Chapter 6 – The Folly

So her plan worked. She’s inside the black circle of Takeda Kanryuu’s newly associates. All she had to do now is to retrieve the Black Book from this obnoxious English earl and flee from him as soon as possible undetected by others. The said book contains all the important information needed by the government to capture all those spineless lackwits that were supplying opium to her country’s people. And now that Takeda Kanryuu was about to engage himself from also supplying the revolting people with the latest ammunition selling in the black market, the issues on capturing all the involved parties had raised into a higher level. He had to be stopped no matter what.

The government had lost several of their top men and priceless time from garnering the information out from Takeda Kanryuu. They failed miserably for they had underestimated much of the lout’s capability. He had hired many expert hitokiris to work on his side and paid them lavishly. He is one lucky, old fool. By this, he could slipped that easily from countless spying and attack from the government’s men and police. But in this case, now it was just a matter of time just to have that dreaded book and be done with it. The Oniwabanshuu is their last resort for solving this huge problem that should had been taken care of long ago. But one thing got twisted in the process, adding to their problem. After all of the wasted years of unsuccessful spying and interlocking with the scum, only the earl from a foreign country had bent him into his knees just to have the other bargain honored. Do they have to thank him for that? Well hell no!!! Now facing all the facts, the only problem left to solve was that how will she retrieve the infamous book from this man’s trouser pockets?

“Lovely, isn’t it?” Henry spoke in a low voice. He was standing near the balcony of the wooden window, propping one of his muscular arms into its frame. Was he talking about the ambiance of the room? She hoped not.

“What?” She asked in Spanish language. Her arms reflexively hugged her slender frame, sensing the earl’s feverous gaze towards her.

“I was talking about the fullness of the moon, my princesa. It is so round, just like your….” The earl was starting to play his game with her by associating beautiful things around them to her body features and mixing it with mischievousness. A mischievous smile was carved on his lips.

But Misao will not to fall on such a lowly crap. She was not held the Okashira of the most feared omitsu spy group in Japan for nothing. If needed, she had to play with him to get this mission be done with.

“Oh,” Misao had only uttered yet enough to make the English earl grinned out of satisfaction that he had already caught this woman’s comfort zone. Beautiful green eyes fluttering, she reluctantly giggled just to convince him more of her wanton. She had to make him believe that she finally succumb to him.

Only the brightness of the full moon’s light was their illumination and somehow creating romantic scenery. Indeed, the chit had a wonderful pare of green eyes, shinning despite the semi-darkness of the acquired room. It was very unusual for him to get easily attracted to a whore with such uncalled-for features.

“Come to me,” Henry raised his hand forward, inviting her to come forth and make known to his soon-to-be sinful touches.

Misao knew exactly what he wanted from her. It was her alluring, almost-exposed body that had driven him into the depths of lust. Damn the old man for making her looked like this! He had overdone it! She protested at first but after Okina convinced her that this is the fastest possible way to make them enter her to their circle, she grudgingly succumbed. Part of her current demise was her own fault of being gullible most of the times at the old man’s crazy tactics. Sure there had been many ways that she could have used to retrieve the book but none as much as faster and effective than this. But still, her reputation is at stake. She shouldn’t have dressed – or better yet to say that she should have dressed ‘more’ appropriate than this one.

Slowly, she came closer to him. Every step she made was like her march to her impending doom. This is not the time to be afraid, she told herself. This is not the time for her to back down on retrieving that Takeda’s God-Forsaken Black Book. Geez! She should get over with it and play the part!

The English earl was very pleased on what had happened tonight in their meeting. All the luck he needed was at his hands now. First, he had settled his business with the oriental hoyden – with a satisfying style. And with the help of the Black Book in his hands, it will secure him from Takeda Kanryuu’s impending conniving schemes. He knew the bastard’s capability of stabbing his back when their deal is finally done. He wouldn’t allow that. Well, who would be in the first place? Anyway, Takeda Kanryuu’s devious reputation had been the talk of the underground society. In Japan and even some parts of the world, he played a major role of importing and exporting forbidden goods, more of smuggling to the calling. It was only this night that he had gotten to know that the oriental lout had his sleeves on opium. He had expected stolen goods, not dangerous goods, that is. Funny, he knew that he shouldn’t judge him for he too is engaging into his line of dirty work. What right does he have when he too had blood stained on his hands? But that was not the important issue here. Now that he had the security he needed, it will be a matter of time before he could have his business done. Second, he had this wonderful, gorgeous chit that will ‘entertain’ him all through the night. If he further pushes his luck, he would take her away from this place, bringing the Japanese chit with him back to England where he rightfully belongs.

