Chapter 6
Thanks for the reviews everyone! I’m glad you’re liking the story.
Disclaimer: You know. I don’t own. But I’d love to own Inui and Kaidoh. ^_^
EDIT: A few of the lines bothered me so I changed them. They still do but it\'ll have to do.
A/N: Sorry if they seem a bit OOC in this chapter. I dunno why, but this one was probably the hardest to right. Gomenasai.
“Nothing.” He sighed lazily, his eyes drifting shut. Inui grinned as the smaller boy fell asleep before he got out of bed and pulled his shorts back on. He shook Kaidoh awake a little so that he could do the same before laying back down and pulling him into his arms. “Oyasuminasai, Inui.” Inui smiled and pressed his nose into the boys hair, breathing him in before falling into a deep, peaceful sleep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kaidoh woke early the next morning, stretching lazily, his mind taking a minute to register everything that had happened in the last twenty-four hours. He couldn’t help but smile briefly as he felt Inui turn over in his sleep, slipping an arm around his waist and pulling him closer. Kaidoh tried to wiggle his way around so he could face Inui and watch him sleep.
Carefully and slowly he managed to do it, placing a chaste kiss on Inui’s forehead before settling in to watch him. Inui looked completely different when he slept. Like a little angel. It was hard to believe the sadistic data collector could look so innocent and gentle when he slept.
Inui’s eyes suddenly shot open, scaring the hell out of Kaidoh, and causing him to jump up, nearly falling out of the bed. “Morning.” He grinned slyly, pulling Kaidoh back to him.
“Psshhh…” Kaidoh warned, his heart feeling like it was about to burst.
“I was awake the whole time you know. Way before you even woke up.”
“Thanks for scaring me senpai. Way to start a morning.” Kaidoh grumbled, rubbing his eyes.
“Didn’t like it, ne? Well… I can think of a better start.” He leaned forward, attacking Kaidoh’s exposed neck with his lips and teeth whthe the smaller boy moaned, his hands flying up to Inui’s dark hair.
“I-Inui senpai.”
“Hai, Kaoru-koi?” Kaidoh blushed and Inui pulled away from Kaidoh, placing a quick kiss on his lips.
“I…”
“You should get going. We have school.” He finished for him, Kaidoh’s brain no longer working. Kaidoh nodded and crawled out of the bed, Inui right behind him. After Kaidoh pulled on his shirt, before he could turn around, Inui wrapped his arms around the smaller boy’s frame, leaning on him and burying his face in his neck. Kaidoh rubbed Inui’s arms while keeping his eyes ahead.
“Kaidoh?”
“Nani?”
“I don’t suppose we should let anyone know about this, ne?”
“Probably not, senpai.”
“Let them figure it out on their own.”
“Oh?”
“Mmm. Some of them might know exactly what\'s going on right away... though I doubt that. They don\'t observe people that deeply.” He grinned, his fstilstill buried in Kaidoh’s neck.
“What?”
“Well… from the data I collected I’ve noticed quite a few things about the boys that they might not be willing to admit about themselves.”
“Pssshh.”
“Seriously.” He nipped Kaidoh’s neck, causing the mamushi to groan before he pushed him forward. “Alright. That’s enough playing. I have work to do before school.” Inwardly he laughed at Kaidoh’s discomfort as he walked him to the door.
“See you in a few hours.” He said, his voice dripping with innuendo. Kaidoh made a face and headed out the door before Inui grabbed him for one last kiss. In the shadows of the doorway, Inui opened his mouth slightly, Kaidoh following his lead as their tongues met, dancing briefly before ending the kiss.
Kaidoh left Inui’s house, turning back once to see Inui, nodding to him before he broke into a jog, heading home. He figured he might as well get his morning run in before he headed to his house.
The day was clear and starting to warm up, despite the terrible storm just a few hours ago. The ground was still wet, with some large puddles on the ground. He avoided them neatly, watching the early morning sun rise as he ran. He headed towards the park, running around it, trying not to think about last night. Hoping he wouldn’t, but it was of no use. No matter how hard he tried, Inui was always creeping into his mind. Whenever the wind changed directions he could smell the other boy all him him. Just that wonderful scent caused his pants to grow tighter. He groaned and pushed himself harder, hoping a fast run would make it subside. No such luck for Kaidoh.
The mamushi dashed into his house, briefly yet politely greeting his parents and little brother before practically sprinting to his room. He grabbis sis school clothes and ran into the bathroom to take a shower. A very cold one.
At his own house, Inui took a shower before dressing for school and eating breakfast. Having plenty of time before having to head to school, he sat down in front of is computer and started chronicling the previous nights adventures.
The school day went quickly, much to Kaidoh’s surprise. And then it was time for practice. Kaidoh took a deep breath before heading into the clubhouse locker room. Setting his bags down he realized he was the first to arrive. Frowning, he turned to change shirts. With his school shirt off he grabbed the team shirt and started to pull it on when he heard someone clear their throat at the door. Spinning around, the shirt only on his arms, he looked at who was there. Of course it was none other than Inui Sadaharu.
“I-Inui senpai.” Kaidoh stumbled, looking around, his face flushed. Inui nodded while quickly moving into the room towards Kaidoh. The smaller boy backed into the wall, the shirt still on his arms. Inui pressed himself into his lover, kissing his neck. Kaidoh groaned at the pressure on his hips.
“Hoi! Oishi!” Inui quickly took a step back, Kaidoh staring at the door as Kikumaru ran in. “Have you seen Oishi yet?”
“He’s on the courts already.” Inui answered. Eiji stared at the two of them, blinking. Kaidoh blushed and turned, pulling his shirt over his head.
