Chapter 3





“The dursleys are unfit to care for Harry. And I will not put Harry in that place ever again. And I will not allow anyone to run Harry’s life for him. I was told that his godfather had him and was watching over him. You were the one that told me that remember. You did not tell me that you placed him with the dursleys and that I will not allow it’s in their last will both jame’s and lily’s said that he was not to go to the dursleys” said sage



“It is for his own good that he was placed there. And I know what you and James tried to hide from me. Did you really think to hide something like that from me? Young Harry is at this minute the most powerful wizard in the world. Did you think that I would not place him someplace that I could watch him and bind his magic if I need too? If I had known that he was that powerful I would not have allowed him as much freedom as I have. However that is something that I can know fix. But know that I know he will need to be watched careful and I need him to be at the dursleys to do that. Because I can place wards around the house and the wards that I need to place need no other magic save his own. And you can not be trusted to tell me everything that happens to him. So that I can do something about it or tell him how to fix the problem however I know that you will not do this. Just as I can not take the risk of letting young Mr. Potter go live with his godfather. That is the reason why I have blocked Sirius from finding wormtail. And why I blocked Sirius from going to harry when he wanted too. And until I know who young Mr. Potter is heir to and who his kin are I need him someplace that his magic can be watching very very careful. And that is not possible when he is with you” said albus



“I am more powerful then any wizard and you know that albus. So please don’t worry about me protecting him. And I am keeping young Harry with me. His is a living being and not something that you can put in a cage. And you seem to have forgotten that so I will have to make you remember. That was why James did not want you to know about it. And as for you found out anymore ten you knew now I would not count on that. Because I have been told by someone even more powerful then me that no one will found unless harry tells them himself. However I can tell you that if you don’t back off now you will not like what happen next. I will not allow you to harm him. And I can tell you that someone will stop you. However if you force them to quite you in a hurry then you maybe hurt. And that I am not all the kin that young Harry as still alive however I have talked to the others. But I am the one that the others agreed had the best change of raise him. And that the others are watching me because of this. Because of young harry living with me they are watching me very closely.” said sage



“No, young Mr. Potter has only you and the dursleys as living kin. And I checked that before I sent him to live with the dursleys. So who ever told you that is telling you a lie. And by believe this you have proven that Mr. Potter would be better off with the dursleys. Now, send young Mr. Potter back to the dursleys in the morning we can talk about when and for how long you can visit him once a month” said albus



“I am keeping Harry with me and you have no choice in this or try to turn him against me. And if you try to remove Harry from me. When he is at school then you will wish that you had not. Because I will tell the others and we will take care of it. Because I will take that to mean that you are unable to listen and I will teach Harry myself here at my house. And you know that by the law I can. I am level 10 magic user so please don’t try anything. And then you will not see him again until his 18 birthday and I don’t think that you would like that” said sage



“You would remove Harry from school and from his friends here. That could cause him to withdraw from his friends. That would cause his magic to get out of my control. And that would mean that his godfather could not see him anymore don’t tell me that you would allow Sirius to visit. Because I would not allow him to visit Mr. Potter because then he would hide what he saw. So you need to think about this” said albus



“Yes, I would but I would not like that. Because like you just said he has friends. And I would hate to take harry away from his friends. But I am sure that if you force it Harry would understand why it is need however I am hopeing that it will not came to that” said sage



“Why, would you not want him at school with his friends and able to see his godfather. Here he can mix with the rest of the wizarding world and his magic can be put under control if need be. And he will never need to know that he is different from the others. He and the rest of the world can be protected by his being here. And I can watch his magic very careful and make sure that he has the same magic as anyone else and no more or no less. That is for his on good and everyone else too” said albus



“Because I trusted you fourteen years ago And I found out the hard way that I should not have. And I found out that I was lied too. You told me that Harry was with his godfather. I knew that padfoot would take very good care of him. And that I would not need to worry about anything. And you knew that lily and James did not want Harry to go to the dursleys. In they will they state that for know reason what so ever was Harry to be sent to live with that hag of a sister petunia. But you did not listen to anyone and did what you wanted to do anyway. They put that in the will so that when they died they would not have to worry about harry. Well, I am more then happy to tell you that I am not doing anything that you want. I don’t care want you want because it doesn’t matter to me. They put that in the will so that when they died they would not have to worry about harry. I will do what Harry agrees to and what lily and James wanted to do them before they were killed. And to stop you from trying to turn Harry against me I have told Harry something different then what really happened so don’t press you luck albus Dumbledore because I will not let anyone harm him. And that goes for you too” Said sage



“It was the best for young Mr. Potter and it still is. I am sorry but I know what is for the best. And know it is in the best for the world too. What would the wizardly world do if they found out that someone had that much power? And for this reason I want him to return to the dursleys. They were told what they needed to do with Mr. Potter. And that no matter what he says or does him is not to be training in anyway. I want him to be train at this school and trained how he needs to be to do what he must do” said albus



