Chapter 9
Morning. Another fine, glorious morning greeted the whole city. Its
5 o'clock in the morning and Kokoro is still sleeping. Her alarm
clock rang loudly; making her body reflexively rose up from her bed.
Drowsy, she turned-off the berserk alarm clock. She stretched her
arms upward and yawned.
"Too early." She yawned again, stood up and switch on the lights on
her room.
She stretched again and jumped twice to make her duly awake her
sleepy self. Kokoro looked at the window. She saw the sun is not yet
hovering into its beginning horizons for the new day. Yes, it's too
early – too early to prepare herself to go to the gym for the
training. However, she insisted on doing it as a sign of a
discipline. Though it is the second time of having the training with
Sensei Shinomori, she felt that it is her first time on doing it
with him. She has to impress even at least in attending the practice
early. While searching for her hair brush, she suddenly remembered
Aoshi, her sensei scolding her right in their first meeting about
her tardiness. She also remembered his face, telling all his dislike
having a student coming late – having the feeling of taking for
granted by his student. It wasn't her intention to disappoint him.
Not ever. She sighed.
"Sensei," she hissed. "I'll come to meet you again, but this time,
in real training. I'll show you." She smirked.
She found her hairbrush inside the third drawer of her wooden desk.
She cleaned the hair brush by pulling the left-over hairs attached
on it. After that, she brushed her tangled long black hair, looking
straight outside the window to the horizons of the beautiful sky –
waiting.
Suddenly, she remembered the young man she met yesterday's
afternoon. "Soujiro-san." She smiled. "He is an interesting guy,
funny and sociable, but something in him makes him mysterious." She
continues to brush her hair, almost straightening it all. "Oh
well…."
She shifted her hair to the other side of her shoulder. She had
finished tending her hair and decided to take a warm bath. But
before that, she prepared the things she needed on her training –
extra clothes, tools and alike.
"I haven't changed my clothes after doing the exercise. Geez! How
embarrassing. How embarrassing to be with Soujiro soaking wet in
sweat." She blushed.
She left her shoulder bag at the corner of her messed bed. She
didn't bother changing and preparing more of her necessities on
training. She took her pink towel out from her cabinet. Speaking of
the towel, she remembered the red towel inside her shoulder sports
bag. Blood. She also remembered the eerie terrible dream she had
yesterday at her secret place, inside the hole of the tree trunk. It
was horrible to have such vision of confusion, of perplexity in the
middle of a peaceful resting mind. The child was crying and has
blood dripping everywhere. Kokoro's reacted shivery.
"Hmph. Blood." Kokoro stopped thinking about it, believing it won't
happen again. Ever! After all these years, she never dreamed
anything with such horrible images but now. She went to the bath
room with her pink towel.
*******
After doing all of her morning rituals, she quickly ran outside to
her house with her shoulder sports bag. Okon called her to have a
breakfast but Kokoro didn't mind of getting back. She apologizes,
yelling it as she only minds of arriving in the gym earlier than her
sensei.
Okon crosses her arms, a bit angered to Kokoro from the way she had
reacted. "Teenagers!" She went back inside the house half irritated.
Running and leaping from the roofs and walls of her close neighbors,
she is drastically hoping that she will arrive in the gym before her
sensei so that she could further practice the moves of her Kempo, to
warm her a little before the proper training starts. The sun is
starting to view the whole city. Its rays are touching Kokoro's
blissful eyes and face as she continually leaps.
"No need to waste more time. I have to arrive there early." She
mumbled. She jumped over into an eight ft. tall wall of a certain
abandoned house - successfully. "Ike!!!!!"
After so many leaping and running she made a while ago, she finally
arrived in her school. She is haggard but happy. She greeted the
guards on duty and they did the same to her. She entered inside the
campus blissfully. Kokoro had bent her back, trying to catch more
air, more oxygen. Time to go inside the gym.
She walked, nearing to the huge front entry of the gym. She wiped
her sweat from her forehead and then stretched her knuckles. She is
smiling…..smiling for what? Upon nearing at the huge front door, she
saw something, something hanging or paste. A brown paper was
attached to its panel with a kunai knife struck at its top. She
walked fast and grabbed the letter.