“Oh. Okay!” He placed his bags down and started to change. Soon the entire team arrived, while Kaidoh grabbed his racket and left, hissing. Inui smirked and followed after him.
Within minutes the entire team was assembled on the courts and paired off for practice matches. “Kaidoh, Momoshiro.” Tezuka called.
“Psssshh.”
“Aw come on! I don’t want to play with Mamushi.”
“What was that?”
“Kaidoh.” Inui warned, a slightly sadistic grin spreading over his face as he casually held a glass of some greenish brown liquid. Kaidoh frowned and blushed, looking away and stalking towards the courts. Fuji watched him go and then turned to watch Inui. A bigger smile replaced the one already on his face.
Inui’s eye’s followed all the games taking place on the court and took notes on each player, determining where they needed to improve. When he finally turned to watch Kaidoh’s match he almost forgot about jotting down notes. Fuji’s game ended rather quickly against Eiji, and the tensai came and stood by the data collector, smiling.
“Aah. He’s improved, hasn’t he?”
“Nani?”
“Kaidoh, I mean. He seems like he’s playing different today. I wonder why.” Inui turned to look at Fuji suspiciously.
“Kaidoh.” Inui called after he missed a return. Kaidoh turned, his face automatically turning red. Inui nodded and Kaidoh turned back to the game. Momoshiro served and the two of them volleyed for a minute before Kaidoh moved to do the Boomerang Snake.
“Baka! You can’t do that when you play- WHOA!” Momoshiro jumped back to avoid being hit by the ball as it hit inside the court. “Okay. Lucky shot.” He grumbled. “Not like you can do it again.”
Momoshiro served again, and immediately Kaidoh returned the shot with the Boomerang Snake. Inui smiled broadly as time and time again Kaidoh proved he had perfected the shot. Fuji smiled up at him.
“Extra training, ne?”
“Hai.”
“In the park?”
“Hai.”
“Aah. Demo… it rained yesterday.” Fuji commented, his knowing smile on his face as he nodded and walked away. Inui frowned, wondering how he could have made a simple mistake like that before realizing it was Fuji he had been talking to, and turned back to the game to see it had ended. He handed the glass to Momoshiro, who drank it and ran off, screaming.
After those who had lost returned from wherever they had run off to, they gathered in a loose circle arounui. ui. “Momoshiro. Watch your wrist when you smash next time. You’re starting to over rotate it. Do that to much and you’ll sprain it.”
“Hai.”
“Kikumaru, Oishi. Keep working on your raising your stamina. It’s improving.”
“Hai.”
“Hoi, hoi.”
“Ryoma. Another glass of milk each day.”
“Nani? Inui-senpai…”
“Milk, or Penal-Tea.” Ryoma rolled his eyes and pulled the brim of his cap down.
“Kaidoh. I’ll speak with you after practice.” Kaidoh flushed a dark red, Fuji smiling deeply.
“Hoi, Kaidoh. Are you sick or something? You keep turning red.” Before he even had a chance to think of an answer Inui responded for him.
“His training program has been changed in intensity, so his body is still getting used to it.”
“Oooh.”
“Mmm. Must be a hard new program, ne, Kaidoh-kun?” Fuji accented hard, smiling. Kaidoh’s eyes widened and as he stared at Fuji before he hissed and turned to change. Inui narrowed his eyes behind his reflective glasses. This could be a problem.
Everyone gathered in the locker room, some changing back into their school clothes, others changing into whatever else they brought. Kaidoh switched into his black running shirt and folded everything else neatly into his bag. As he made to leave the room, his exit was blocked by the ever smiling Fuji.
“Going for some extra training again, Kaidoh?”
“Pssssh.”
“Kaidoh.” Inui called to him, approaching him, his eyes narrowed behind his glasses.
“Inui-senpai.”
“Fuji.” Inui nodded curtly to the tensai as he discreetly grabbed Kaidoh’s elbow and steered him out the door.
“Mm. Have fun.” Fuji called, chuckling.
After they had left the clubhouse Kaidoh looked down.
“Inui-senpai…”
“I don’t know.”
“Nani?”
“You’re going to ask how Fuji knows? I don’t now. I must have miscalculated something somewhere, though I should have realized Fuji would be the first to figure something out. I just never thought it would be this quickly. Oh well.”
“Oh well?”
“Nothing we can do about it now, ne, Kaoru-kun?” Kaidoh blushed. “Come over tonight. For some more training.” He winked, and turned to leave, once more leaving an expectant Kaidoh behind. The mamushi hissed in frustration before running after him.
“Inui!” Inui turned as the other boy slammed into him, forcing a rough kiss on his lips. Inui was surprised at the sudden attack, but not at all displeased. “What about right now?” Inui’s mind was working at hyper speed now, trying to fix all the errors he made in his calculations. When Kaidoh nuzzled against his neck he froze and looked around.
“Alright. You win. Let’s go.” He said roughly, grabbing his hand and breaking into a run. Kaidoh grinned inwardly, his heart racing. He was half expecting to get yelled at for being so forward with his senpai.
Again, sorry if they seem a little OOC. I’ll put them back next chapter. PLEASE review if you liked it ^_^ Or no lemon next chapter. :P
Zetes: There’s a second part?! Maybe that’s one of the ones I’m dling right now. That would be so awesome. But yeah… I just wanna say I’m addicted to Kaidoh’s dancing. It’s hypnotizing. Especially during his solo before his game with Ryoma… ::dies:: Between Kaidoh’s dancing and Inui… it’s heaven.