“No, albus it was not for the best but it was what you wanted. I am putting an end to this now. I will not allow you to run house life. I am keeping young Harry with me and if you don’t like it I can teach him magic myself. And as to what you want I don’t care what you want. You need to relearn your place headmaster. You don’t have power over anyone. And if you want to see or hear from Harry before he is 18 then you need to do what is need not want you want. You need to learn that you don’t know everything that is going on and what needs to be done. So this is your time lessen so learn it well albus because I don’t care who or what you are.” Said sage



“True, I wanted young Mr. Potter someplace I could watch him and I wanted to make sure that I could undo anything he did before he knew that normal wizards and witch could not do anything. Which is why I did not listen to what jame’s and lily said in their will? However I did not know how very special he was. And now that I do I need to watch him very carefully. Now, I need him returned to the dursleys before the end of the week. Do you think that you can do that or do I need to send one to do it for you” said albus



“No, I will not send him back period so stop trying to get me to. I know that you just want to control me or harry anymore. And Now, I will fix the problem and you will do nothing to stop me” said sage



“And if I try to stop you what will you do to stop me from trying” said albus



“Then I will teach Harry myself at home myself. You know that I can. And you will not be able to see him again until he is 18 years old. That may not be fair to harry or his friends however I will if I need too. And I will tell you that his godfather will not be able to see him. So be very careful about what you do because it could hurt a lot of people. And then you have to explain everything to them and they may not be as forgiving as I am. And one thing that I know your not is to explain things to other people” said sage



“Then I will tell the dursleys that young Harry will not be returning to them. Now, I am going to need to see Harry and talk to him. About what he thinks about this living with you” said albus



“In a few weeks that can be done but not now. I will not let you ruin his new start. You did not really think that would allow you to ruin it for harry. Because you want to try to talk to him about something that you have no right too” said sage



“Why in a few weeks and not now because that is not a wise thing to do. And you know that I will not do anything that is not wise” asked albus?



“Because the rite of blood is planned for a few days from now. And both Harry and I need to get ready for that because you know the rite is very tiring on ones body” said sage



“The rite of blood why do you need that. No one has used that rite for more then 1000 years. And the magical law that speaks of it is not used often. It is not done very often and only when a bloodline is in question. Then by magical law you would became the sloe care giver. Plus you would have final say if Mr. Potter may or may not do something. And if you wish you would have the power of him. Because he will be your ward by law and that would place you in the post of sole care giver until the time young Mr. Potter turns 18. And you know that the wizard world will not stand still for that because of the fact that no body but me knows that you are alive at this time and I can keep it that way if I wish. And I will make sure that you never have care of Mr. Potter. If you try to enter the wizardly world I will make sure that you never do” asked albus



“Because that fool fudge is trying that same thing that you are trying to remove or turn harry against me” said sage



“Well, maybe we will both get what we want for young Mr. Potter. Because if the rite fails then you will have to send him back to the dursleys and the two of us will make sure that Mr. Potter is watched very closely” said albus



“Don’t count on that” said sage



“We will see” said albums



“Until then” said sage



At this the fire returned to normal. At this sage turned around and with a very surprised look on his face because of all the people he thought that I would have to protect against albus was not one of them. Sage then went upstairs to check on Harry. When he got upstairs he walked down the hall to harry’s room. He opened the door to Harry’s room and looked inside and he saw that Harry was asleep. A smile went to face as he saw that Harry was fast asleep in his new king size bed. Sage had been worried about harry because he had been quiet all day. He looked like a 5 year old in that bed. He saw that the room know looked like a forest all around. Sage was surprised at this because only the lost powerful wizards liked being to the forest. The only other person that had ever heard of sleeping in a forest was Merlin. And Merlin had not told him about anything that harry could do. Then he went to the west wing and went to his room. Then he opened the door to his room which like look a cave of light. Because the halo draw its power from light. It was rare that someone draw power from light. Then he changed into his pj and went to bed for the night.





THE NEXT DAY



When Harry woke up the first thing he did was to put his eye glasses on. Then he looked around and he saw that someone had put out new clothes for him. So he got up and got dressed and put them on fast. Then he walked out into the hall and then he went downstairs to the kitchen.