She read the letter. "Meet me here." She wondered why and looked in
the paper for to whom it was for. She saw her name at the bottom of
the paper. It is quite unusual for someone writing the name at the
bottom of the paper of the one being sent a message. She checked the
back of the paper and saw something sketched – a map. This map would
help her to trail the place her sensei is pointing to. She folded
the paper by halves and put on side her pocket. She turned and got
irritated.
"How come he came here first?! Argh!!!!!!!! Its 6 in the morning and
he came here before me! Is he trying to mock me or what?!" She
scratched her head. "Darn it!"
She walked away from the gym with eyes fuming. She is thinking that
her sensei is trying to mock her. How pity. "If that is what you
want, so be it!" She passed through the guards impassively, minding
only the embarrassment she received from him.
"Kokoro-san, are you alright?" One of the worried school guards
bravely asked yet he received no answer from her.
Kokoro walked slowly, deciding that she will not run and leap like
she did moments ago. She concentrated on finding her way to the
place stated in the letter. Having worn-out from all the walking and
searching of the place by herself, she saw a little store and went
there. She bought 2 ice cold Gatorade. She drank one of them and the
other was saved after the training. She handed the store owner her
brown paper and asked where she could find the place sketched in it.
The store owner looked and checked on it. He told her to turn left
and the end of this street, the street outside the store then after
2 blocks, she should turn right. He told her also that she will be
able to see a restaurant named "Aoiya" and that is the place she is
searching. Kokoro breathed deeply. Finally, she had found the place
thanks to the help of the store owner. She thanked him and said good-
bye.
Minutes past by, she finally reached her destination, the
destination stated in the map she's holding.
Kokoro saw two men helping each other to open the
restaurant. "Finally." She sighed. She walked, coming towards the
two.
"Take this plank, Sanosuke." The man handed to the other guy, tall,
slender and has pointy black hair; the plank to store it away at the
back of the restaurant.
As she reached beside the busy two, she waited for them to finish
their work. She watched them closely as the two men tries to take-
off the last wooden plank at the window. The two men finally took it
off with ease.
"Finally." Sanosuke mumbled and smiled.
"Excuse me." Kokoro shyly interrupted.
"Let's go inside, Sanosuke. We have lots of work to do." They
haven't noticed Kokoro.
"Yeah. I don't want to be seen doing nothing by our okashira. You
know how he gets irritated seeing people lazy at their assigned
tasks." Sanosuke shivered lightly.
"Excuse me, sir" Kokoro tries to move close at one of them but she
stopped when Kero took the last plank at the ground.
"Let's go." Sanosuke told the other man.
"Okay." The other man replied. The two men walked toward the
restaurant's entry, minding no one else besides themselves.
"Excuse me, sir." Kokoro drastically tries to catch the attention of
the two.
Both men never heard the young lady's plea but instead, they entered
the restaurant a bit exhausted, still noticing no one. Upon entering
the restaurant, the door was shut right at Kokoro's face as she
tries to follow them inside. Kokoro, again, became irritated for
not being noticed by the two imbeciles. One mockery is enough for
today. She unintentionally crumbled the map at her left fist and her
face turns very red due to intense anger.
"Baka." She mumbled. Moments later, she tremendously kicked the
restaurant's front door. "HEYYYYYY!!!!!!!!" Her blood starts to
boils directly to the top.
Everyone was shocked upon seeing the young lady's rampage inside the
newly opened restaurant. A waitress walking toward the counter was
shocked and accidentally slipped, having her bum banged on the
floor. A man delivering a tray of two unused glasses to the kitchen
also shocked at what Kokoro did. Luckily, he held the tray
carefully. The two guys Kokoro tried to catch the attention earlier
were also shocked. Sanosuke had loosened his grip from his carried
wooden plank. It fell right to the other man's right foot and
instantly hurt.
"Ouch!!!!!!!!" The other man reflexively shoved the wood by his
other unhurt foot. "Why did you do that for?" The man massages his
injured foot.
"Gomen Nasai, Kero!" Sanosuke apologized dreadfully at his injured
pal. He doesn't know what to do next upon seeing this perplex
condition.
Kokoro glared angrily at the people inside the restaurant. Kero
stood up and faced the angry young lady.
"Can we help you, Ma'am!" Sanosuke stated, slightly irritated.
Kokoro stared the young man's face, still angered by the way they
did to her face. "Well, yes! There is!" She shouted at him.
The man was surprised. Kokoro crossed her arms and raised one of her
eye-brows.
"Oh no. I don't like this. I smell trouble." The lady near the
counter carefully stood up and shook her head.