“Don’t be nervous. I won’t bite.” Henry teased and then chortled afterwards. He leaned his broad back against the window frame with arms crossed above his chest, tauntingly.

As if it is all that simple, but it’s not! Misao, bare-footed, slowly approached the young English earl, her heart bit faster. She could not deny the disturbing strong presence of Henry. He is also handsome in his own rightful way and has a charm that could tame a spitfire like her. Hard to admit, he had this ‘naughty’ personality that she unexplainably liked. Well, maybe because she was too tired of chasing the man – the only man who had taken her heart for granted - during her naïve younger years.

So those years had ended but it still haunted her every now and then. Also hard to accept, she still loves that bastard, but now in a certain way, no matter what he had done just to make her hate him. A barrier was made, limiting her yearning heart for him. She didn’t know the reason behind his betrayal and that had pained her so much all these past years. Misao had anticipated his explanation but he was all too set for keeping it to himself, and somehow likely will never apologize to her of what he had done. He’s a grown man, all in and out. She could not possibly ask him of all that, making him tell his side of the story but she did. At one time during her lonely reminiscing at the Sacred Spring, she laughed at herself when she remembered herself pleading for his explanation for the said act. He never uttered a single word, standing there having an expressionless face. What a fool she had been at those times and never again will step on that level as long as she lives. She too had grown, she repeatedly said to herself, leaving the naïve teenager she used to be – the one who had been madly-in love with him. Now it was not the time for that. She had a mission to do and thinking that bastard Aoshi will only ruin every ‘sacrifice’ and humiliation she had just endured just to come up here.

“Sure, you like something besides my company, senior. How about some of our own Sake?” Misao tried her best to casually suggest, clasping both of her hands just to stop the little tremble she still had. She ceased from coming closer to him, about less than a meter from him.

Henry charmingly grinned. From the sound of her voice, the chit had probably still had her discomfort to be alone with him in this room. It was not the typical whore reaction, he admitted, but her different, innocent way had started reheating his blood.

“Nay. I like enjoying every moment with you in a clear mind.” He countered and meant it dearly. He stared at her more than it should. His hunger for her was still raising but he wanted it to play it all slowly, enjoying every bit of her ‘assumed’ innocence. The half-breed chit claimed that she’s here only for dancing entertainment and nothing goes more than that. A bore it will do if that’s the ‘only’ entertainment he will endure from this beautiful woman.

But Misao had an ulterior motive why she suggested for liquor. Foxing the earl will give more help to fasten her business of retrieving the damn book from his trousers. It will be a lot easier to handle the Englishman when he’s in an idle state of drunkenness.

“It will be a great bore without any refined drinks around us, senior. Our establishment offers….”

“I can live a night without those damned oriental drinks, Madame. I had enough of its intolerable taste that will last in me for several years.” Henry cut in briefly. Now he was addressing her in a respectful manner though in his own reality thinking that he shouldn’t. He flinched at that thought. “No offence.” He brushed his blond bangs away from his sweating forehead. It’s getting hotter inside the room as each minutes passed by.

“You react as if you disgusted anything that came from our heritage, senior. Is that how you see us? We are just pebbles inside of your expensive shoes? Who do you think you are?” Misao could not stop berating the infuriating English earl. He was slapping her face indirectly by mocking her race.

“It came out from a habit, my dear. I couldn’t stop it.” It was idiotic of him to do to mock her other half race. Somehow, he had forgotten that important issue. Eyes turning more vicious ready to take a prey, he smirked and said, “Will you forgive me?”

Forgiveness rang inside her ears. If only Aoshi had said those words at the night of betrayal, maybe….maybe…maybe things would have been different from their lives now. Her eyelids lowered, avoiding his sweet, scorching gaze. How could she not forget Aoshi despite all the years of being idle from him and in the name of love?

Her smile faded. Her attention to the said topic drifted. Henry sensed that she disliked his casual arrogance in their talking. This is his true self for crying out loud! Does he have to be gentle with this chit just to have her in bed? Is he that desperate? Well, part of it maybe. None like this had made him react this before. It was indeed a new experience on him.

