“Astrate....Astrate!” Astaroth shouted as he looked for his heavily pregnant sister.

How the hell she could get around so fast without him knowing was beyond him. Then again he had been out cold since he returned to the room and fell asleep next to his sister while rubbing her stomach. But he still should have at least felt her get up. Heaven if he was that tired he wondered what he was like when he was really awake. He growled some as he punched a wall about fed up looking for his pregnant sister.

“Astrate where heaven are you?!” He shouted as the floor rumbled with the sound of his voice.

His ears and nose soon alerted him to the smell of blood and chomping on bones and flesh. She smirked some. Looks like he had found his sweet Astrate, she was having her little midnight meal, the one thing she had started doing at night that he hated with every fiber of his being because she seemed to gorge herself with food which left her sick and in terrible pain later on, and he be damned....well he already was so that was a lost cause there....if he had to take care of her. Walking up to her he wrapped a hand around her as he felt her belly while he listened to her eat. The kid was awake and kicking that was for sure, probably happy about getting some food.

“Astrate.” He said softly.

Astrate glanced at him as she went back to eating and finished up her meal as she leaned against her brother as she rubbed her stomach.

“Mm the baby liked it.” She said smiling.

“Good....but you know better than to gorge yourself like that. Your going to be in pain later.” He said.

“Mm But my tummy has been hurting all day.” She said whining.

Astaroth rolled his eyes as he rubbed her belly and stopped after a while as he held his hand in the center of her stomach. His eyes narrowed at her muscles contracting and relaxing. He looked at Astrate's face as a small moan escaped her lips. No wonder she was eating so much, she was trying to prepare for the kids birth either that or she was just trying to get rid of what she thought was a stomach ache.

“Open up Astrate.” He said as his sister looked at him.

“Astaroth...please not now.” She begged.

“Just open up.” He said as he watched Astarte spread her legs.

He gently inserted two of his fingers inside feeling a small opening in her cervix. Damn....this couldn't be happening. She couldn't be in labor now, it was still to early for her to give birth. He heard her whine again as he pulled his fingers out and picked her up carrying her to his room. Walking into their room he set her down on the bed as she moaned and gripped the sheets.

“Brother....its coming.” She said turning her head to the side as she moaned again.

Astaroth nodded showing that he had already figured that much out. He sat by her rubbing her stomach and patting it gently as he once again lay his hand on her belly feeling the muscles contract and relax. Astrate had let out a more painful cry as the latest contraction hit. He was gonna be in for it later if he didn't get someone, all the blood that would be coming out of his sister would wind up driving him crazy. He growled a bit hearing her moan as he thought about who to get, asmodeus...nah he didn't feel like looking at the pervert of a man....Beelzebub was to ugly for his child to have its first look at the world..Barbelo?....He must have been crazy to let the sin of wrath in with him and his sister.

He got up and paced the room as Astrate writhed in pain and tried to find a more comfortable position. Though laying on her side helped a bit it wasn't enough to take the pain away completely. She was happy she would finally get to give birth to her baby hers and Astaroth's baby. She patted her stomach as she sat up and leaned back against the bed. A few hours later Astrate lay on her bed in severe pain as her screams rang out over most of hell.

“Would you stop that infernal racket Astrate I'm trying to think.” Astaroth said covering his ears.

“Astaroth...my baby is coming and your worried about not being able to think?” She asked frustrated as she cried out again as her eyes widened when she felt a sudden gush.

Astaroth looked at her and walked to her and checked her. He frowned seeing her water had just broke.

Great this was what he didn't need. He heard her scream again as the pain showed on his sister's face. She'd be pushing soon he figured out that much, if she wasn't already ready for that. He felt the bottom of her stomach feeling the kid's head. Astrate whimpered as she shifted to a comfortable position.

“Brother....i have to push the baby won't wait any longer.” She said leaning against him.

Astaroth frowned as he nodded and got behind his sister coaching her through her contractions. Go in to the front Astaroth sat there as he watched his and his his sister's child be born.

“Push down harder Astrate the head will be out soon.” He said seeing the baby's head.

Astrate nodded as she pushed hard and cried out as she pushed the head out. Astaroth smiled taking the baby's head as he continued telling his sister to push and a while later Astrate fell back against her pillows as a loud cry sounded from the tiny infant. Placing the baby on Astrate's body Astrate helped her brother clean their baby off as she wrapped it in a blanket.

“Astaroth we never found out what the ba--.” She said

“Its a boy.” He said as he sat by his sister.
