"Class, there has been a mix up, Leo apparently was supposed to be in this homeroom instead of Ms. Toliver's. How people can mess up paper work in that office so badly is beyond me." Mr. Lorry says motioning for Leo to come into the room.
"One of the Yellow Dragons is in our homeroom now, and the letter to boot. What is going on?" Josh asks quietly to Wulf.
"I thought that all of the dragons were to have similar teachers, I guess the administration changed their minds." Wulf says, but then he sees the looks in the eyes of their mage friends.
"What's up with Lee and Sakura?" Meilin asks also noticing there looks of horror.
"I don't..."Wulf begins to say but was interrupted.
"All right clique in the back row, settle down for the nice voices that will tell you the morning announcements." Mr. Lorry says and the principal comes on over the loud speaker right on cue.

Lunchtime couldn't come any quicker for the six. The group grabs a table in the back so that no one could disturb them.
"All right, you two gave a look of shock when Leo walked into our homeroom, so what did the two of you feel from him?" Meilin says as Wulf makes sure that no one listens in on their conversation.

"He must have been more damaged than we thought during those last battles. That means that the Yellow Dragons have someone leading them that is more powerful than the rest of them. This also means that he probably knows all of our secrets. He may not be able to tell anyone else about us, but now he could make life just that more difficult on us." Wulf says and the rest agree with the assessment.
"What do we do about him?" Sakura asks.
"We treat him like Akurax. We use fire and if necessary, the light card. We'll also have to inform that stuffed animal and Yue about this new development." Lee answers putting an arm around Sakura.

Leo was now spying on the group as the six started heading for home. The Akurax that was still in him was furious at them. 'How can a group of punks be that talented? "Well, look what we've got here, a group of seniors that need to be put in their place. Leo ain't here to personally beat you, but there's enough of us." one of the dragons says blocking the entrance of the school to Sakura and the rest of the group. Lee groans in frustration at the display that the dragons were putting on.
"You must be one of Leo's lieutenants, are you as bright as he is?" Wulf asks ready for yet another brawl. Sakura and Madison back off as Lee, Meilin, and Wulf prepare to fight the dragons again. Josh had his stun needle gun at the ready just in case one of them happened to get past the front line fighters. This pattern of encounter, engage, then retreat happened all day. The fights went about the same way. Meilin and Wulf would take on the ones stupid enough to recklessly charge at them. Lee would either trip anyone who happened to get past the duo with a leg sweep, or a precise punch. If anyone was lucky enough to make it that far would get a stun needle from Josh. The only time that any sort of a change happened was during lunch when a general food fight broke out and the six were able to escape.

"I'm usually the first to want a good fight, but today was just ridiculous!" Meilin says leaning against Wulf as the group was resting in the park.
"Why would Leo have his dragons attack us so many times and not be there to enjoy the fun?" Madison asks.

Wulf pulls out his hammer, twists the handle to get the bladed end out, and charges Leo with Meilin right on his heals. With Leo's new found abilities, he back flips out of the way of the pair and sends a spell at them. Wulf and Meilin separate quickly and avoid the attack. Leo then felt three sources of fire come dangerously close to burning his body completely. It had been impressive, and had almost got him, but Leo only got singed on his left side.Throwing a spell at the three fire users, Leo charges head long into Wulf. "I will not allow you to take one step further." the ghost of Natasha Avalon says glaring at the intruder.
"Begone from my sight spirit of the dead. My aura is stronger than anything you could hope to produce." Leo says and his black aura flares up driving the ghost away. "Now, let's get 'em boys." and with those orders the Yellow Dragons approach the house.

"Call Madison, she can get the ball rolling on getting the rest of us here. Leo captured your father and brother. He wants us to meet him at a warehouse on the other side of town." Lee explains. He could feel the aura of his girlfriend flicker angrily. He then heard the sound of someone moaning. Lee turns to find Kero getting up from the landing in front of the stairs. He didn't look too good. "What happened?" Lee says as the guardian beast lands clumsily on the table.
"That damn Leo came right up to your room Sakura, and attacked me before I could do anything. I tried to get down here before they took your family, but the dragons had already done their dirty work." Kero says shaking the cobwebs out.
"You think you can be ready for this fight?" Sakura asks Kero as she is getting off the phone with Madison.
"I'm positive. I've got a score to settle with that blood sucking parasite." Kero answers angrily.