“Good morning” said sage



“Good morning” said Harry



“Breakfast is pancakes and bacon” said sage



“Thank you” said Harry



“Eat then we will go shopping” said sage



“Why, I have clothes so I don’t need new ones” said Harry



“Because the ones that you have are ten sizes to big for you. And there is no excuse for you not having new ones. Besides you don’t have everything you need yet. And I want to take you shopping so there is no way that you can change that” said sage



“They are hand downs from Dudley and since I only need muggle clothes for two months out of the year why worry about it. I mean why spend mean on clothes that I will not use more then once before I out grow them. I mean why go to all that trouble when you don’t need too” said Harry



“You need new clothes because the ones you have don’t fit you and I want you to have some new ones. And before you say anything you are getting some” said sage



“So, why do you want me to get new clothes so much. I don’t need them and I don’t want them. Besides I will just ruin them” said Harry



“I will buy you some more clothes that are not ten sizes to big for you. And not your style so you need new ones” said sage



“I am not going to win this am I. know matter what I do can I” said Harry



“Let me think about this no. you are not going to win this talk. So why don’t you think about what kind of clothes you would like. So your know what to look for at the store” said sage



“Ok, you win” said Harry



After breakfast which like the night before Harry ate one third of what was on his plate before saying his was full. Sage was surprised at this and he was worried about harry. When Harry said this sage took him out to down his car which was a white van. Then sage took Harry to the store. When they got to the store Harry was surprised. Because the store that sage drove to was not a cheap one. This was one of the stores that the dursleys did not go to because it cost too much. As soon as sage got there he got out of the car. Then he walked over to the carts and got one. Because the first thing Sage did was to get a cart. And pushed it over to the boy’s clothes and then he turned to Harry. Then he and harry walked into the store.



“Well, kido what kind of clothes would you like to get now that we are here” asked sage



“I don’t know what kinds of clothes there are because I have never picked out clothes before” said Harry



“Ok, how about we look at what the store has here. So you can see what clothes they have. And then you can see if you can spot something you like. And if you do then you can tell me and we will put it in the cart ok” said sage



“Ok, but I have one question for you that I didn’t ask you last night. And I would like to know the answer before we start” said Harry



“Shot kido, what are the questions you have for me” said sage



“What do I call you” asked Harry



“Just sage kido is that all or do you have more questions for me” said sage



“Ok and know that is all of my questions” said Harry

Sage and Harry walked around the store for about fifth teen minutes. Before sage saw that Harry was looking at some t – shirts that had some pictures on them. The pictures were of comic book and TV shows. When sage saw this he watched to see which ones harry was looking at. Sage stood there looking at harry and saw that harry was looking at two shirts for a long time.

Sage walked over next to where Harry was standing and picked up to of the t shirts. One was blue with a picture of a fighter on it and the other was red with the picture of a car on it. He then put both of them in the cart before he saw that Harry was surprised at that. What sage had done because it was the first time anyone had done that?



“You don’t have to do this you know. I don’t need any new clothes” said Harry



“Kido, you are not winning this one so please stop trying too. Now, please tell me what else you like ok” said sage



They then walked around a little more before Harry picked up some more t shirts. One was plain blue and the other one was plain yellow then he put them into the cart. Sage was happy that harry was doing this of his own free will. Sage wanted nothing more then to make harry happy.

Then they walked around some more before sage picked up two more t shirts. One was yellow and the other was middle blue. Then Harry picked up two more t shirts that had pictures on them. Both of the pictures were of cars this time. And then sage picked up two more t shirts. One of them was plain white and the other was green.



“Ok, now you need some pants” said sage



“Ok, but do I really need more clothes” said Harry



Then they both looked at jeans and different kinds of pants for several hours. And soon after Harry picked up two pairs of jeans. And they were blue denim jeans that would last for a long time.

Sage picked up two more jeans and put them in the cart. Then both of them started to look around for some more pants for Harry. Harry looked at sage with surprised because no one had cared about him before.



“Ok, would you like more pants or not because if you want we can stop with the pants” asked sage



“Could we please stop with the pants” said Harry



Then sage lead Harry over to the socks and underwear. Harry picked up a pack of each and put them in the cart before sage could say anything.

At this sage smiled because he was happy that Harry had taken the hint. Without sage needed anymore hints about why they had been in this part of the store. And this was the first time in the times that he had been watching Harry and having Harry live with him that Harry smiled. Sages wanted harry to smile more because everyone should smile.

Then sage pushed the cart of the boys shoes put of the store. And at this Harry and I look on his face that said he had no idea why they had come over here.



“Why did we came over here for” asked a surprised Harry



“Because you need a least two pairs of shoes and no the ten sizes to big rugged sneakers don’t count as one” said sage



“Ok, but I have no idea how to pick out sneakers so could you tell me how” said Harry



“Ok, first pick out a color of sneaker you like. Then you can try it on to see if it fits” said sage





“Ok” said Harry



At this Harry looked around at the different kinds and color of all the shoes. Then he picked out one pair of white and black sneakers.

Then he did what sage had told him to and then he tried them on. The sneakers fit and the were size 8 boys and then he put them in the cart like the other things. It took a few more minutes to found the second pair of sneakers that were pure white. These to were add to the cart and then the walked over to the jackets.

When they were over they sage picked out two jackets for Harry. One was a jean jacket and the other was a leather jacket. Harry was surprised at this because sage had not said anything about jackets before knows.

Then they went back up front and sage paid for everything. This was then bagged and put back in the cart. Then they took it all out to the van and put it in the van. Then they both got into the van and sage drove them back home.
