\"Hmmmm...\" Gojyo stopped as he heard a noise.
\"What is it?\" Hakkai looked at him.
\"I hear something...\" he took off running in the direction of the scream he heard.
Groaning Sanzo didn\'t say a word.
Goku on the other hand opened his mouth. \"Where did Gojyo go?\"
\"Well...Jugding from the way he took off running, I\'d say he heard a woman scream for help.\" Hakkai told him.
\"Help....\" she yelled her eyes squeezing shut waiting to be killed.
\"Ha...\" said a voice.
\"Uh???\" she opened her eyes and saw someone with long crimson hair before her.
\"Haven\'t you learned that it\'s not nice to kill a lady.\" he kicked the youkai down and then let his weapon finish him off. Turning he saw the face of the terrified girl. \"It\'s okay.\" he extended his hand. \"Your saver of the night is named Gojyo.\"
\"Thank you.\" brushing herself off, she pulled down her tight dress a little and rubbed leaves out of her long pink hair. \"My name is Midori.\" she smiled. \"Thank you again.\" Midori wrapped her arms around his neck, giving him a hug and her left hand went under his hair and a little down his shirt.
\"You\'re quite friendly.\" Gojyo smiled.
Midori let go and smiled sheepishly. \"I\'m sorry...I am just so relieved that someone saved me. Thank you again, Gojyo.\"
\"No problem. I\'ll probably see you around.\" he turned his back and started walking away.
Smiling she spoke when he was out of ear range. \"Oh, yes, Sha Gojyo...You will see me again and you will belong to me to do with however I see fit. Tonight when the moon is high.\" she ended with an evil laugh.
\"The moon looks beautiful.\" said Hakkai as he stood at the window.
\"The moon is so high.\" Goku rested his elbows on the window sill.
\"What\'s wrong with you, Gojyo? You haven\'t said a word.\" Sanzo lit a cigarette.
\"That girl I saved. There was something odd about her. The way she hugged me.\" he sat thinking. \"And that look in her green eyes and her hair was something. It was long and pink.\" he told them.
Sanzo\'s purple eyes widened. \'Did he say pink hair and green eyes?\' he thought.
\"A girl with pink hair and green eyes???\" asked Goku.
\"That is an unusual combination. Wouldn\'t you say, Sanzo.\" Hakkai had a big smile on his face as he looked at Sanzo. \"Sanzo, you okay?\"
\"Yes...I\'m fine.\" he snapped. \'Of course it\'s an unusal combination of hair and eyes.\' he thought once again.
The guys shared a room, but luckily this room had 4 beds. All night long, Sanzo had stared at Gojyo. If the girl Gojyo described to them was who he thinks she is, then Gojyo and the rest of them were in serious trouble. But as luck would have it, Sanzo fell asleep, nearly falling off the bed as he hit the pillow.
Moments later, Gojyo rose from the bed, opening the door. The door making noise had happened to wake up Goku. Rubbing his eyes he focused on Gojyo\'s bed and noticed he wasn\'t there.
\"Hakki....Sanzo, wake up. Gojyo is gone.\" he shouted.
\"What?\" Hakkai sat up.
\'No...\' Sanzo thought. He was hoping that he was wrong. Jumping up he got his white robe on. \"Let\'s go. Gojyo needs to be saved.\"
Goku watched as Hakkai was behind Sanzo and he got behind Hakkai. \"Hey, Hakkai how does Sanzo know Gojyo needs to be saved?\"
\"I don\'t know, Goku, but knowing Sanzo, there\'s gotta be a reason.\" he whispered.
Midori sat on the ground, her hands together and she was chanting. As soon as she heard footsteps, leaves crunching under every step. She saw the long crimson haired half breed. Smiling she spoke. \"I think we\'re about to have company my pet.\"