Sakura, Lee, Keroberos, Yue, Wulf, Meilin, Josh, and Madison with her camera had now gathered at the warehouse. They had all agreed that this would be the final fight with Leo.
We'll need to take care of Leo's gang before we can deal with the vampire." Lee says trying to calm down Sakura through their link.
"Send the sleep card through the ventilation system. That'll take care of the dragons." Kero says and Sakura releases the card.

The leader of the dragons looks around to see that his gang was asleep. He smiles as if he knew something like this would happen. He looks at the two unconscious humans tied to one of the support beams and prepares his defenses. This would probably be the last battle with these insects and he would win. He feels multiple impacts on his defensive spells from behind. Leo turns to see that the shot card had targeted him and was now blasting him. He charges at the source of the card, but he was stopped by a flaming arrow hitting him in the arm. More flames came from the other side. He knew that those flames were not magically made, but man made. That scientist had too many tricks up his sleeve. Then came the warriors charging at him. Meilin went low while Wulf went at chest level hoping to impale Leo on the stake-like blade. Leo easily avoids the blow from Wulf, but Meilin had enough time to adjust her attack and her kick impacts on Leo's knee. The vampire rolls away in an attempt to catch his breath.
'I can't keep fighting like this. They are just way too coordinated for me to win. I must escape before...' Leo ponders, but Sakura releases the light card. Leo makes an attempt to get away, but Kero, Lee, and Josh all hit him with flames. Leo starts to back away from the flames, but then he feels a pain in his chest. He gasps in horror to see that Wulf got him and the light card was now baring down on him. In a flash of light, Leo, and what was left of Akurax, parishes never to return from the dead again.
"Let's get them out of here." Sakura says turning to Tory and her father.
"I think the police will be happy to pick this load of scum up." Josh says as the group sneak out the back way as sirens could be heard in the distance. The next thing that the Yellow dragons would wake up to was them all being cuffed and taken downtown.

It had been several months since the final fight with Leo. All of the dragons were now in jail, or in juvenile hall. With this, the group of heroes had been free to concentrate on graduation. After the ceremonies and a post graduation party, the six were now having a night cap at Lee and Meilin's place.
"So, what are the plans for the summer?" Madison asks leaning herself against Josh.
"I'm taking Sakura back to my home and we are going to deal with those elders if it is the last thing I do." Lee says with determination in his voice.
"Good luck Lee, you're going to need it. As for me and Wulf, we're going to his home back in Switzerland." Meilin says smirking at Wulf.
"You'll not be able to avoid the elders forever, Meilin." Lee says somberly.
"I know for certain that my family will accept her so it will not matter what your family's elders do to her." Wulf says rapping his arms around Meilin from behind.
"I guess we're stuck in Readington, Josh." Madison says playfully which makes Josh gulp and the rest of the group laugh at him.
"Tory couldn't have taken that news well." Meilin says turning to Sakura.
"He'll probably keep complaining to dad even after I'm gone." Sakura says shaking her head.
"Hey, we all better be invited to the wedding." Madison says giving Sakura a knowing look.
"I don't know about you guys, but I'm half asleep over here." Josh says and the others decide that they needed to get some sleep.

"Lee's family has to approve of her, Tory. His family follows a lot of the older traditions that are mostly no longer followed. I've already given him my blessing to marry her, so if they don't approve, at least they can go against Lee's family with someone supporting them." Mr. Avalon says to his eldest child.
"You what?!" Tory explodes furious that his father could approve of their relationship and their marriage.
"You are just going to have to accept the fact that those two are in love and there's nothing you can do about it." Mr. Avalon says trying to calm his son down.
"I think that this is a bad idea."
"And who would you approve of Tory?"
That comment made Tory close his mouth. He couldn't think of anyone that he would approve of for his sister. He sighs and decides to let it go.

Phew, this series is finally rewritten. I'll have to tweak Null & Void, but that'll be easier than what I just undertook.