Sanosuke went close to her but far enough to disrupt any further
emblem trouble with her. "Well I assume that you have read the sign
outside, young lady, but it seems you weren't. Our restaurant will
operate around 8 in the morning." Sanosuke glares to his
watch. "From the looks of it, you are too early to be here in this
place."
Kokoro frowned deeper. "How says anything about eating here, Mister
Rooster- head?! I came here for this!" She threw the crumpled brown
paper to Sanosuke. It only fell on the floor of the restaurant.
"And what is that? A junk? You can throw that over there, Ma'am."
Sanosuke sarcastically stated and pointed the place of the trash can.
"See it for yourself, moron!" Kokoro brushed her bangs away from her
glaring and fuming eyes.
The man turned his back to Kokoro then crossed his arms. "I am not
going to pick up that junk. Who the hell is she?! She is just a
customer with a wrong sense of attitude! And she doesn't read. She
has to pick it up and politely hand the letter to me." He
sighed. "Hmph! Little weasel here, already ruined my day!"
Kokoro's blood is starting to glare up to the top as she heard the
imbecile's reason and mockery. "Kuso! It's not my fault! And
besides, you ruined my day first. I won't be acting like this if you
just listened, noticed me outside earlier when I was trying to catch
both your attentions." Her blood boils vociferously. "I excused but
still, no one listens." Kokoro glances at the other man Sanosuke's
together with.
"So what is the big deal about that?" Sanosuke closed his eyes,
trying not to perceive the flowing rage of Kokoro. "So, we committed
a mistake. Sorry. Satisfied! As you see, we were too busy at that
time, Ma'am. Don't expect people to always drool over you."
"Sano!" The lady from the counter shouted but Sano didn't take
notice.
"Oh yeah. Not only that! When I followed you in, you slammed the
door to my face! Argh!!!!" She raised an arm, readying it to punch.
The lady from the counter went quickly at the middle of the fight.
She pleaded not to continue this useless conversation and apologizes
to Kokoro at what Kero had done to her. She knew that customers are
always right no matter how they rude and rough they may be.
"Forgive him, Ma'am. Well I'm sure they never intended to hurt you.
Oh…."She saw red spot on Kokoro's nose made from the slamming of the
door. "Look what you have done, Sanosuke! Apologize to her this
instant!"
"Why should I? Hmph. She's the one who caused us this trouble."
Sanosuke roughly replied.
"I said apologize to her or the okashira will know about this!" The
lady gave him an ultimatum. For them, it is the worst punishment
they will ever have as a member of Oniwanbanshuu, if their okashira
will know any mutiny, dispute or trouble.
Sanosuke fisted on the near wooden table. "Damn!" He sighed. "Silly
girl." Then he mumbled. It took moments before he finally faced her.
Sanosuke walked towards the two ladies, especially to the angered
Kokoro, unwillingly and bowed down. "I am sorry for not noticing you
and slamming the door to your face, Ma'am." He chortled. "It will
never happen again. Gomen." Then he walked away and took the fallen
wooden block from the floor.
"Sano!" The lady called him back, expecting something more.
Sanosuke stopped yet he didn't turn around. "Oh yeah. Sorry too
about the dispute, about all the words I had said." Then he walked
away. Kero followed him, walking tautly.
The lady turned to face Kokoro. She apologized again for what had
happened and handed her help on healing the bump.
"I'm fine. I just don't want anything going to further mess my day
today." She massages her nose. "Ouch."
The lady offered her a sit. Kokoro took the opportunity to ask the
lady about the map her sensei gave. Kokoro was supposed to pick it
up but the lady took it first. The lady handed it to Kokoro yet she
told her to open it and tell if it's the right place. The lady asked
Kokoro who is it from and she answered it was from her sensei,
Sensei Shinomori. The woman was a bit shocked on knowing that she is
the one that their okashira is being expected.
"Oh no. You are Shiawase Kokoro? I'm sorry about what had happened.
We never…." The woman again apologizes dearly.
"It's okay. All are settled now. Why? Is there something wrong? How
come you know my name? Is this the right place?" Kokoro asked the
lady.
"Yes. It is. Okashira….I mean….Master Shinomori is expecting you at
the dojo. I am assigned to deliver you there as soon as you get in
here."
"Master Shinomori? Why you call him that? Are you one of his
students?" Kokoro studied the lady's features.