Henry started to move closer to Misao, approaching her with towering 6 ft. tallness and haughtiness like from a bully. “Will you ever forgive me? Sorry for being such a bastard.” He smiled, coaxing her to take his sincere apology.

He was so close! The distance between them had become smaller, almost suffocating her in the process. Her guard had been turned down the minute she had thought of Aoshi again. How could she be that dumb?

“Well…” she flinched as soon as she sensed his hands were about to touch both of her arms. Time to get into the business again. “Have a Sake or not? If you don’t want to, I’ll just get one for myself.” She turned around and was about to walk her way out of the room when Henry abruptly clasped a gentle hand on one of her dainty hands.

“No need for you to do that, my dear. We’ll just send for a servant to fetch it for us,” he sweetly convinced her, turning her around just to see her face. He cupped her chin with such gentleness, a thing that he haven’t done in any women he previously had ‘entangled’ with. With her, he couldn’t understand himself from why he was treating her like a lady.

The Englishman was cupping her chin, holding her so close to his body. It was such a long time since she had this kind of intimacy with a man. Misao had secluded herself from that reality for she had known its other face when she happened to experience it personally. It hurt like hell – simple as that. In loving someone, it is inevitable to be hurt. And in her case, she had learnt its sting long before she enjoyed the other face of it.

Misao was thinking about Aoshi again. Her Aoshi – the main cause of her misery. Eyes seemingly diluted, she just stared at nothingness again. And with this current state of the young chit, Henry assumed that she had finally submitted herself to him. Eventually, he yelled for a room service. It was much better to do it like this than leaving the maiden alone in this room. Holding her this tight made him strong as a man to his woman should be. He admitted that he very much liked that needing feeling, especially from her. Moments later, someone did come to take the order. She was as much as beautiful as his chit right in his arms but he cared naught. The servant woman gently widened more the agape shoji door but didn’t step in to their space. She wore a traditional kimono, in blue and white flowery prints. Her long brown hair was bonded up.

“Is there anything you needed, sir?” The servant woman mildly spoke, bowing her head to show courtesy.
She was speaking in fluent English.

“Bring a jug of Sake and two ceramic cups. Now go.” Henry hoarsely commanded her.

The servant woman peeked abruptly then bowed her head again. “Is that will be all, sir? Maybe you have other orders you want besides Sake. We have other menus that you would like…..”

“I said go!” Henry roared. There was something about her infuriates him.

Instead of being threatened by his thundering voice, she waited for several seconds of silence and continued, “What about the lady? I’m sure she would have wanted more than…”

He repeated the same words, harsher this time almost yelling. His blue eyes were glaring at her.

“Hai.” As soon as she sensed the man’s irritation towards her, she mildly responded. It will not be good if she further infuriates this Englishman. She just curtly nodded her head and left the area as quiet as possible, closing the shoji door for their privacy.

“Can’t the people of this country take a single command?” he scoffed as he embraced Misao. It was lucky for the earl that the omitsu maiden didn’t hear what he just said.

He was embracing her. What?! “What are you doing?” Returning to her reality, she sensed the man’s closeness, pushing him away.

“I am comforting you. Is it obvious?” Henry smirked. He was an arm length away from her, still holding one of her hands.

She abruptly jerked her hand away from him. “So it seems and you took advantage of it.” Then she glared.

Henry cackled, rubbing his chin with his thumb. “And don’t you deny your submission to my warmth, my princesa.”

“It will be a matter of time before she can retrieve Takeda’s black book from the Englishman. We’ll have to wait a little longer.” Okon discreetly reported to Aoshi behind the bar where Soujiro and Shirojou also resided. Even though her husband Seijuro had forbidden her on involving herself on this mission, she still insisted on becoming a part of it because she worries about her step sister Misao. She couldn’t explain why. It took a lot of her ‘convincing’ power just to make her hubby allow her in. It was their honeymoon and she had promised to him the whole first three months of being a married couple will be a memorable one but here she goes, far away from her love doing the exact opposite. Before she left for the mission, Seijuro had given her one night she will never ever forget. And because of that ‘experience’, a part of her wanted to go home as soon as possible to continue their impending game of love and lust. Newly weds!

She had disguised herself as a servant woman of the Tavern in order to check Misao’s status on their mission and also, to see if her step sister was alright. Good thing that that arrogant fool had called for a room service. She was also about to tip their okashira for the impending plan on raiding the said room if things got miscalculated along the way. For no known reason, Misao was ‘out of reach’ at that time when Okon was trying all her trick to get her attention. Maybe the okashira had a plan of her own and to Okon’s judgment; Misao was playing her role pretty much believable to all of their eyes.

