Kyou was waving his hands in the air wildly as Yuki just smiled and
laughed. Haru looked at Yuki and Tohru
smilt tht them. Momiji ran up to the
group and hugged Tohru.
A
small group of girls were walking up behind them as Kyou accidentally swings
his arm out and hits one of them in the face.
Everyone looks wide-eyed at Kyou as he turns and looks to whom he had
hit. Her face was red, but nothing
really damaging happened.
"Oh,
I am sorry," Kyou said, putting his arms towards her to see if she was
okay. "Are you alright," he asked.
The
girl smiled. "Yep!

Sohma. How wonderful,' she thought as
she and her fds wds walked along to their first class.
Suddenly,
out of nowhere, a bright haired girl, about Tohru's age was slinking up behind
Kyou, but no one seemed to notice her.
She started her run silently as she saw him.

she called as she jumped towards him.
He
tried to step out of the way, but was not so lucky.

is this girl? And how are we going to
get Kyou to return to human form,' was Tohru's thoughts as the girl smiled at
Tohru and everyone.
"Oh,
my Kyou!" she cried as she kept kissing the cat.
"WHO
ARE YOU!?!" he screamed after checking to see if anyone had seen this
transformation.
"You
don't remember me, Kyou?"
"NO!"
he shouted at the girl.
"Well,
it doesn't really surprise me. I mean,
they had to keep me away from you. They
were afraid you might hurt me," she confessed.
Yuki
stepped up and sm his his angelic smile.
"Excuse me, Miss. May I ask who
you are and what your name is," he asked as politely as he could.
She
looked at Yuki. "OH!" she gasped.
TOO!" she cried out, tears almost coming to her eyes.
Haru
chuckled. He figured out who she
is. "Nami.
Kyou, I see," he said, his face stoic, but smiling.
"Haru!"
she cried out as she, too, hugged Haru, but he didn't change because she didn't
have the chance to get that close. He
held her forehead back with his palm.
Tohru
stood there with Momiji. She was trying
to figure out who this girl was. 'She's
got to be a Sohma, but why would Kyou transform if she was a Sohma,' she
thought.
Nami
turned to Tohru and Momiji. "MOMIJI!"
she cried, her gaiety showing through.
Momiji stepped back as she came towards her and hid behind Tohru.
Yuki
looked at Haru. "Nami?" he asked, his
face expressed confusion.
Haru
nodded and sighed. "Nami and Kagura were
always so competitive when it came to Kyou.
I'm a bit surprised that you forgot about her," he said to Yuki.
Nami
looked like she was about to cry. "Yuki,
you forgot about me?"
again.
It seems
that everyone completely forgot about Kyou still being in cuddly, kitty form.
smiled. She gave him a kiss on the
nose. "I love you, Kyou."
Yuki
smiled. "Maybe you can join us after
school at the house," he said. "You can
refresh my memory."
Nami
smiled and nodded. "SURE!" she said,
excitedly.
Kyou
growled at Yuki. She placed his pants
and himself in the boys' restroom so that he could transform back to Kyou and
ran off. When Kyou came back out of the
restroom, he gave Yuki a HUGE glare.
"What
the hell did you do that for," he complained.
"I
don't know, Kyou. I think I should get
to know her again. I have a memory of
her, but it's not all that clear to me.
Do you think I was wrong in doing so, Miss Honda," he asked Tohru.
Tohru
stood there with Momiji standing behind her.
"Um, no.
I think that you did the right thing in inviting her over to the
house. She seems to be such a happy
girl. It reminds me of Momiji," she
giggled as she looked at Momiji.
"She
scared me, Haru," Momiji confessed.
"Well,
there's nothing we can do about it, Momiji.
I feel really sorry for Kyou and Shigure.

