Scorpinac: Remember, Wood is gentle. That would be a little out of character for it to do that. Now you ought to know that Josh and Wulf would eventually have shown up. I consider it a salute to whiteshirt's amazing work to put his characters into my fics. BTW, I'll also accept any reviewer created cards. Just submit them in your review. I'll need a description of their powers and their forms.

"I don't know if I can do this." Sakura says to her friend as she and Madison walk to school the next day.
"You did fine capturing the Wood card, Sakura. Don't worry, you'll do just fine."
"Thanks Madison, I just wish I had as much confidence in myself as you do for me." Sakura says.
"Hey, you're my best friend. I won't let you beat yourself up on anything." Madison says with a smile and Sakura smiles back. The two enter the school and hear commotion from all the students and teachers. As the two walk the halls they could see in every classroom that all the desks and school supplies in each room were piled up in the middle of the room.
"What could done all this?" Sakura asks. The two come into their own class room to see that it too was in the same state.
"It must be the work of that one kid who died on the grounds of this school years ago." Zachary says going into another one of his tall tails.
"Really?" Sakura asks. Madison rolls her eyes at Sakura's naivety.
"Yeah, he supposedly died due to the stresses of keeping his grades up. And now he's back to stress out the entire student body and the faculty." Zachary finishes, but Chelsea grabs him by the ear and drags him off to a corner.
"No more of your wild stories!" Chelsea growls at Zachary.
"Don't believe him, Sakura. He's always making up wild stories. The school isn't haunted." Madison comforts knowing Sakura's phobia of ghosts.
"Well, class, it looks like we've got to fix things up around here before we can get started. Let's get those desks back into rows and once we finish in here I'll split you up into two groups and one will help in the library and the other will help in the cafeteria." Mr. Terada says and the students get to work.

Lee and Wei walk the isles of the grocery store that they were currently shopping at. Since Lee was not in school yet, Wei had asked him to come with him on their first shopping trip. Having nothing better to do and realizing that Wei might need help with the first load of groceries, Lee tagged along. They turn a corner to see a being decked out in black cloak and hood destroying the shelves.. Lee bites his lip and Wei looks thoughtful for a moment.
"Do you suppose that a card?" Wei asks.
"Shadow!" Lee exclaims realizing that card was here causing havoc in the store. He summons his sword and starts to approach the card Sensing the oncoming danger, the card takes off. Wei nods and Lee gives per suit.
"Oh boy, only in the modern era would a card show in a grocery store to cause damage." Wei muses out loud.
***
Chasing the card through the store wasn't easily. The black figure seemed to seep into any dark corner it encountered throwing Lee off. Then the card would return to its random destruction of the shelves, but Lee would find again and the chase would resume. Current, Lee was right on its heels. Seeing that no one would see Lee decides to attack.
"Force, no my plight, release the light, Lightning!" Lee shouts. The lance of lightning strikes the card, but it doesn't appear to slow it down too much. The two come to a corner and when Lee turns to follow it, Lee sees that it was gone.
"Where...,did...,it...,go?" Lee pants out. He was in good shape, but the card had been sorely testing his ability to run on a linoleum surface.
"Did you capture it?" Wei asks casually as he pushes the cart.
"No, I think it got away." Lee states now breathing evenly.
"Shadows are quite elusive, Lee. Now, we better finish our task." Wei suggests and Lee returns the sword to pendent form.

'Well, I've explored most of this place and I haven't found anything out of the ordinary.' Wulf muses walking through the wooded area of the park. Had he bothered to look down though, he would have noticed that his shadow wasn't there. Wulf feels something shoving him from behind. He hits the dirt, but rolls away from his unknown attacker. He stands back up to see his own shadow looking at him.
"Ok, what the heck are you?" Wulf asks. Instead of attacking, the Shadow card runs away from him. Wulf gives pursuit. 'I guess they weren't wrong about this place after.' he muses chasing the thing that had stolen his shadow. The card stops in front of a thick tree and waits. Wulf decides to try and pin it against the old specimen of tree, but when he goes to attack it, the shadow seems to sink into the ground and Wulf and tree have a meeting of the minds. Wulf's own shadow returns to him but the shadowy creature had vanished.

"I don't know about this, Kero." Sakura quietly states as she, Kero, and Madison sneak into the school that night.
"Look, you've got to catch Shadow. If you don't, it'll cause chaos all over the city." Kero explains.
"But if we get caught sneaking into the school at night...," Sakura starts but Kero stops her.
"You said that you felt the card out this way right?"
"Right,"
"So, let's just capture it before we do get caught." Kero reasoned.
"Fine." Sakura relents. Then she feels a tapping on her shoulder. "Stop that Kero." she hisses.
"Uh, that wasn't me." Kero defends.
"Then who...?" she starts to ask but the Shadow card knocks her down and runs back into the shadows. "Where did it go?" she asks getting up.
"We need to turn on all the lights we can. We can't let use the shadows around us to attack us." Kero suggests and the three start turning on the flood lights of the school.
"There, that'll shed some light on the subject." Madison says smiling and Sakura rolls her eyes at her friend's bad joke.
"Uh guys, you might want to look down." Kero suggests. The two girls do so and see that neither of them were casting a Shadow. Sakura looks around for the shadow card only to be tackled by her own shadow and kissed. The lips were cool, but the way the shadow Sakura was pressing up against the real Sakura was bothering the card captor. Madison was in a similar situation with her shadow teasing her through her damping panties.
'No, I can't let this card do this...," Sakura furiously thinks...,"Windy!" she shouts and without the wand to summon it, Windy lashes out at the two shadows binding them. A moment later, the wand appears in her right hand.
"Shadow card! I command you to return to your power confined!" she shouts and the strands of binding magic in snare the card and the card returns to card form and it floats over to her.
'Her powers get more prevalent when she's in real danger or is angered. I think I've chosen well.' Kero smugly thinks as she signs her name on the card. The three turn off the lights and quickly sneak back to their homes so that none were the wiser.