“I don’t think it will be good to just wait here and do nothing.” Soujiro finally had spoken what kept ranting on his mind. Though he had that smile on his face, he couldn’t hide the wariness from this current situation. Misao is alone with that Englishman whom he hated at first glance. Thinking about her state in those dirty hands, almost disgracing her, he will likely kill somebody, particularly the earl.

“So you want to start the raid now?” Shirojou asked his Triad commander without any respect. He’s getting fed up with Soujiro’s continuous low grumbling and complaining of being restricted from his actions for the meantime. When it concerns to Misao, often times Soujiro’s light and bubbly personality changed.

“Don’t worry, you will also have some fun, Shiro,” Soujiro smirked and this time, coldly gazed at him still equipped with his trademark smile. “But leave the earl to me.”

Shiro knew better to not to reply back for Soujiro was still one of their Triad commanders but instead shrugged, turning his attention on watching the rest of Kanryuu Takeda’s scumbag body guards whom Aoshi had easily penetrated through their defenses. Is this the same hitokiris that had caused so much trouble to the government for the past involvements? Surely not.

“It will be not good for all of us to raid now. That will be our last option if things got into desperation. We are not here to be revealed from the public eyes and you know that, Soujiro. You are also a commander.” Okon berated him, enough to make him realize his flimsy attitude when it involves Misao on a mission. “We all want her to be safe. Remember that dearly.”

Soujiro rubbed his scorching temples as he continued on hearing Okon’s senseless scolding. “Spare me from this lecture.”

“You asked for it.” Another female voice entered the discussion. Like the others, she discreetly talked to them. She came in like one of the road travelers, but hers was with a basket of herbs on the side. She was disguising herself as a medicine woman.

“Not now Omasu” Soujiro mumbled as he took the empty glass of a customer who had asked for another refill of beer.

Omasu smiled at him and winked. Then she turned her attention towards Aoshi without sparing a glance. He was just standing beside her. She knew for the fact that Aoshi was already formulating for the next move that will be doing for he was held by the Elders as the top commander of this mission, not Misao, not even Soujiro. “We had scanned the area and it’s clean. We can have the clean raid without compromising our identity to these people. And about Kanryuu Takeda, I had found that they will leave this tavern on a matter of few minutes due to unexpected circumstances that had happened a while ago with the contract to the English earl.”

Broad back leaning against the edge of the bar table, Aoshi drank his green tea in one fast gulped. He wiped his moist lips with the back of his right mitten hand and put the ceramic cup back on the table. Inside the tavern, it was so noisy yet to him it was nothing to be bothered about. It was the one upstairs that bothers him a lot. Good thing he still had control on himself for not dragging Misao out of the tavern, out in the arms of that bastard English earl. He’s giving their Okashira her chance on this mission. That he will do. After so many years of being so distant from her, definitely many things would have changed from his betrothed. Maybe she could stand a chance from this mission, mature enough to handle such a dangerous job. She could be for one thing; she had that Makimachi blood running inside her veins.

After hearing Omasu’s report, he started to leave his position. But before that, he left some orders for them to follow. “Get Okon and the rest of the members of the Oniwabanshuu out of here as soon as Takeda’s group leaves this area. I want you all closely watch his next moves, and find his hideout and contact assassins. If they separate into groups, form also groups just to record each of their activities. But I want you to watch Takeda more closely. Make Okon go back to Aoiya to report to Okina all of the necessary things happened during the mission. Only Soujiro, Shiro and I will remain to help the Okashira on this mission. The fewer people involve, the better it will turn out.”

“But what about the status of retrieving Takeda’s black book? What should I tell the Elders?”

“I’ll just send them the news by carrier pigeon. Now go. Takeda’s group are about to flee from this place.”

“Hai.” Omasu agreed to Aoshi’s plan and waited for several minutes before signaling the rest of their scattered comrades in the Tavern about leaving the place and the next assignment from this mission.

Aoshi disguised himself again as Rojo Aoi – the pirate captain whom they knew involved in a dangerous world of smuggling. Kanryuu’s mood was very sour at the moment but when he saw Aoshi’s presence coming towards him, he made himself to be more relaxed, acting as if nothing bad happened in their meeting a while ago. He arranged his tie and eyeglasses, and raked his short brown hair. He and his minions were ready to evacuate this blasted vicinity.