Yuki
looked at Hatsuharu. "I didn't even
think about what Shigure would have said," he replied as he thought of Shigure
with Nami.
"Those
two separate are bad enough. Just think
of what it would be like if they were in the same room together," Kyou said.
"Oh,"
Yuki replied as he imagined Shigure and Nami dancing around, Nami trying on
whatever Shigure showed her, even Tohru's maid outfit, and he shuddered.
"That
would be horrible," Momiji said as Kyou chuckled.
"No.
Yuki's
face dropped.
"What
if Ayame comes by? Very bad idea for
them to be together," Momiji said as the bell rang.
"Well,
we better get to class. It's going to be
a VERY long day. I just know it is,"
Kyou said, his head down in defeat.
In
first class, nothing dramatic happened.
Everything went along as scheduled.
Time for the end of the school day had come and Kyou and Yuki walked
Tohru home as Hatsuharu and Momiji walked in the opposite direction.
"You
know, Kyou, if your senses were sharper, then you would have been able to step
out of the way and not gotten 'attacked' like you did," Yuki said, which made
Kyou more angry.
He
was fuming, but the touch of Tohru's hand holding his hand calmed him down and
he sighed. "Well, we will have to see
what will come of Nami. I hope Shigure
isn't inviting her to stay over. It's
bad enough the girl hugged me in the hallway."
Tohru
laughed as they reached the house. They
reached the door as they noticed it was open and Shigure and Nami were sitting
at a table, chatting.
All
three stopped. Tohru sank to the ground,
Yuki looked on in surprise and Kyou's face turned red.
Shigure
looked out at everyone and smiled.
Come inside and meet our visitor."
"Shigure,"
Nami said. "I have met them at the
school. I don't think they know yet why
I am here. I choose to keep them out of
the loop at the moment. Can we do it
that way? I prefer to stay anonymous in
my decision," she said.
Shigure
looked away from the others and at Nami.
"Sure, they don't have to know a thing."
Kyou
walked up. "What's this you're mumbling
about," he said in his nicest 'Kyou' way.
Nami
jumped at Kyou and hugged him again as he changed to his cuddly feline.

Shigure
laughed in his 'novelist' laugh.
Yuki
and Tohru look at him as Kyou takes off into the trees.

"So,
who is she?"
"If
you're asking if she's a member of the Sohma's, the answer is no.

special requests for dinner, then," Tohru asked a bit disappointed.
Haru
stepped out of the 'shadows' and smiled at Shigure.

looked at Haru and went to a scared look.
"OH! NOT THEM BOTH!" he screamed
as he ran out of the house. "Tohru, I
would batten down the doors and hide.
This isn't going to be pretty when any of them get back," he said before
he was out of earshot and sight.
Tohru
looked at Haru. 'What's he mean by
that?'
Haru
smirked. "Oh.
Tohru
shook her head. Haru looked as though he
was going to laugh.
"Well,
even though Kagura's the Boar, Nami can keep up with her.
cannot, in no way, beat Yuki. He?s the
only one she can?t beat. I kind of feel
sorry for the Cat," he said, looking out towards the trees that surrounded the
house.
"So,
what's going to happen? I mean, when Nami meets Kagura?"
"Well,
there is usually a showdown and then one of the girls comes back with a broken
leg, arm, hand, wrist or something even worse.
Nami once put Kagura in the hospital, she kicked her ass so bad," he
admitted, his head lowered in solemn remembrance of that saddening day.

Tohru
looked at him and blushed.
"Ha'ri

looked at him. "Is something coming,"
she asked as she stood up and walked over to him.

pushed her behind him. "Listen," was all
he said as she heard faint cries for help from both Shigure and Kyou.

and Shigure both ran inside the room and jumped amazingly high over the table

that's one more repair we have to do, Miss Honda," Yuki said, smiling.