"Well….sort of." The lady smiled shyly.
"What?! Really?! Is that so?" She was startled. "Is he good to you
or same as mine trying to bash my confidence and pride out to the
corner?"
"You know the answer for that." She frowned a little.
"I hardly knew him. Well, I just would like to know if he does the
same `teaching' techniques to other student of his."
"Okay." The lady sighed and thought for a moment. She tried to
remember all their okashira had thought them, from the basics of
omitsu training to the advance level of martial arts of kempo then
to sword fighting. All were harshly thought by one person, their
Okashira Shinomori. "Well…..One thing is for certain. He is one damn
of a strict, good and impassive teacher. Most of us couldn't predict
what's going with him, with his mind. He is too aloof from us." She
sighed and continued. "Okay. Let's stop this chatting. I have to get
you to the dojo before he sees you here doing senseless and time-
wasting things." She shoved the table at her side. "Since you are
here, I want to greet you a warm welcome and a sweet hello, Shiawase-
san." The lady bowed down.
"No, no. You can call me Kokoro." She smiled back.
"Okay. Welcome, Kokoro-san."
"That's better." The lady showed her the way to the dojo. "Oh wait!
I haven't known your name, Ms….."
"Saiyo. My name is Saiyo." Both went to the way to the dojo.
*******
Kokoro was amazed at what she saw along the way to the Aoiya's dojo.
So many white roses planted at each of the floor brick paving's
sides. She unexpectedly felt the serenity at the place like this.
How could a person like him be interested on planting such wonderful
work of Mother Nature? He is simply far away from what she expected
him to be. Then again, the motto she had earlier on Soujiro simply
applies to him too – Never judge a book from its gorgeous.....cover.
"Wow! Your place is great! He planted all of these, wasn't?" She
scanned the surroundings with all her amazement.
Saiyo chuckled. "How come you know this, you know he plants Roses? I
doubt if you never knew him well enough, Kokoro-san."
Kokoro began to blush. "Hey! What I said is true. I barely knew my
sensei….our sensei."
"Sensei?" Saiyo thought to herself.
"Well….I saw him once….in a daycare center…." Kokoro bowed down her
head, fingers playing.
"Oh. Really?"
"He also plants roses there – all white and red ones. Why is it? He
seems to like it very much."
"It's kind of obvious, isn't?"
"Nani?" Kokoro faces Saiyo.
Saiyo chuckled again. "He really does like taking care of them
dearly, Kokoro-san. It's obvious from the way he pours his
attention, his time. These Roses," she pointed her sight to the
white Roses from their way, "prove it exceedingly. Maybe, something
in the past made him to do these things. I wonder why. "
"Oh." Both stopped from walking. Kokoro silently glances with Saiyo
at the lovely white Roses.
"Saiyo," Kokoro called.
"What is it?" Saiyo apprehended.
"Sensei also teaches the children their at the daycare center of
Megumi's, right?"
"Well, yes. But not that often." Saiyo closed her eyes and felt the
cool breeze of the wind. `So, you know Megumi-san, eh?"
"Well…yes." She sighed and continued. "Why is that? Isn't it his job
to be one of the full-pledge teachers there? How come he doesn't go
there more often?" Kokoro began to question more about the insights
of her sensei, Sensei Aoshi Shinomori.
"Well…I don't know. Sorry. I told you, we don't know much about his
ways and why he does these things. Gomen Nasai." Saiyo held Kokoro's
hand. "Let's go. Okashi….I mean, Sensei is waiting for you at the
dojo. We should keep him waiting."
Both women went on to the dojo to see Aoshi. Kokoro felt a bit
nervous about seeing him after all the things she knew from Saiyo.
Sweat from her forehead began to appear as they slowly approaching
the dojo.
Both stopped as they reached the place, at the front door of the
dojo.
"Here we are, Kokoro-san. This is our dojo." Saiyo tells her while
she magnificently probing the beauty of the place.
"Wow! Very antique." Kokoro sighed.
"Oh really?" Saiyo smiled. "Well, it is. It has been in our organiza…
I mean Sensei's family for years, for centuries. All of these you
see, "she points the all things at the Aoiya's property, "are owned
by Master Shinomori." She felt a bit edgy.
"Oh. Is that so?" Kokoro scanned the place around her. "Wow! I never
thought Sensei Shinomori would have such sumptuous property even
though he is only a teacher."
