Watery Crushes

The penguins are certainly putting on a great show." Madison comments. Their class was on a field trip to the aquarium.
"Yeah," Sakura agrees smiling. Then her eyes get a far away look in them.
"Uh oh, I know that look," Madison whispers, but just when Sakura was about to comment about the card she was sensing it happened. The water starts spinning into a whirlpool. The trainers try to retrieve the penguins so they didn't get hurt. Unfortunately, one of the trainers was caught up in the waterspout. To Sakura's shock and almost horror, Tori jumps into the water and manages to rescue the trainer.

"Exciting day at work?" Aiden Avalon asks his son that evening.
"You could say that. Something strange happened. Right in the middle of the penguin show, the water for some unknown reason reason starts swirling like a tornado. The trainers had to rescue the birds, but one of the trainers got caught and I had to rescue him. Those trainers are trained for emergencies like that. I still don't understand what could have happened."
"Weren't you scared?" Sakura asks.
"Nah, just concerned when that current of water almost got too strong for me to swim out of." Tori states. "I'm probably going to turn in early tonight." he adds yawning.
"Well, at least eat dinner before you go to bed." their father offers. Tori smirks and grabs his plate of food and digs in.
"And you call me a monster...,you're the one that eats like one." Sakura quips.
"You're the monster, squirt." Tori says through a mouth full of food. Sakura growls, stomps on his foot, and Tori almost chokes on his food.

"Force know my plight, release the light!" Lee calls and the lazen board points out a direction.
"Master Lee?" Wei calls.
"I'm going to investigate that card I felt yesterday. I'll be back in time for lunch." Lee says and heads out the door wearing his ceremonial robes.
'Strong headed, just like his father. He doesn't even have one card to his name and yet he's going out there alone.' Wei thinks shaking his head.

'It was here, but what was it and is it still here?' Lee thinks walking around the aquarium. 'At least it limits what cards were here. The worst case is the watercard.' He closes his eyes for a moment. He didn't want his second attempted card capture to be one of the four elements. His bladder protests from all this thinking about water and Lee rushes to find a bathroom.

'I'm supposed to help this other card captor out>? Aren't the cards supposed to belong to my family?' Lee thinks looking in the mirror as he washes his hands. Then, the spigot starts spraying water all over the room. Lee tries to shut it off, but the water keeps coming. A creature comes out appearing to be a blue mermaid with webbed fingers and large ears that appear to be a cross between webbed flippers and pointed elf's ears. It has no legs
but instead it seems to ride on a column of water that resembles a tail.
"Water card!" Lee cries out. The female spirit takes offense to Lee naming it so quickly and she attack him with water chains. Lee dodges them and summons his sword.
"Element, Lightning! Come to my aid!" He cries and the thunder based attack lashes out at the card, but the card puddles at the floor and then flows to surround Lee. The spirit cocoons Lee and tentacles of water reach under his robes in order to tickle him. The card smirks not letting Lee have any reprieve. After five minutes of this torment, Le passes out and the card flows back into the sink and back into the plumbing system of the aquarium.

"So, what were you doing at the aquarium?" Julian asks as the two gather their books for their afternoon classes.
"I'm working at that cafe inside the aquarium. You ought to take Sakura there." Tori suggests.
"Are you trying to set us up?" Julian asks arching an eyebrow.
"Are you that oblivious? She likes you."
"And just why would you fix us up?"
"You're the only guy I trust with her."
"Tory...," he sighs, "alright, but promise you won't push anymore after this."
"I promise." Tori says smiling.

"Why did you suggest we come here, Julian?" Sakura asks.
"Well, Tori's working here and I was curious about what sort of cafe would be found in an aquarium." Julian answers.
'There's that feeling again. There's a Clow card nearby.' Sakura thinks.
"You alright?"
"Yeah...," she replies blushing, "just spaced out their for a moment."
"Hm, they certainly have a large freezer." Julian comments looking towards the back of the Cafe. The sounds of shattering glass and the screams of patrons stops Julian from commenting any further.
'Now I know it's a Clow card.' Sakura thinks as she runs losing Julian in the process. She grabs the cell phone that Madison had given her earlier that and presses a button.
"Kero, I'm at the aquarium, there is definitely a card here." she says through the phone running to get to the top of one of the tanks.
"It's probably the Water card. Be careful Sakura, it's the second of the four elemental cards." Kero states.
"Don't worry, I've got a plan." Sakura states and comes to the edge of the pool. "Water card! I'm calling you out. Come out if you're not afraid to face me!" she challenges.
"What!? That's your plan?!" Kero shouts through the phone.
"Don't worry, I've got it under control...,I hope." she says seeing the visible form of the card emerge from the pool. Sakura runs back down the way she came back towards the cafe. The card pursues her. Sakura smiles as she continues running. Once she reaches the cafe, she runs over to the walk-in freezer and opens it. The card follows her in and Sakura lets out windy to trap it in while she runs back out the door. She shuts it and waits about a minute or two and then re-opens the door. She sees the frozen form of the Water card frozen in the middle of the freezer.
"Water card, I command you to return to your power confined, Water card!" she cries and the card is forced back into its card form. Kero comes up to her as she is signing her name on the card.
"Alright!" Kero celebrates. "What made you think of luring the card to the freezer?" he asks.
"Oh, Julian made a comment about this freezer and when the card attacked I figured that freezing Watery would be the only way to capture it."
"Well now, I guess you can plan out after." Kero says smiling.
"C'mon, we better get out of here." Sakura suggests and the two leave.
