Kuroko no Basuke Oneshots (GoM x Reader)

It was a chilly day and despite the snow storm that was coming in less than a few hours, you decided to go out to shop for gifts. It's Christmas after all! 

It was pretty problematic since the only present you had yet to buy was one for your boyfriend, Takao Kazunari. You hadn't been dating too long, but what you had going, was solid. He was just so sweet, so caring, not to mention cute!

 You had no experience whatsoever on giving gifts to a guy, especially if the guy was your lover.

"[Name]-chan!"

Hearing your name, you turn your head to feel a pair of lips on your cheek. You blinked twice before you knew it was your boyfriend. He was wearing a thick jacket with a scarf, black as his eyes. 

"Well, you look stylish today," you laughed and handed him your heavy bags, "Hold these would ya~" you groan as you hand him a few bags. 

"Wow, that's an awful lot of stuff you got there," he says playfully and takes out some peppermints and popping them into his mouth. "Want one? It's pretty good for just a mint."

"I was just doing some last minute present shopping" looking at some personalized mugs from a shop window. "And no thanks, I've already had my fair share of minty treats."

After going in shop after shop, you couldn't figure out what to get him. What do teenage guys want? Chocolates, clothes, shoes, maybe a video game? You obviously didn't want him to know what you were getting him so you didn't ask. He was still following you around, poking at snow globes and Christmas decorations in the stores.

About an hour passes and you guys head towards a park. Finding a bench, you brush off the piled up snow and sat there together, relaxing your sore legs. You look at Takao with amazement because he didn't complain once.. well probably because he's a well trained athlete. You glance down at your feet sheepishly, knowing that you've dragged him along your shopping spree.

"[Name] were you looking for a present for me?" Takao says suddenly, breaking the silence. You tilted your head at his direction.

"..... How'd you know?"

"I'm a genius," He replied, smiling broadly, "You should have just asked"

"I kinda wanted to surprise you..."

He chuckles. "You never ceased to" he looks at you with a fond smile and leans forward to give you a soft peck on the lips. "How about..." He takes your hand in his, "I just tell you what I want~"

"Fine, what do you want?" you question, giving up on your attempt on secrecy.

"You.." He leans over and kisses you again. Your cold lips touches his warm ones igniting an ohh so bright and unwavering flame. You taste that mint he was going on about earlier and he slides it into your mouth with his tongue. He was right, it did taste good.. for "just a mint".