"Ah." Saiyo touched her left check and bent her head. "Ok. Go
inside. Master Shinomori awaits you." She pushed Kokoro towards the
door.
"Wait! Don't push me, okay?!" She cried out to her. "I'm a bit
nervous, you see." She mumbled.
"What?" Saiyo didn't hear Kokoro's last sentence.
"I said, I'm a bit nervous so don't push me." She mumbled but this
time, its better.
"What? Come again?" Saiyo didn't again hear Kokoro's last plea
unintentionally.
"AHHH! It's nothing! Forget it!" Kokoro exclaimed as she tries to
hide at the back of one of the wooden pillars of the dojo.
Aoshi is currently meditating inside the dojo while he waits for his
student, Kokoro. He heard the noise coming from the outside that
made him stopped from further doing his thing.
"At last. She finally arrived." Aoshi opened his eyes and took a
deep breath. He stood up from his position and stretches his arms
and legs.
"Oh no. He heard you." Saiyo walked back, leaving Kokoro
behind. "Sorry to leave you, Kokoro-san, but I have plenty of work
to do. Ja ne!" She waved a short good-bye.
"What? Oh no. I'm not yet ready!" Kokoro's heart began to pound
wildly.
Kokoro felt every foot steps of her sensei. The clanking of the wood
parquet is the only sound Kokoro hears. Each sound made her heart go
wild; nervous of what will she tell or do when they meet again.
Sweat flows dreadfully as the sound gets nearer and nearer – to
reach her enough. Kokoro doesn't know what to do with this kind of
situation.
"What now?! What would I tell him?" Suddenly, she remembers the one
that her sensei did a while ago – the letter from the gym.
The door of the dojo opened widely. The sun's early rays shines
beautifully at Aoshi's face – projecting its youthful glow
unintentionally. Kokoro was dazzled at such magnificent view.
Something in him rested. He seems not angry of being late again or
questioning her about it. He just simply embraces the cool breeze
and nature.
"Oha-hayo, Ohayo Sensei." As Aoshi glanced at her, Kokoro took her
sight away from him, from his deep blue eyes.
"Ohayo gozaimasu, Shiawase-san. Ohairi kudasai." Aoshi tuned back.
"Hai!" Kokoro comes in and took out her shoes.
Aoshi went to the left then to the right side of the dojo to open
the other doors. Natural lighting and air will be good for the
training. Kokoro just stands there and waits for her sensei to call
her. She took her towel and squeeze jug out from her shoulder bag.
"What's with him today? He looks odd. Kamawanai! I have to tell him
this! I have to tell him what he did irritate me. Demo…." She
thought to herself. "But is it right to complain to him about it at
this moment? I might get him pissed-off if I do and my training will
be doomed." She continued rebuking herself in her thoughts. "Calling
all the gods…..oh well. Where are all the guts I have a while ago?
Kuso!"
"Shall we start?" Aoshi asked Kokoro from a far away end of the dojo.
"Nani?" Kokoro snapped out from her thoughts. "I mean, what is it,
sensei?" She inadvertently blushed as she saw Aoshi looked at her
straight in the eyes – very solemn, a thing very new to Kokoro's
experience with him.
Someone came running from the other side of the villa searching for
Aoshi. He ran quickly only to deliver a message – a message from
Okina.
"Okashira Shinomori. Okashira Shinomori." The messenger continues to
search for him.
Aoshi heard his calling and immediately went outside to meet him. He
wouldn't want Kokoro to know that he is a leader of a certain elite
secret organization of Japan. It is their secret and no one has to
know it. It is one of the rules inside the bounds of their group.
Finally, the man found Aoshi outside the door of the dojo. As he
approaches, Aoshi began to move swiftly towards the careless
messenger in a fraction of a second. The messenger was surprised and
got slipped on the soil ground.
"I told you. Never call me Okashira when someone outside from our
organization is here. No one has to know about us." He raises one of
his eyebrows and the glow in his eyes began to change.
The messenger was very frightened at what his okashira had told him.
He looked at his okashira's eyes. He saw a different aura, an aura
of anger – an aura of disappointment.
"Gomen Nasai, Okashi…I mean, Sensei Shinomori. Gomen Nasai, Master.
I didn't know that someone from the outside is…." The messenger
tries to explain dearly but Aoshi interrupted abruptly.
"Stop making excuses! I won't tolerate such recklessness from our
code and respect to me." Aoshi's aura suddenly changed after what
had happened.