“You’re going?” Aoshi casually asked, still had that coldness in his voice. As always, Takeda had that fear on his ‘bully’ persona.

“It is best for me to go. I had already settled my business with that arrogant earl,” Kanryuu grunted as he took a neatly folded handkerchief out of his English trouser pocket and wiped his sweating forehead though the atmosphere was cold. Strange. “And to you, of course.”

“But what about my dilemma?”

“I can’t do anything about that. He had asked it first.” Kanryuu said in a defeating tone. He warily looked up at him and said, “You should understand that.”

“Now it is a matter of who’s first and who’s not. For me, it’s not. Let me remind you that I will also not honor our agreement of bringing your ‘goods’ as soon as possible if there’s no security held on my palms.” Aoshi mildly threatened Takeda and it was slowly working.

“Why do you two want something from me to secure yourselves from this trading? I will be honoring you of paying numerous amount of money that none in your entire life existence had ever seen. Isn’t it enough?”

Some of Takeda’s minions stood up, seemingly wanted to protect their boss from Aoshi’s bullying – if you may call it. All were bulky and taller than the Triad commander and had this specific grudge for not having a woman for tonight. Due to the unexpected circumstances happened during their meeting, Kanryuu ordered them all to flee from this place with him. All cranky and sour, they turned their anger at one of the causes of their demise. Aoshi was all too available for the blame.

So they are built with enough muscles that could use to beat a man to insufferable death. It didn’t matter to Aoshi anyway. He could take them all down in a mere blink of an eye with his kodachis. Nothing in their intimidating images made him back down on accepting their challenge. Poor, stupid fools.

Kanryuu Takeda waved a hand, signaling them to halt. “I want half of you out of this place. Secure the perimeters before we leave.”

But all of his goons didn’t move, ignoring their boss’ command. They were all glaring at the pirate captain.

Aoshi did the same to them with enough confidence that could make some of them back down on the challenge of a fight. “It seems most of your ‘pets’ want a piece of me, Takeda. I wouldn’t mind exercising my hands with my kodachis.”

“Such abundant arrogance from a single person. HA!” one of Takeda’s minions’ scoffed.

“I’ll take him! Let me strike the first move of executing this man!” another one butted in.

“Do as I say! No one will touch him! Remember that he is one of my associates now, you dumb-asses!” Kanryuu warned all of them, glaring at the two who had just spoken out their animosity against the half-breed captain.

Aoshi only grinned out satisfaction, taunting them in some silent way. Seeing them scolded by their boss is priceless. Half of Takeda’s men went out, following their boss’ order but the two from a while ago were left to the second half.

“The trading should be executed two weeks from now. I expect all will be fine.”

“It will be if I secure something from you.” Aoshi couldn’t just quit.

He became impatient and irritable.“Fine! Then what is it?”

Satisfied, Aoshi lowered his head to whisper his condition on Takeda’s left ear. He didn’t want his other minions hear their bargain.

Takeda’s face was all white after hearing his condition. “But could we trust him? He works for the government and has the reputation of being loyal to them!”

“He needs a pretty believable façade to convince them his loyalty but in truth, he works along with me.” Aoshi straightened as he took a used paper out from his pocket. “He’s my contact in Osaka. You could find him there and this paper will prove your association with me if he needs evidence. Also, a map is shown there.”

Kanryuu accepted the contact paper and read it. He could not hide his irritation from all of this mayhem just to lock the transaction of his drugs and ammunition from these conniving business partners. All of them wanted something from him and he can’t just back down for he still hasn’t secured his business with them.

“Alright. If you say that this man can be trusted, I’ll go with it. But mind you, if this ruins our plans I will not hesitate to hunt you down along with the rest of your crew and that trusted man of yours at the Osaka docks.”

Aoshi only nodded and smiled on his own version. There is enough confidence in him that could secure him for ages.

The hoyden nodded also and went of his way out of the establishment along with the rest of his goons. Aoshi had exchanged some eye contact with the people at the bar, signaling them to do each of their assigned task. In matters of Shiro and Soujiro, he had instructed them to remain in their positions in case some of the earl’s comrades or the earl himself will be back, while he will be out in the tavern to do his own business. This time, he had to be sure of everything will work on his way – no matter what.

