Akewataru: I needed to come up with an explanation on why Ash needs and or deserves two girls, so why not two dark forbidden elements. I didn't know how well it would fly, but it appears that I might have made the correct decision. As long as Anabel and Valdrade are near, they can keep in balanced, but they are going to have problems bringing back their Ash. For reference, remember Victory Road in yellow, red, and blue? That's the underground path that Gary's leading the group through.

" I don't get it. You'd think they would have put up some guards around the underground path." Gary states as the group make their way through the less traveled underground path towards the plateau.
"Uh Gary, how come you know this path so well?" Richie asks.
"I came this way the first time I competed in the Indigo tournament. I thought it would be a good training exercise. I thought Giovanni would have posted someone down here." Gary states. He didn't like that they hadn't encountered anyone on this path.
"What's wrong?" Sabrina states.
"It's Ash...,I don't know what has happened, but he's changed and not for the better." Valdrade states and Anabel nods confirming what Valdrade had just said.
"Then lets pick up the pace then." Gary orders and the group go from walking to running.

"You're hiding your fear well, Paul." the demon shadow master states.
"Just what are you? There isn't a pokemon with the element of 'demon'." Paul states.
"True, but don't think of it as a pokemon type. Think of it as an evolutionary stage of the shadow master." Ashura states.
"And Ash?"
"I'm Ashura, and that weakling won't take back control, nor will he be able to use these new powers." Ashura states,. "Now, let's begin...,shadow slash!" he calls out and black claws extend out of his hand and attempt to slice into Paul. Paul manages barely to avoid the attack.
"All you are is an ugly version of the same weak fool I've been fighting. Thunder dome!" Paul cries and a half sphere of electrical energy traps the shadow demon master. However, to Paul's shock Ashura was unharmed. "What!?"
"Look at my tail." he states smugly. Paul does so and sees that the new appendage growing out of Ashura's back was embedded in the ground.
'Damn, he grounded himself.'
"Here, this is a true electrical attack...,electro-destroyer!" and a blast of blackish yellow energy slams into the unsuspecting Paul knocking him down. His body was slightly singed from that.
'What!? A new Move! I better not mess around.' "Toxic fumes!" Paul shouts and a thick cloud of poison engulfs Ashura.
"Flammable!" and Ashura's body glows a fire red. the toxic poison then explodes in a shower of fire. Paul's eyes widen realizing that the attack Ashura used could turn anything thrown at the demon flammable.
"What...,What are you?" Paul asks now fearing for his life for the first time since he had started fighting Ash so long ago.
"This is what you wanted isn't it? You wanted me unbound from the light mistress, so here I am." Ashura says smirking. Then a chain loops itself around him.
"You will now obey me! That is the elemental chain suppressor. It's ten times more effective than the restraints." Sam Oak states. The demon laughs and the chain glows black and shatters.
"Do you really think that technology can bind me? Here, this shall be your punishment for your foolishness." and with that, the sharp point at the end of his tail embeds itself in Oak's chest. "Die by the hands of the monster you created.""
"Ash!" two feminine voices shout. He turns to see the light and empathic mistresses running up to him.
"He's gone." Ashura states.
"Final destroyer!" Paul shouts hoping to destroy all three of them in one split second with a platinum blast of elemental energy. For a split second, the demon had decided to let the attack destroy those that bound him, but at the last second, he finds himself moving both himself and the two girls out of the way of that attack.
'No! I can't let them rebind me!' Ashura shouts in his mind.
"C'mon, come back to us." Anabel pleas.
"I won't be bound." he growls and raises his tail in order to deliver the killing blow.
"darkness tomb!" Paul growls firing the same attack that had disabled the two girls the last time. The tail lashes out and instead of decapitating the girls, it cuts the attack down. Valdrade reaches a hand over and caresses a cheek.
"Stop that...," he whimpers. He tries to pull away but he leans into the touch. Anabel raps her arms around him.
"You control the element, not the other way around. You are the master, not the darkness." Valdrade quietly says. The demon pulls the two girls to him and the delicate balance is restored as Ash's humanity returns to him, but the transformation remains.
"Thank...,you." Ash says exhausted.
"Toxic death!" Paul shouts.
"Burn blast!" Gary shouts and the poisonous attack is countered. Paul retreats seeing that he was quite outnumbered. "He alright?" Gary asks coming over to the three.
"How...,do...,I...,get out...,of this...,form?" Ash asks panting. "I'm sorry Gary." he adds pointing with his tail to Oak.
"Better you got him I suppose. I don't think I could have killed him." Gary states.
"No...,I'm not dead yet...,please...,help me." Oak gasps out.
"Help you! After what you've done! I ought to leave you here dying." Gary growls. Sabrina lays a hand on his shoulder and he calms down. He walks over and heels the wound. "There, that'll make sure you'll live until..."
"Until I showed up?" Giovanni finishes smirking. The entirety of the shadow battle group gets into a protective circular stance around their leader. "Well, after they have seen what sort of monster you really can be, they still protect you, Ketchem."
"Don't try it, Giovanni. I recover quickly in this form." Ash states.
"Then I suggest you take your team and leave before I slaughter you all." Giovanni states.
"Sabrina, Valdrade, link up and teleport us all out of here before the bastard changes his mind." Ash quietly orders and the entire group vanishes.
"Why did you let them go?" Cyrus asks.
"Ash recovered his mind, but he still was acting like a wounded animal. He'll have to deal with the fact that he's more of a monster than before." Giovanni states. "They'll end up kicking him out and he might be convinced to join us."
"After all this you'd let him join!" Cyrus shouts.
"He'll have no choice. Lance's group and mine would overwhelm him. He'd would need to have the protection of a group." Giovanni says smirking. Cyrus shakes his head using the protection of a group to offer Ash somewhere safe to protect his precious balance was beyond high stakes, if it came to to that.

Ash lies on a metal table, naked, in Ivy's lab. All sorts of equipment was scanning his body.
"These readings are even more astounding than the first readings taken of your powers." Ivy states.
"Could you please tell me how to get rid of these wings and tail?" Ash complains.
"They seem to be an extension of your element like the cloak. Try manipulating them to go back into your body." Ivy suggests.
"Now why didn't I think of that?" Ash asks.
"You're too hungry and tired to think." Anabel's offers with a smile.
"Yeah, but I don't know if I've even got the energy to eat anything." Ash states and the wings and tail vanish and the fangs do so as well. The only thing that didn't change was the muscle development and new height he had gain from the dark evolution of his element.
"Mmmm, I can't wait to get you back in our bed." Anabel teases and Ash smiles. It was good to be home.
