The Sugar Addict and the Killer

On the day they moved into the new building was their first fight. It was during his date, if he'd even call it that, with Misa. She was annoying him as it was. Then Ryuzaki had to open his mouth to say he gave up because he still believed Raito was Kira. The next day, Raito got Ryuzaki's hopes back up. They worked together peacefuly that day. But the next day, they were at it again.
Raito couldn't sleep again, so he decided to have a talk with Ryuzaki. When Raito called him there was no answer. He looked at Ryuzaki and saw his eyes closed and his even breathing. Raito had actually caught Ryuzaki sleeping.
Raito settled down into a restless sleep. His tossing woke Ryuzaki. His eyes flew open. Right away he was trying to wake Raito.
"Raito-kun, wake up. Raito." He shook him.
He woke up and looked at Ryuzaki. He then started to cry.
"Hey!" Raito wouldn't stop crying. "Hey!" Ryuzaki tryed shakin him again. "What's wrong, Raito-kun?" Raito just shook his head. Ryuzaki touched Raito's back. This made Raito crawl into Ryuzaki's arms. He cried for the rest of the night. The next day Raito forgot his dream.
"Are you sure?" Yagami-san asked.
"Yes. He wouldn't stop." Ryuzaki was so calm about it. He was just happy Raito was in his arms all night.
"Maybe, but I caught you asleep." Raito childishly stuck his tongue out.
"So? I need the sleep. It's very rare, but I do sleep." Ryuzaki plinked a sugar cube into his already sweet tea. "Anyway, you guys can use these headquarters, as will I. You can catch Kira or whatever in any way you wish. I will do things as I wish. That way we won't fight. Let's split into two groups and act separately." He took a handful more of sugar cubes and dropped them into his tea. "Let's make this fun. We have one month. It's a race." He got up and pulled Raito allong by the cuffs.
"Where are you going?"
"Amane's room. You're coming with since I won't take the cuffs off." The door to Misa's room opened. He ended up interrogating Misa, and Raito didn't like it.
"Ryuzaki...?"
"R-Ryuzaki...I think I've been totally wrong about you this whole time...Calling you a pervert and all...You really do understand me..." She kissed Ryuzaki on the cheek. "Thank you, Ryuzaki."
Ryuzaki raised his eyebrows. "I could fall for you, you know?"
Misa clung to Raito. "Err...No thanks...How about being friends, Ryuzaki?" And so Misa and Ryuzaki both gained a friend; eachother.

Ok. I know I said I wouldn't put up another chapter, but I couldn't resist. There will be another chapter today, but it will be a lime. Not the lemon I promised. Sorry.
