Scorpinac: I'll also have to add in the healing card as well. The group will have to face worse things than Eli's tricks. I just couldn't come up with something for Nikki and Rita. I think that Chelsea/Zachary scene drained me. Nope Meilin won't be leaving, and this chapter will deal with that problem. Look for lovers to make one last un-captured appearance along with healing.

"Kero, about that card...,why...?" Sakura begins but Kero stops her.
"Why aren't any of you carrying children? That card does have the ability to magically stop that from happening." Kero explains. Madison sighs in relief. After the night her and Josh had she had been worried more than Sakura had been. That was why the two girls had rushed to Sakura's to talk to the guardian beast.
"I just wish we could capture that card." Sakura states.
"Believe you me champ, no one wants that card contained more than me." Kero states.
"Kero, are there more of these...,natural cards out there?" Madison asks.
"Hmmm, I wish I knew the answer to that." Kero sighs dejectedly. "But, with our new discover that it is possible for you and the kid to unite powers like that, I am pretty sure we can destroy Fey Wong."

The two circle each other waiting for the other to make the first move. With all the times they had fought, they knew their opponent's moves extremely well. Meilin makes the first move as she tries to sweep Wulf's legs out from under him. Knowing that was coming, the blond avoids the attempt and tries to grapple her. Meilin avoids this and goes to attack the elbows and knees.
'Girl's gotten smarter...,' Wulf thinks blocking her strikes, 'but if she's gained any of my strength and durability from our bout with the lovers card, then she'll need to get a lot smarter quicker.'

The door to the chamber of the elders explodes magically. All who were present wince seeing Yelan storming into the room apparently ready to fight.
"I just was informed about this...,why are you doing this now?" she directs the question at the elders. "And why are you going along with this!?" she shouts at Meilin's mother. "Using Meilin's grandmother to get Meilin back here is dishonorable at best!"
"The cards are almost re-captured...,Meilin will be brought back first then your son, Yelan." the first states calmly.
"Brought back? Brought back! Have you forgotten that Fey Wong is out there?" she snarls.
"That is why Lee must be brought back home. He's in line to lead this family and is the only male child in the family. We can't risk that." a second states.
"You'd risk the world just to make sure the family line continues!?" Yelan rants.
"The arrange marriage will go through." Meilin's mother states.
"Ignorant fools! Fey Wong will slaughter the other card captor." Yelan states.
"The other one has no heritage and won't produce magically gifted children." a third states.
"And you think Meilin will?" Yelan asks incredulously.
"She has the blood." the first states.
"If that is how it's going to be then I shall nullify the marriage and have Lee and the other card captor brought here and married with or without your permission." Yelan says threatening.
"You wouldn't dare." the first states. Meilin's mother bites her lip. Yelan appeared to be ready to throw people out of the family in order to get her way.
"I shall go with my mistress's wishes. Meilin shall stay." Meilin's mother caves in to Yelan.
"That is not...," the second begins but a blast of cold stops him.
"It's been decided, Meilin shall stay. I suggest that the subject of Meilin's returning and Lee's marriage to Meilin needs to be dropped." Yelan growls and silence falls in the chamber.

"Give..,up?" Meilin pants out.
"Not on...your...,life." Wulf growls.
"Pardon my interruption," Matilda drumhilde says coming down the steps, "but it's Sakura." Wulf's aunt says handing the cordless over to her nephew.

"Well now, twin has made the two card captors look like fools...,and oh, here come the Braun of the group." Fey says watching as Meilin and Wulf join up.
"What are you planning?" Sian asks.
"At the moment, nothing. I'm trying to find the lovers card. If I get my hands on it, I can use it to distract the group of would be heroes any time I wanted." Fey says smirking.

"Ok you, get ready for a real fight!" Meilin shouts and charges at one of the halves of the twin card. Wulf calmly approaches the other half waiting on the card to attack unlike Meilin. The card charges, but is caught in Wulf's iron grip.
"Why don't we just watch our partners shall we?" Wulf asks putting the squeeze on the half that attacked him. It struggles, but the painful hold just got tighter.
"C'mon, what's wrong? Can't fight with your other half?" Meilin taunts and the card's attacks become frantic, but at the same time sloppy. Its defenses now had holes now which Meilin took full advantage of. In four quick blows, the card was on the ground. Seeing a chance, Wulf slams the other half of the twin card right on top of the one Meilin put on the ground.
"Now!" Kero shouts and Sakura seals up the card. Meilin grins to herself. A card that she finally could fight.

"They are now down to two cards." Spinner comments.
"No, three." Eli says with a glint in his eyes.
"Three?"
"Yes, another natural card has appeared. Fortunately this one isn't as mischievous like lovers." Eli explains.

Author's Ramblings
As all of you can tell, I'm getting to the end of the capturing saga. Before I go past the final judgement, I would like any one to submit any new cards they might like to see before the final judgement chapter. Plus, for those that follow this and Team Alphanumeric, I've been pondering whether or not to do a short crossover. So review and let me know what you think and what should happen at the final judgement.