“What is your name, my princesa? At least I am entitled to know yours since you have already known mine, am I right?” Henry was sitting at the foot of the futon bed, staring at the standing maiden right in front of him. She was two meters away from him, leaning against the wooden wall, arms crossed.

“Do you have to know it? After this ‘dancing’ entertainment, all will be forgotten, even our being acquainted with each other. I am only here for work.” Misao casually said. Her fear for the mission on him was somehow diminished gradually. She had gathered enough strength to push this further and in a right way. And one way of doing that was stopping herself from thinking Aoshi and comparing him to this English earl.

“Oh you wounded me so dearly,” Henry tauntingly said as he playfully massaging his chest area particularly near his heart. “I should know your name so that I would know what to moan out when we are on the verge of our sex climax.”

“What?” Misao glared at him one more time. “Some nerves you got! I’m only here to dance and nothing else.”

“And so you are. But I am not content on a simple entertainment.” Henry grinned. He took two sips from his ceramic cup filled with ordered Sake. “Drink your Sake, my dear. You ordered it.” Then he winked at her.

“Yes, I know. You don’t have to remind me so drink yours,” Misao slowly drank her share of Sake in a tiny tea cup.

“Feisty. So much different from the first one that I brought in here.” The young earl poured her tea cup another round of Sake as she bent to accept his offer.

“You don’t know what you’re taking about, senior.” Misao sneered.

“I like a woman who can fight, if you know what I mean.”

“I have no idea, senior, and I don’t want to find out.” Misao was playing hard-to-get, knowing this is one of this earl’s fancy fetishes for a woman. And it was working well. Once she got his trust, the rest will be a lot easier for her to handle.

But she had to drink moderately so that she could still have the power to retrieve that book from his trouser pocket and escape. She knew that she had this weakness on withstanding the effect of the Japanese rice wine but this was the only option left for her to do the job. Once the earl got drunk, she will be on her way back to Kyoto together with the rest of her comrades.

She stared at his trousers pocket where the book is hidden. As she drank unhurriedly her drink, some of its content was spilled at the sides of her tiny, demure mouth. The liquid lines passing through her pinkish cheeks down to her sleek neck were igniting his senses. It was too much obvious for the earl’s predatory sight. She’s killing him so slowly and deadly from suppressing him from his instant need of her. Assuming that the dancer had already gone foxed and now willingly to have sex with him, Henry abruptly stood from the futon, leaving his filled Sake cup spilled on the floor. He had unknowingly misinterpreted Misao’s gaze towards his trousers.

“I can’t wait any longer. I must have you so stop playing hard-to-get!” he hoarsely demanded, taking her cup away from her hand. He threw it to the other side of the room. “I’m dying here, my princesa.”

“You are taking me against my wishes, senior?” Even stunned, she had the time to react. She was pushing him away but he caged her between his strong arms propped on the wall.

“Aye. You will be deeply satisfied on what I am about to offer to you. I’m taking you away from here, bringing you to my country. Be my mistress.” He whispered those words to her right ear, seemingly enticing her to his bargain for a new life.

Misao was surprised at the fastness of the young earl’s move, even to his blunt motives for her. Before she could protest, he kissed her with such fierceness. He was almost devouring her mouth, leaving Misao needing for air. She was still pushing him as she moaned, trying to say something. But the earl was too busy on worrying that matter. He wanted her, every pieces of her since the first time his eyes set on her.

A manly hand came inside to invade the white chemise she’s wearing. His hands wanted to touch her rounding twins which were too unyielding on the moment of their passion. Her pink nipples showed so much of honest reaction held between their bodies. They were so taut, ready for the taking. His free hand came over at the back of her head, cupping and massaging her scalp. He wanted to taste more from her and persuading her by doing this – almost ravaging act - will surely achieve his goal.

Henry heard her moaned but the in truth, she was trying to speak out. Misao was loosing the battle to the earl. Even though he had drunk more than ¾ of the contents of the Sake jug, he was still all too powerful to handle. She had miscalculated this side of him. And because of this mistake, she will be the main feast for this earl’s hunger. But wait! She could still turn the tables on him. Playing a reluctant….whore….will do the trick. When he’s too at ease in their lovemaking, she will get that book from him, knocking him down in his low defense state and then jump off the window. Oh! About the window. She had to bring him close to that area.

