"What\'s the prayer we use before killing the undead?" Alucard asked.
"In the name of God, impure souls of the living dead shall be banished into eternal damnation, amen," I said.
"Here\'s your clue," Alucard said placing a piece of paper in my hand.
I thanked Alucard and turned back to Dad.
"What\'s it say if there\'s a picture draw it on my hand don\'t read the bottom to me until you\'ve read everything else," I said.
"It says, \'Guess where I am now!\'," Dad said then took my hand to draw a symbol that I mentally drew in my mind.
I think it was the symbol of the hidden leaf village.
"Yes! Off to the world of ninjas!" I exclaimed. "It\'s Naruto, right?"
"Yes, do you want the rest of it?" Dad asked.
"Yep, but please read it fast," I requested.
"\'Ask Gaara, Itachi, Naruto, Neji, or Sasuke. Whoever you run into first\'," Dad read.
"Great let\'s go!" I exclaimed opening my wings without a second thought and thought of Konoha.
I landed in Konoha with nothing wrong with me what so ever. I was thrilled. I looked around in search of Sasuke or Itachi, but couldn\'t find them anywhere. No Naruto either and I really didn\'t want to talk to Neji. I decided to go for a nice flight. I took to the air and reached out with my senses to try and find them Dad was following behind me.
Finally I sensed a very powerful aura. I headed toward it as fast as my wings could carry me. I found that it was Itachi. I quickly landed and hid my wings. I carefully approached Itachi hoping that I wouldn\'t startle him. Even though I only just read the series I still thought Itachi was hot. Along with Sasuke, Naruto, Gaara, Sai, Kiba, Kakashi, and Shikamaru.
"I do hope you\'re not trying to sneak up on me. If you are you’re doing a very poor job little girl," came Itachi\'s voice.
He didn\'t turn around and that kind of bothered me.
"I-I wasn\'t . . . I . . . I was . . . trying not . . . not to startle you. I . . . I have a . . . question for you," I said stumbling over my words, and I could feel my face gaining heat.
"What\'s your question?" Itachi asked turning around to face me.
I was stunned. I looked at his eyes then looked away quickly focusing instead on his chin. He had his Sharingan activated, but I didn\'t want to look away from his face.
"If you\'ll turn off your Sharingan I\'d be happy to ask my question," I said.
"Can\'t you fight its effects?" he asked.
"I might be able to but I\'ve never tried, and not really in the mood to right now. Could you please turn it off?” I asked.
"Fine," he said.
I chanced a look into his eyes and was surprised again. He actually did turn off his Sharingan. I stood there lost in his black expressionless eyes. He cleared his throat bringing me back to the present.
"R-r-right. Umm . . . h-h-have y-you ever heard the n-name Kahiri Kyuseishu?" I stammered out blushing a very bright red.
"Yes, let me guess you are Kihara Kyuseishu finally come to fetch the clue she has left with me?" he asked looking deep into my eyes.
"Y-y-yes. I am Kihara," I said blushing harder if possible.
"You\'re cute when you\'re blushing. I have your clue here. If you want it you have to trust me and come get it," he said.
I stood there for no more than a tenth of a second before I took one step forward and Dad grabbed my shoulder.
"What do you think you\'re doing?" he asked.
"I\'m getting my clue, now let go," I said and shrugged his hand off of my shoulder without once looking at him.
I continued on my path over to Itachi. I never looked away from Itachi\'s eyes. No matter what Dad yelled at me I just continued walking toward Itachi. I couldn\'t figure out why, but I found another person that I trusted unconditionally.
When I finally reached Itachi I was ignoring Dad with all of the will power I had in my body.
"You\'re father doesn\'t trust me," it wasn\'t a question.
"No, but I do," I said and blushed again.
"Do you really?" he asked.
"Yes," I whispered and felt my face burn hotter if that was even possible.
"Come get it," he said holding the note off to his side.
I walked closer still ignoring Dad\'s protests and not looking away from Itachi\'s eyes. When I got within five feet of him he activated his Sharingan again. I gasped as I found that the Sharingan didn\'t affect me at all. I just kept right on walking. When I got within arm’s length he reached out and pulled me towards him the rest of the way. He pulled me close and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"You\'re the first person who\'s ever said that since Sasuke," he said almost crying into my shoulder.