"Gomen Nasai, Sensei." The young man again tries to calm the
situation from his okashira. "I came here as fast as I could just to
deliver the message from Okina."
"Okina?" Aoshi suddenly stopped.
"He told me that I have to call you immediately and he is ready to
talk to you about what had happened ten years ago." The young man
bowed down towards the ground, still frightened at what his okashira
will do to him after breaking one of their golden rules.
Aoshi silently looked at the terrified young messenger for quite a
moment. He suddenly remembered something…..his younger days – his
younger days with the Makimachi's. He remembered the days when the
okashira usually scolded him about that kind of rule. He often
forgets that rule, making his Okashira very mad and often punishes
him. He didn't know why but he careless about making their
organization keep secret from the eyes of the public. Punishment
from him made him stronger and keener from his views – opposite from
they are trying to implying to him. At the end, little Misao was
always there to make his days brighter - making him forget all the
harshness of reality and reminding him his arrogance.
"Stand up." Aoshi ordered him to do immediately.
"What, Sensei?" The young man abruptly looked at his master's face.
"I said, stand up. Deliver me the message properly." Aoshi's aura
began to subtle.
The young man's face began to slowly brighten up. "Arigato Sensei.
Arigato" He stood up and scrapped the dust and soil off to his
knees. Then he looked up to his master. "Okina-sama told me that he
is ready to speak with you at the garden. He waits for your
presence. You have to cancel all your appointments for today. This
is a fragile moment for the both of us, as said by him." He
gulped. "That's all. Master Shinomori."
Aoshi paused for a moment to think. He faced back on the young lad
and rubbed his temple. "I accept. Tell him to meet me on the next
room of this dojo. It is better to have our conversation privately."
He closed his eyes and raised an eyebrow. "Now go! Go before I
change my mind about your penalty!"
"H-H-HA-HAI!!!" The young messenger took off to deliver the message
from his Okashira Shinomori.
Kokoro walked towards one of the dojo's door to view what's
happening outside with her sensei. She saw him thinking, thinking
deeply as if something that made him differ from a while ago.
She spoke unhesitant. "S-Sensei! Do I have to start my warm-ups? I
think I don't have to after all I have been through this early
morning."
Aoshi didn't respond. Kokoro looked at him and saw his feet barely
naked upon the dusty ground. "Sensei! Sensei Shinomori!" All her
fears and nervousness slowly depreciates.
Aoshi snapped from this thinking and quickly remembered Kokoro about
teaching her today's lesson, today's training. He walked towards her
while Kokoro walks backwards. He stopped right at front of her to
tell that the training will be off for today. It will be held
tomorrow after class due to an unexpected circumstance.
"Why, Sensei Shinomori? I thought we will have a session for today?
Why tomorrow? It isn't the schedule you gave for my practice, for my
training. It isn't the one we agreed upon." Kokoro's brave side
showed.
"Treat it as an exemption, Shiawase-san. Please. Don't argue with me
at this crucial moment. And besides, students like you should be
happy at what I did." He walked through her and took his towel near
from the floor he earlier sat with. "Off you go, Kokoro-san."
"Demo…." She still tries to insist. She looked at him, still nothing
reaction from him after his last word. "Fine! If that is what you
want, okay then. It came from your decision, not mine." Still, no
reactions from him.
Kokoro moved from her spot and took her sports bag from the wooden
floor. "So….see you tomorrow, sensei." She walked through the door
and tied her rubber shoes.
After tying her shoes, she stood up and faced her sensei. "Next
time, please, don't waste my time for such nuisance. I have a
competition here to catch up. I don't know what is going on with you
but I would like to tell you this – whatever you have their in your
sleeves….please….try not to grab all of us at your misery. So what
if you have something making your life sucks! People need to live
their lives sometimes. Let me help you." Then again, no reactions
from her sensei but something in him moved. How come she knows
something about him, about his suffering? Does she really know it?
"Sensei, I'm afraid I'm not that kind of student. Though I don't do
well in my academics, I treat this one very special." She
sighed. "See you tomorrow. Sayonara." She walked back to the
restaurant again.
Aoshi sighed and walked to the other side of the dojo's door going
to the next room. "You know nothing about my misery…..nothing."

Chapter 9
"You know nothing about my misery…..nothing."

about the grammar thing.....sorry about that.
