Scorpinac: Ah, good to see you're still keeping up with this story. I was wanting to leave the reader guessing whether or not Sian survived or not. That'll be answer in the opening of this chapter.
Note: If the park in this chapter sounds familiar, then that's because it's based on Yosemite National Park.

"Ugh, what dimension are we in now?" Sian says setting up.
"We're in the same abandoned warehouse where I found the generator. Damn it! It's beyond repair." Skynet curses.
"How the fuck did we survive that trip?" Akurax asks.
"I put in a fail safe in which if the generator became damage an emergency jump would send us back to our home dimension." Skynet replies.
"C'mon, let's go back to the apartment. We must plan again." Sian says and the four vanish.

"And Now...,ladies and gentlemen...," Mr. Laurie says to his homeroom in a mock announcer's voice, "the six who'll represent my homeroom during the freshmen trip to Yulanda...,oh, no surprise here, first is Mr. Karthing." he says with a smirk. "And the two stooges that'll be joining him are Lee Shaoran and Wulf Drumhilde. As for the female representatives...,Ms. Taylor, Ms. Rae,...,and...,wait for it...,Ms. Avalon." Josh shuts his eyes.
'Must have just taken a dose of Vicodin. He's in too good of a mood.' Josh thinks.
"As for the rest of you, work harder and get those grades up for the sophomore trip." He says glaring at the rest of his class. Remember, You've got to put up with me for another three years." he adds smirking.

"Six in the morning is a ridiculous time to be getting on a bus." Meilin complains. "Where is this place anyway?"
"A little over five hours from Readington." Josh answers.
"There's this granite peak there that I want to climb." Wulf adds.
"It'll be a good change of pace for us. I heard there's a wonderful waterfall there." Madison comments. "How in the world did you even make sure you got her on time?" she asks Sakura.
"I stayed the night to make sure she wasn't late." Lee answers smiling as the six head for the back of the bus.

Alright you six, this is your cabin. However, for some unfathomable reason, Laurie trust you six not to be supervised, but I don't trust someone who's supposedly in constant pain. During the day you'll be mostly unsupervised, but at night, either myself or one of the other chaperone will come in to check on you every hour. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes sir." the six snapped off like a collection of raw cadets in a military academy.
"Good." he states and leaves the six shutting the door with a loud thud.
"Well, he's certainly pleasant to be around." Meilin says.
"Josh, remind me never to take ROTC Gym ever." Wulf states.

"You'll have a nice time...,you can get away from everything and relax. You call this relaxing? I better be careful or I'll end up talking to myself." Lee says watching through binoculars as Wulf scales the granite rock face.

'No problem.' Wulf muses looking around as he pauses half way up the rock face. 'Hope the girls are...,"
"Ok there?"
"Josh!" Wulf shouts as a small rock gives away from under his left foot. He regains his balance and takes in a deep breath. He notes that his friend was on his flying disk.
"I've been observing your progress." Josh continues.
"Over 2000 points of interest and you choose me? I don't know if I should be flattered or not."
"You do realize that the record for free climbing this particular mountain is in no danger of being broken."
"I'm not trying to break any records. There's a perfectly good reason why I'm climbing."
"And that is?"
"Because it's there." Wulf says smiling.
"Uh, Wulf, I don't think you realize the gravity of your situation."
"On the contrary," Wulf says after another part of the rock face crumbles from under his hand and falls to earth, "gravity is foremost on my mind. Look, I'm trying to make an ascent here. Why don't you go pester Lee for a bit."
"I don't think that Lee's in the best of moods at the moment."

"So damned irresponsible. Playing games with fate. If he falls Meilin will kill me." Lee says still watching them.

"Concentration is vital...,you must be one with the rock." Josh advises.
"Look, I appreciate your help, but if you don't leave I'm liable...," Wulf states and the next small ledge he grabs crumbles instantly and gravity takes ahold. "Faaaalllll!"

"Lee comes running and then sees that Josh had caught him just a few feet off the ground.
"Perhaps because it's there isn't sufficient enough of a reason for climbing a mountain." Josh strains.
"I'm hardly in a position to disagree. Hey Lee!" he shouts as their friend finishes his run to where the two were in mid-air. "Just thought we'd drop in." Wulf says trying to defuse the situation.

"Y'know, the two of you can drive a mage into an early grave." Lee comments as the three head back for their cabin.
"I know what he does, but what do I do?" Wulf asks.
"What do you do? You do realize I'm related to your girlfriend right? I don't think it crossed that macho mind of yours, but you should have been killed when you fell off that mountain." Lee answers.
"Hey, I had the two of you with me." Wulf responds.
"I don't understand." Josh says.
"Odds are good...,I'll die alone."

"Admit it Sakura, we're lost." Madison says.
"Alright, we're lost, but we're making good time." Sakura replies.
Making good time!" Meilin indignantly shouts. "Does your internal compass always point south?!" Sakura laughs Meilin's rant away until she feels Lee trying to contact her.
'You guys ok?'
"If you tell him we're lost he'll never let you live it down." Madison whispers.
'Sakura?'
"Oh for fucks sake...,tell him now!" Meilin shouts.
'Lost again huh?' Lee teases.
'Oh stop that!'
'I'll get the lazon board and we'll find you guys.'

"All clear." Josh affirms watching the ROTC gym teacher leaving.
"Guy won't leave us alone." Meilin says scooting back under Wulf's sleeping bag.
"I heard that that guy has got a problem with Mr. Laurie." Josh states as he feels Madison rap her live body around his.

"You know, you're not going to catch them doing anything. You're just doing this because they're Greg's students."
"James, I don't tell you how to teach, so don't tell me how to chaperone."
"Tritter, you're only doing this because Greg's pissed you off so much. He pisses everyone off."
"I'm only looking out for the well being of these students, nothing more." Tritter replies and James rolls his eyes.

"Then it's settled..., we throw everything at them and finish this." Sian states.
"They shall fall before you, master." Tarsis replies.
"I shall make sure there isn't a drop of blood left in them!" Akurax howls.
"They are certainly fired up." Skynet comments.
"As well as they should be. I'm tired of playing this game. If it comes down to it, I'll seal all of them in void and deal with only my brother." Sian states holding up void and smiling. the heroes would meet their end soon.