“You are so soft, my princesa,” he murmured as he slid the elastic neckline down to her elbows. Her taut breasts were now exposed to his hungering view. “I’ve waited for this moment…..”

Misao’s arms were tied by the very chemise she’s wearing. The earl’s blond head lowered as his mouth took one of her stiff nipples with such great need, sucking it abruptly. She gasped at his boldness. Only one man had done this to her, wishing her body to submit. But that man was out there, waiting to end this charade. Oh God! What is she doing? She’s beginning to enjoy having sex with this English earl!

“Bring me near the window…..Henry…” Misao mumbled as she raked his flaxen mane. “Make love to me there….”

Was he hearing it right? The chit wanted to make love to him near the window frame where the beautiful moon resides for the viewing. He chortled as he continued ravaging one of her rounding twins.

“Finally…..you have succumbed to my bidding,”

“It took me a while to realize that. My mistake,” Misao only uttered.

Grinning, Henry reluctantly removed his mouth from Misao’s breast and carried her to the window frame. He took off her chemise, then his own upper clothing. Misao felt his stiff member poking at her back. She had to think fast before things get worse. Both of them were half –naked. Oh my….

“You are so….damned…..” Henry whispered at her right ear then licked her earlobe. He was standing behind Misao, caging her within his strong, muscular arms. “Give me your name….please….”

“Por pabor, senior….let’s not talk about it…..just kiss me….” Misao was trying to change the topic. Her hands came up to cup his chin, enticing him for her plea.

Henry’s lips came down to kiss her smooth, white nape and then licking it afterwards. Oh….it was so magical when it comes to her. His hands reflexively clasped both of Misao’s breasts with such eagerness. They were so full, fit enough to toy within his palms. His calloused thumbs were playing her already-stiff nipples. Up and down it goes…..twitching and pinching…..She gasped, out of reflex reaction.

“Stop it…..I can’t take it….”

“I won’t…..You are mine to command…..” Henry nipped one of her earlobes.

Misao turned around to face him, her breasts were brushed against his furry chest which made both of them tickle. Henry kissed her lips, taking it slow and gentle this time. Misao was whimpering like a love fool. It was needed to make him more convinced at their…..passion. Carefully, she was reaching for the dreaded black book. So if she got that book, kick the earl to his member and jump-off the window….what about of her dignity when she’s out of the tavern? She’s half-naked for crying out loud! Her white chemise was thrown away to the far end of the room. She sighed. There must be some way to get Okon and Omasu’s attention to help in her dilemma.

Reaching for the book in his trouser pockets, Misao was stopped by the hands of the earl.

“You can’t wait, huh?”

He had misunderstood her motive. She didn’t know whether to be glad or not.

“I, ah…” stuttering, Misao removed her hands from his grip.

“Me too. I want you NOW!” Henry carried her away from the window frame, laying her to the spread futon. It smelled like Sake yet he didn’t care.

“No….I….ah….”

“You want this,” he grabbed one of her hands and put it inside his trousers. Oh God! “Take it, my princessa. Mold it with your hands.”

It was her first time to hold a man’s stiff member. It shocked her….a big one! He was between Misao’s creamy legs and thighs, hindering her to move away from him since he had sensed her resistance to the new level of their lovemaking. Seeing her innocent reaction made his manhood grew stiffer.

“I, ah…”

“Easy now….I won’t hurt you…..” With one hand, he took both Misao’s hands and held it above their heads. “You will enjoy everything I am about to teach you so relax,” he then kissed her, silencing.

It was the black book that she needed, not his cock! Damn it!!!! She was wriggling and struggling out from his pinning huge frame and fervent kisses. This had to be stopped! Moments later, he was locking himself to Misao by starting to push high her flamenco skirt to her curvy waist, exposing the long-awaited flower he wanted to taste. He was on the verge on opening his trousers to free his crazed shaft.

“Noh….”

He was too strong for Misao to handle. Damn it! Henry chortled for he thought she was just applying a reverse psychology on him. He continued his exploits when suddenly a dark figure loomed over Henry’s back. It became darker with its shadow obvious to see. Someone indeed entered their terrain.

“Who goes…ack!!!” Henry was about to ask and turn around to see the culprit but he was abruptly knocked down on the face with the hardness of a kodachi's grip handle. He instantly passed out.

Same reasons why I can’t just update the fics. Writer’s block, low inspiration and stress at work. So bear with me. Thank you all for the support.
