Purple Eyes

Akiyuki didn't know what they were going to do when Nu got to his small apartment. One side of the first room had three stacks of college books that he had collected over his years at Tokyo University. There was his desk on the wall opposite with his computer and a few more books that were left open. The open books were covered with different marks that he had made in his studies. It was the only reason why he hadn't sold his books back for some extra money. They had too many markings in them. He was lucky enough to have a TV, but it was small and he had to sit on either his computer chair or the ground when he watched it.

He wasn't sure about going into his room. The bedroom was never a good place to be; naughty things could happen in there. His room wasn't that great anyway. All it consisted of was his bed, a closet with his clothes, and a door to his small bathroom. He didn't even have a tub. It was only a small cube with a shower head.

Akiyuki sighed and ran his hands through his hair. He had a couple movies, but watching movies wasn't a good way to get to know someone. They would talk for a bit, but Akiyuki knew that they would run out of things to say. He shook his head a bit. Well, he couldn't worry about it anymore. They would think of something.

He glanced at Noire, who was on the middle of his floor, batting his paws at a small furry ball, following it when he swatted it away. Akiyuki smiled a bit as he watched Noire play. The kitten was just too cute. He could probably watch Noire play all day. Moving so he was laying down next to the cat, he inched his hand toward the kitten slowly. Noire cocked his head a bit before meowing and swatting his clawed paws at his hand.

Akiyuki laughed softly as Noire left small scratches on his arm and wrist. His hand pounced on the kitten and tackled him backward onto his back. Noire wrapped his forepaws around his wrist and nibbled on his fingers, purring and meowing happily. "You are so cute, yes you are, my black cat," Akiyuki said with a grin and looked up with a bigger grin when his doorbell rang. "Ooh. Nu is here, kitty," he said excitedly. He got up and opened his door.

"Here I am. I got a little lost," Nu said, holding onto three kittens with a bit of difficulty. He walked inside when Akiyuki moved to let him in. "I thought it would be nice if Noire could have something his own size to play with." Setting his kittens on the ground, Nu watched as all three of them wandered over to Noire slowly, sniffing around. Noire just laid there and watched.

"The orange one is Den. The white one is Victoria, but I call her Vi for short and the multi-colored one is Hiro," Nu said, nodding a bit at Akiyuki and looked around the room. "You really are poor," he said with a small laugh.

"Yeah, yeah, keep teasing and see what happens," Akiyuki laughed, gently pushing Nu farther into the room. "I do go to the expensive school you know..."

"You would have a bit more money if you would just sell back your books, you know..." Nu noted, nodding a bit at his books as he sat down on the ground next to the group of cats. "I don't think Noire likes them too much," he said, watching as Noire just laid there, grooming himself and his kittens pounced on each other.

"Now, now, Noire, don't be like that," Akiyuki said, pushing the kitten so he rolled over onto his other side. "Go on and play with them," he shook his head when Noire continued to lick his forearm. "And I don't sell back my books because I have written all over in them. Besides, most of them are handy to have when I have an essay to write," he explained.

"Are you from here?" Nu asked, running his hand over Vi's back slowly and gently as he watched Akiyuki mess with Noire.

"No, I'm from Kyoto. My family still lives there. I moved here so that I could go to Tokyo U.," Akiyuki said, looking up at Nu with a small smile. "Have you lived here your entire life?"

"Pretty much. Sometimes I go up to Hokkaido where my grandparents live. I haven't in a while. I was thinking of going there for Christmas though," Nu said, leaning against the wall. Akiyuki moved and sat down next to him. "What are you studying at Tokyo U.?"

"I am majoring in Biology," Akiyuki said, glancing at him out of the corner of his eye. "I want to teach it. Somewhere. I don't know if I want to be a high school teacher or a college professor."

"Wow, a teacher? That's really neat. I want to be a veterinarian. I absolutely love animals," Nu said, grinning and looked down at the kittens again. Noire was still being a loner.

"No wonder why you work at the pet store. For some kind of experience, huh?" Akiyuki asked and nodded a little bit when Nu nodded. "So, still in high school...well, aren't I a pedophile."

