Dreams of adventure

           
He had been walking with her for about an hour, and well… he was grateful
for being able to convince the girl that her outfit would attract some unwanted
attention as they wandered around this place. But… It seemed as if Aisha
had done the entire girl’s shopping. As if every single last outfit she
had was tight and form fitting and would attract unwanted attention whether she
knew it or not. He watched her stop for the twentieth time as she turned to
look inside one of the windows giving him a chance to admire her backside
momentarily.

“Jim, Isn’t nice?!?” She said with far
more excitement in her voice to be identified as a question.

“Yeah…” His eyes took in her body form. In
the black cat suit it exposed her every curve. The top hooked around her neck
in a halter top sort of way and all the way down is formed to her body before
belling out at the bottom.

“I like color used.” She spoke as he tore his
gaze from her body suddenly feeling very, very guilty. He looked at what she
had been looking at. It was a necklace on a silver chain. There had been a
heart cut out of an old and hard to find stone…

“The purple one, right?” He looked at her as she
just stared at it as if lost in her own world. “That stone is known as an
amethyst… At one time when more people were into the interests
of magik they used to believe that stone magnified ones beauty, attracted
friends, bring happiness and love as well as heighten ones sexual
pleasure.” He uttered out as proof of his own knowledge of things not so
useful.

“Sexual pleasure…” She repeated
whimsically. “Jim explain what is?”

“Eh?!?” He froze giving her an odd look. She
only giggled at him.

“Suzuka say Jim get “bent out of shape”
when talk of things only people in love do.” She then looked back at the
necklace.

“Suzuka… You’ve been talking to
Suzuka?”

“Yes, Suzuka says she teach Noc… me proper
speech.”

“Well, that’s nice of Suzuka.”

“, Su, Suzuka teach proper speech, Melfina teach how to
cook, Aisha teaches about “everyday things”, Gene teaches about
bird, bee, and other thing people in love do. What Jim teaches me?”

“You want me to teach you something?”

&#;Yes;Yes!!” She smiled at him.

I’m sure you wouldn’t want to know about that.”

 “I do!” She grabbed his hand in her
excitement. “I want learn about EVERYTHING!” She looked at him with
her hopeful eyes.

“Everything?”

“I live with Tseng only for long time. My life only Universia
Way…” She moved towards a bench to sit
down.

“So, how did you…”

“Get caught?” She looked at him as he sat next
to her. “Strange person appeared. I fought, but person cowardly fighter.
I got caught in metal cords… ” She rolled up her sleeves showing
and old scar right across her forearm. She then took a finger drawing across
the scar shown to across her abdomen then her other arm. “Cord cut up
flesh bad… Person tried pro...probe?” She looked at him before
playing with her fingers... “Probe thoughts… Things go blank after,
until I wake and see kind face.” She then smiled.

“You’ll have to stay when we get to Universia
Way?” He watched her eyes grow teary as she nodded. “Must
protect life of many, even ones of greedy hearts. I want learn everything I can.”

“Okay…” He smiled at her a bit before
standing to hold his hand out to her. “I have some things to pick up for
Gillium.”

“Okay.” She took the hand offered to her as they
rushed off to seize the day.
