Eli & the Never Ending Rain

Eli smiles to himself. this new experience of going to school was something that in a prior life he never had the privilege...,at least not a normal school. Now, he would be able to observe the pair's bond up close. He rounds a corner and a sense of dread crosses him. He feels as if his nerve endings were on fire. A hand places itself on his shoulder. Eli turns to see...,
"Hello, little brother."
"Sian."
"That's right. So, what name have you take in this life."
"Now you know that names have power.' Eli replies.
"Bah, that crap means nothing to me and uncle Fey."
"Well you can tell your uncle Fey that I won't tolerate anymore interference with my project." Eli states like a college professor would to a student that was failing and should drop his class.
"Oh, but I'll be keeping a watch on you as well. Remember, it was only the strength of our father that put myself and Fey in that dark dimension. There isn't anyone powerful enough to repeat that." Sian says and walks away. Eli sighs to himself. Sian was right about that, Lee and Sakura hadn't the power to open holes in dimensions, but there was always Josh Karthing's technology to fall back on.

Tori walks the halls of his school looking for Julian. He spots his friend being hit upon by a girl he never seen before.
"Julian! C'mon, if we're even one minute late to Laurie's homeroom we'll be in detention for a week!" Tori barks out. He wasn't a good mood this morning.
'That's the homeroom teacher I've got...,care to show me the way?" Ruby asks batting her lashes at Julian who couldn't resist. Tori slaps his forehead. First, his sister gets lost in a world of her own every five minutes and now Julian was being lead round by this new girl. This day was going to be long and tiresome.

The class waits on their teach to come into the room. The sound of a cane lightly hitting the tiled floor could be heard getting closer. The door is thrown open and Greg Laurie walks into the room supported by his cane. He pulls out his rolling chair and swings it out so it is now in front of his desk. He checks his roll to see the new name.
"Ah-ha, we've got a new victim amongst our number...,Ruby Moon," he says slamming his cane on her desktop making her flinch, "all the way from the U.K., I think you're my first exchange student, and most likely my last." he comments smirking.

Meanwhile, at the middle school, another pair of new students were being introduced. Eli hadn't drawn much of a response from the six, but Sian certainly did due to the fact that Sian wanted Lee and Sakura to feel him. Sian gives an evil towards Lee and Sakura. Lee gives a death glare while Sakura tries to keep from making eye contact.

"He's a strange man," Ruby comments walking with Tori and Julian. She was holding Julian's hand as well.
"Do you have every single class we do?" Tori growls.
"Is he always this grumpy?" Ruby asks Julian who just shrugs.
Arg! At least you won't be around for gym!" Tori fumes storming off and Ruby cackles.
'What the hell is going on around here?' Yue thinks to himself watching through Julian's eyes.

"Sian Reed?" Sakura asks Lee at lunch.
"Clow's older brother and Fey's little disciple. Sian was sent away to the same place that Fey was. Apparently, Sian is posing as a student to keep a watch over us." Lee explains.
"I say we give a proper welcome." Meilin says cracking her knuckles and Wulf rolls his eyes at her.
"No. Let him make the first move." Lee states. "Besides, we've got other things to worry about beside Sian keeping an eye on us."

Eli watches the group as they talk about Sian. He then let's his magical senses out to view the bond.
"Gold, it's gold. The strand is gold. Well, if that don't take all the cakes that Kero has eaten." he quietly comments to himself. "No wonder this crazy idea of two masters of the cards is working." He could feel Ruby's excited aura in the cafeteria of the high school. 'Should have made her a little calmer. Tori might actually kill her.'

"No," Tori whispers to himself. Apparently, it was time for a joint gym class with the girls. They were doing basketball and Ruby had said that she would take on any boy the coach volunteered.
"Avalon! You're up." the coach barks. Tori growls but steps forward. "First to five wins." he says and tosses the ball into the air. Ruby gets and immediately hits a three point shot to the shock of everyone accept for Julian who was cheering for her.
"Hey Star! Just whose side are you on!?" Tori asks annoyed at the whole situation. Turning back to Ruby, he decides that a good offense was the best defensive. Trying to use his brute strength, he charges back towards the three point and tries to shoot an all or nothing shot, but Ruby steals the ball and sinks another three pointer.
"Avalon, she wiped the floor with you." the coach says amused. "Next pair up. Let's go!"

"So, how was your day?" Eli asks with a gleam in his eye.
"I've got Julian eating out of the palm of my hand, but I rather have have him eat my..." Ruby begins but Spinner transforms into his true form.
"Finish that and I shall make sure you can't live out that fantasy." Spinner growls.
"Now take it easy Spinner. Ruby, no talking about your potential sex life." Eli chastises. "Sian showed up today and has sworn to keep his eyes on me. Hmmm, I think Readington is a little dry...,I think it's time to water the town." he says and starts chanting.

"Hmmm, that's Clow's magic," Fey comments. "What is he doing?"
"Probably coming with some childish stunt to get those two to transform another card." Sian comments.
"Let's see if they can get past this childish stunt then." Fey replies.

"This storm was created by magic. You're going to have to use one of the cards to stop it." Kero states.
"But which one?" Sakura asks as Madison films the whole thing.
"Fire." Lee answers.
"Fire? Are you sure?" Sakura asks.
"That'll split up the four elemental cards." Kero adds. She looks at Lee who nods and gets behind her.
"Fiery card, draw your strength from our bond!" Sakura shouts and the card spirit comes out and starts burning off the clouds. Kero was impressed how strong the card was. Once the clouds were burnt off, the card returns to Sakura. It was mostly pink, but it had a green boarder and had a green tint to it. The two fall to the ground magically exhausted.
'That's going to be the problem. The stronger cards is going to drain them completely. I think we better make sure the others are nearby encase Fey attacks after every transformation.' Kero thinks.

"Y'know, your son keeps strange company. Wulf Drumhilde has a family history that goes back 1200-1600 years at least. Meilin Rea and Lee Shaoran come from a prominent family in Hong Kong, and Madison Taylor's mother is the richest woman in the region. The oddity is Sakura Avalon. She comes from a middle class family. She seems to be the ordinary one out the group your son hangs around."
"You're boring me, Fermont." Viktor spits back.
"Hmmm, I guess we need to give you someone to talk to beside myself. Your son doesn't seem to care enough about you."
"He knows to carry on. He knows like I do that you'll just crank the power of the reactor until it overloads and causes a permanent breach."
"Oh, but your son has built a relationship with Taylor. He's quite taken by her. I wonder if taking her would motivate your son." Fermont says and Viktor glares at him. Anton was going to far now.