Nu rolled his eyes and laughed. "You are not. People hang out with older people all the time. We aren't even doing anything. As much as you would like something to happen."

"You wish," Akiyuki teased, rolling his eyes right back at him.

Then they started to just talk. It was pretty easy, as much as it surprised Akiyuki. Talking to Nu was so much easier than it was talking to any other guy Akiyuki had hung out with. They talked about why Nu wanted to be a vet and why Akiyuki wanted to be a Biology teacher. They talked about how Akiyuki got Noire and how Nu got all three of his kittens. They talked about birthdays and past experiences with the opposite sex and with the same sex.

"Come here, you," Nu said, reaching over and picking up Noire. He held up him under the armpits and examined him closely. "Wow...Noire has purple eyes. Bright purple eyes. I've never seen that one a cat before..." he whispered.

"Yeah, I know. It's trippy. I like it. I was going to name him Roxo, which is purple in Portuguese, but I like Noire better," Akiyuki said and watched as Noire licked at Nu's snake bites. He laughed softly, cocking his head to the side a bit.

"Ouch!" Nu cried out suddenly, pulling Noire away from his face and setting him down. "He bit my lip," he said, sucking on his bottom lip. He glared at Akiyuki who was laughing. "That kitten has some teeth!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Are you okay? He must have liked your piercing. Shiny, you know..." Akiyuki said, laughing still. "Let me see," he said and smiled when Nu pouted at him. "Well, you aren't bleeding," he murmured, leaning in closer. Then his eyes widened when Nu's lips crashed against his own.

Smiling, Nu's eyes slowly slid shut as he kissed the older man. He grinned a bit more behind the kiss when he heard Akiyuki groan and kiss him back. Nu's hand reached up and slid into his soft hair. Akiyuki moved so that he was basically straddling Nu's legs, kissing him back, forcing Nu's lips apart with his tongue. Nu slid down the wall, his arms around Akiyuki's neck and then they were on the ground, Akiyuki on top of him.

Akiyuki's eyes snapped open when they hit the ground and he pulled away a bit, breathing hard. "Well, if I wasn’t a pedophile before, I sure am now," he whispered with a small smile, nodding a little bit as he got off of Nu.

"You're stopping?" Nu asked, a bit disappointed. He glanced at Noire, who was hissing at the both of them. He blinked and frowned a bit. "I don't think your cat likes me..."

"A jealous kitty," Akiyuki said with a small laugh. "I'm stopping," he said with a small smirk and cocked his head to the side a bit. "Because I like you." Nu just stared at him. That didn't make any sense. "I like you and I don't want to go to fast, no need to rush things. And I want to tease and make you want more." He laughed out at that.

"You are one evil man..." Nu said, glaring playfully at him as he smiled. "So what does that make us?" he asked, crawling forward until he was pressed close against Akiyuki and nuzzled against his chest.

"I don't know if what I want from you is a lusty desire or something else," Akiyuki whispered, rubbing Nu's back gently. "But it doesn't help that you are still underage. I could get into trouble," he said softly, putting his chin on Nu's head. They both jumped at the sound of angry hissing and snarling. Pulling away from each other, they looked at the angry ball of black and multi-colored fur. "Noire!"

"Hiro!" Nu said, hesitating for a moment before reaching into the cat fight and grabbed Hiro away from Noire. He sighed, holding his snarling and shaking cat to his chest. "I-I don't think I'll bring him next time..." he whispered, shaking his head as Akiyuki held Noire by the skin on his neck.

"Yeah, that might be for the best. Sorry about this little butt," Akiyuki said, glaring down at Noire and shook his head.

"It could have been Hiro's fault. He is a big bully," Nu said, stroking Hiro to make him calm down. "At least they aren't hurt, just angry."

"Yeah..."

"I'm going to go on and take them all home, okay?" Nu said, gathering up Den and Vi and stood up. "I'll see you later. Call me," he said, giving Akiyuki a small smile before leaving.

Akiyuki gave a small smile in return and sighed after Nu left. He glared down at Noire for a moment before setting the cat on the ground. "Bad Noire," he scolded in a firm voice, shaking his head, but he couldn't hit him. He sighed again when Noire meowed sweetly and rubbed against him.
