring his feel.
“Robin?” Amon finally asked.
“Amon why does it hurt so much?” she asked.
“I don’t know, and it feels good to be with you but you hurt me” he replied.
“It was an accident” she sobbed “I’ll do anything to make it up to you, just please let me stay with you”
“I don’t know what to do” he said, “I love you but Karasuma was there for me”
“No she wasn’t” replied Robin in anger “ she was the one who sent the e-mail!”
“What!?” he said stunned.
“She sent the e-mail, that’s why she’s doing stuff for me so I won’t tell you!” she explained.
“You knew!?” he asked.
“Yes but . . .” she started.
“No, I can’t believe this after you hurt me you find out why and who hurt me also and you keep it from me” he screamed in anger “I can’t be around people who don’t consider my feelings, I-I quit!”
The others walked into the hallway to see what the screaming was about and sat stunned when they heard Amon say he was quitting.
“I made a mistake” started Robin “I should have told you but I wanted to hurt Karasuma!”
“What’s going on you two?” asked the chief.
“Nothing” replied Amon “ I quit the STN-J and I’ll probably leave Japan to figure out my life” Amon turned and walked out of the building. Robin just collapsed on the floor crying about being so sorry, when Karasuma returned she saw the scene of everyone standing in the hallway.
“What’s going on?” she asked.
Robin turned to her “I told Amon about the e-mail”.
“You what!” screamed Karasuma.
“Listen” Robin interjected “he quit, he quit and is leaving Japan” she finished and resumed crying.
Karasuma stared in shock, dropping the bags she turned to run back to her car.
“Wait!” said the chief “no one leaves until you tell us what’s going on”
“But . . .” she began.
“No I want answers” he said angrily “we have policies on colleague dating, and Robin is a minor, so tell me what the hell is going on!”
Amon sped onto the bridge crying and listening to Hoobastank’s “The Reason”.
I’m not a perfect person. There’s many things I wish I didn’t do
But I continue learning. I never meant to do those things to you
And so I have to say before I go, that I just want you to know
I’ve found a reason for me, to change who I used to be
A reason to start over new, and the reason is you
I’m sorry that I hurt you, it’s something I must live with everyday
And all the pain I put you through, I wish that I could take it all away
And be the one who catches all your tears, that’s why I need you to hear
Amon eyes began to blur as he turned up the volume on the radio, listening intently to the song.

And so I have to say before I go that I just want you to know

Amon wiped his eyes as the song ended and looked up to see a red light and in that split second, he was side swiped by a pickup. The only thought in his mind was Robin.
[Oh no! what’s gonna happen next? Well give me reviews, I demand them! In addition, I am sorry for the short chapter but I needed to end it I could not drag it out much longer. So review and I shall continue.]