I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and let him cry doing my best to comfort him. When he finally pulled back he kissed me on the cheek, and I blushed a deep red.
"Kihara-san," he said as if testing how it sounded in his mouth.
"Please just Kihara," I said.
"Okay then, Kihara. Here\'s your clue," he said and placed the piece of paper in my hand.
"Thank you Uchiha-san," I said.
"Just Itachi," he said and gave me another hug.
I smiled and hugged him back. He pulled back and gave me my first kiss. I was so surprised I couldn\'t think. I was too stunned to even react.
Only after Dad cleared his throat did Itachi release me from his kiss. I stood there blinking a bit and then I pressed my lips to his. I actually liked kissing Itachi. I had never believed in my life that he was such a good kisser. I ignored Dad’s many clearings of his throat until he called my name. We regretfully parted and I turned to Dad looking peeved.
“Are you going to read your clue so we can get going or not?” Dad asked.
I looked at Itachi then back at Dad and said, “I wanna stall for a while.”
“Well if we do stall then we’re going back to Konoha so you can learn from the teachers there how to use and control your chakra,” he said.
“Fine,” I said giving him a death glare from hell.
I looked back to Itachi and gave him one last hug and kiss. Dad gabbed my arm and dragged me away as I waved to Itachi.
“Do you realize who you were kissing?” Dad asked in a rough voice.
“Yes I was kissing Itachi Uchiha. He’s an ex-anbu for Konoha. The only reason he killed all of his clan besides Sasuke and Tobi is so that he could save Konoha. He couldn’t bring himself to kill Sasuke because he was his baby brother. Tobi was the one that helped him kill the Uchiha clan,” I said using all of the facts I had gained from reading the manga, “Besides, for all I know I just gave him his last kiss before he dies.”
“You still could have gotten killed by doing that,” Dad said.
“Dad you worry too much. I’m not a baby. I can protect myself. Besides he felt safe enough to trust,” I said.
“What do you mean he felt safe?” he asked.
“I mean I can sense when people are only acting nice. I could sense that he was truly curious about why I trusted him like a member of my own family when I would have surly heard the rumors from the village. Yeah I had read those rumors, but I also read through his experiences. I see things through his eyes. I have a very open mind so when I hear something I like to hear both sides. I’m not nearly as judgmental as you are,” I said.
“I’m not that judgmental,” Dad said.
“Oh really, that’s why you didn’t want me to get anywhere near him? Face it Dad you’d rather I was around Naruto, Gaara, Neji, or Sasuke wouldn’t you?” I asked.
“Well maybe Sasuke, that depends on whether he’s left the village or not,” Dad said.
“See right there! You are judgmental. You do realize though, the more you hold me back from a guy the more I’m going to go after him. You might as well let me go. You know how much I hate being told what to do,” I said and flew into the sky as we got out of sight of Itachi.
“I guess you’re right. Will you please open your clue now?” he asked flying up to me.
“Okay,” I said and took the piece of paper in my hand and opened it.
It was only a piece of the clue, and a corner piece of the clue at that. I have to admit that Kahiri is really good at making things difficult. I had a little bit of a picture but nothing else. She must have guessed I would talk to Itachi first.
“Dad,” I called.
“Yeah?” he asked.
“Does Kahiri like to say things, and then totally disregard them?” I asked.
“Yes, why what’s she done this time?” he asked.
“You remember the last clue? How she said to talk to whoever I find first?” I asked.
“Yes,” he said clearly begging me to continue.
“Well, we did as she said and I think she really wanted me to talk to all of them which I was really hoping to avoid,” I said.
“Why?” he asked confused.
“I only have a corner piece and if I could take a guess she split it into five pieces. That means I have to talk to Gaara, Itachi, Naruto, Neji, and Sasuke. I really didn’t want to talk to Neji at first, but now I think I will,” I said.
“Oh why is that?” he asked.
“Just curious,” I said.
“Right, you wouldn’t like to see what fate holds for you by any chance now would you?” he asked.
“Maybe,” I said as I giggled and picked up speed.
