Scorpinac: Maybe they're up to more, but you'll have to wait for that. Yes, real life issues have gotten in the way, but I'm now back.

"This way!" Sakura shouts as she and Lee try to run down a Clow card. They were in a not so nice part of Readington. In fact, it didn't look as if it had been cleaned in quite some time. The two then see several clean buildings in the middle of the dirty section of town.
"Bubble card!" Lee exclaims.
"Bubble card?" Sakura asks.
"It doesn't like dirty things. It can clean anything." Lee explains. The two continue running until the card comes out of a wall of one of the buildings and seems to pull the two through the wall, but the worst thing about the situation was that their clothes were left behind.

"Ahhh! I've already had my bath!" Sakura cries out.
"This...,is...embarrassing!" Lee shouts.
"Oooo! Bubble card! Return to your power confined!" she shouts. Her magic was angry enough to where the card was forced back into card form. The two fall to the floor seeing that they were naked, and wet with water and soap.
"Sakura?" Lee asks with his eyes closed. He didn't want to continue to stare at her naked form or something else would be reacting to the lovely form near him.
"Yeah?"
"Let's not tell Madison about this one."
"Agreed." Sakura states. The problem currently facing them now was if the pair could get back to their clothes before someone found them and or someone saw them naked? The two get up, but they were trying not to look at each other. They quickly exit the building and walk around to find their clothes were untouched. The two quickly get dressed and look at each other blushing.
"Now?" a female voice asks.
"No, we'll strike at the school later." a male voice states and the pair that was hiding in the shadows vanishes and a card flies off undetected by the blushing couple.

"Wow, she's good." Josh says as he, Wulf, Meilin, Lee, Sakura, Rita, Chelsea,Nikki, and Zachary listen to Madison sing. they were at a picnic.
"I think you've got a fanboy, Madison." Nikki teases and Josh blushes. Lee and Wulf find themselves chuckling at their friend's plight. Wulf perks up hearing a strange sound. He discretely looks around so that he doesn't call attention to himself. A loud hum could be heard and a loud whooshing sound. Wulf ducks and the girls scream hearing an explosion.
"That was the blast of a high powered laser. But what...,' Josh thinks and sees a small, spheroid shape object looking down at him. It floats down to his eye level. Josh could see that this metal sphere was built to resemble the human. The sphere hummed to life again, but instead of another laser shot, a projection of a small, bald man with a hooked nose appears.
"Ah, young Karthing, I finally get to meet the son of my rival."
"Who...,who are you?" Josh asks tentatively not knowing just who this was.
"Hmmm, then you only know me by reputation alone. I'm Dr. Anton Fermont." he introduces.
"You're Dr. Fermont?" Josh asks now his voice gaining more volume.
"Correct. I was the one to lure your father away from you. Now, he's my...,'guest'." Fermont says with a smile.
"What!?"
"I want that interdimensional portal and the reactors. At first I thought to kidnap you, but Viktor would do something foolish and risk what I want. So, I decided to nab your father that way the son would be the smart one if he wanted his father back." the doctor chuckles. Josh was frozen in shock from the revelation. However the Dr. Fermont's images disappears the moment Wulf's hammer smashes into the sphere.
"Thought he'd never shut up." Meilin comments dryly.
"Red eye mode activated." a mechanized voice announces and the sphere pops back up and instead of the machine having a blue eye, it was now read. The laser blasts were now ten times more intense than before.
"Oh, that was just brilliant!" Meilin shouts as the group avoid blast after blast.
"Shot card!" Sakura cries out and the card comes out and immediately starts firing off powerful bolts of energy. After minutes of the pounding the poorly create orb explodes. Josh stands with his lips quivering wondering what he was going to do.

"Why do we waste time on making them fight golems?! Why not destroy them now!" Sian complains.
"Because, letting them get the cards makes our job easier." Fey Wong states watching via a mirror as Lee and Sakura deal with the Voice card's taking of Madison's voice.
"Bah, that girl could be easily crushed." Sian grumbles.
"Yes, but let the kids have their fun. Voice was never a challenging card in the deck to begin with. Clow was a fool to waste his magic on some of those cards. Hmmm, now, let's see how the two fighters of this little group are holding against my clay warriors." Fey waves his hand across the mirror and the image changes to Wulf and Meilin fighting a dozen or so clay golemns.
"Those two can't work together at all." Sian snickers.

She couldn't belive that she had been so sloppy in this fight. Meilin had been sloppy and one of the golemns and caught from behind. Fortunately Wulf had attacked shattering the attacker, but the golem pieces had re-assembled.
"Let's stop trying to compete with each other and work together. These things can't keep coming back together." Wulf says breathlessly. Meilin growls quietly. She had been using their current situation to once again prove that she was better than the blond, but it appeared that fooling around with these guys would just end up in one or both of them getting hurt.
"If you've got an idea, I'm listening." Meilin growls.
"We fight back to back. That way, neither of us will be caught off guard."
"Huh, I guess there is a brain in there after all." Meilin quips with a smirk.

"Awe, they're fighting better." Sian complains.
"And in a moment...," Fey begins and watches as a lightning bolt from Lee shatters sever golems and they don't come back together.

"You've got to be kidding me!" Meilin fumes.
"They were held together by magic. Psychical attacks wouldn't finish them off." Kero explains. 'Fey's getting bolder. If this keeps up I'll have to get in contact with Uai.'

I'm baack! I know, long wait and I didn't deal with the capture of the voice card directly, but I needed to get the true villains some face time. Hopefully I'll be able to write on this and Team Alphanumeric.