Yuki
walked down the main hall and found Shigure and Kyou in a corner, but sweating

and Kagura," was all Kyou could get out of his mouth before he stopped and tried
to breathe in a bit before continuing.
"Both of them are in the woods.
Yuki, this is bad. Something is
going on with Nami and Kagura knows what it is, but Kagura stopped me dead in
my tracks and when Nami saw her; that was all that was needed.
said before they heard Haru's voice proclaim, "Kagura's back."
"Shigure,
you might want to call Ha'ri," Haru said as the three guys stepped back into
the room they were in not too long ago.
Kyou cried out in surprise.
Tohru
was even surprised at his voice. It
sounded as though he was about to cry.
Nami
then came walking up, holding her arm to her side and her nose bloodied.
"Kagura,"
Nami started. "Kagura got it light," she
said as she fainted on the door step.
Kagura
looked at Shigure.
"You
two really should stop fighting. It's
not appealing when two women fight," Shigure said as Kagura looked at him and
fell to her knees.
"Well,
it wasn't easy, but she got what she deserved," Kagura said before she
collapsed as well.
Shigure
sighed as he looked at everyone's expressions.
"Call Ha'ri?" he asked as though he was too stupid to know what to do.
After
a few minutes, he had gotten off the phone and walked over to Kagura and Haru
took Nami and the two giwerewere placed in the room just off the right door of
the sitting room.
"So,
what did Ha'ri say, Shigure?"
"He
said he'll be here soon," was Shigure's reply.
"Care
to tell me what happened in the woods, Shigure," Tohru asked, her eyes a little
angry.
"Not
really, Tohru. Like I said, you should
wait and see if Nami tells you about anything.
It's all her story so I don't like to interfere with it," he said, his
face going goofy
Tohru
put her finger to her chin and cocked an eyebrow at Shigure.
"That
doesn't sound like the Shigure I know.
You're hiding something,' Yuki stated.
"What
do yean,ean, Yuki," Kyou asked.

just sit till Hatori gets here. They're
both pretty beat, both physically and emotionally. It hasn't been too good for anyone lately."
Haru
sighed as he sat at the table. "Well,
Kagura hasn't felt good for a couple weeks, Tohru.

"You
must mention that they are both Boars, Haru," Yuki stated, his head down.
"They
are?!" Tohru squealed.
Shigure
nodded his head as Haru sighed.
"Yes. Nami and Kagura are both
Boars. Born on the same day, actually,
but the two are so similar, you would think that they would be twins or
something, but they're not. Kagura sees
Nami as her rival. I would tell you the
story, but like Shigure said, it's Nami and Kagura's to tell; not ours."

Everyone
fell silent for a few moments.
"Shigure,"
Tohru spoke suddenly. "Do you think we
should bandage them as best we can before Hatori arrives?"
Shigure
looks at Tohru. A small voice came from
the other room.

listened intently and silently as she spoke.
"Akito,
I wish I were with you, now. You
protected me from the outside. I love
you, Akito," she finished before everyone heard her crying.
When
she proclaimed her love, everyone raised their head and looked at each other.
'How
can anyone love Akito,' Yuki thought.
"I
can't tell them," was her last statement as she continued crying.
"Why
are you so grim, Shigure?"
At
the sound of the voice, Shigure jumped, looked in the door way and smiled.
"You
really should start locking the front door."
"Ha'ri.
Didn't hear you come in."
"Let's
keep it that way," he said. "Where are
they," he asked, getting to the point of fact of why he had come to the Sohma
house.
Nami
had stopped crying by the time Hatori entered the sitting room.
"Hatori,"
was all she said while he was talking to Shigure.
Haru
opened the door that separated the sitting room from the room the girls were
occupying. Surprising to all but Ha'ri,
Nami was still sleepin:p><:p>
"Hatori,"
she said as she took a deep breath.
"I'm
here, Nami. Relax.

Ha'ri
checked her vitals. After determining
she was stable, Hatori removed the sheet that covered her body and opened the
white kimono Tohru had loaned her. No
one objected as they watched Hatori clean and dress her wounds while he set her
broken arm. He was about to close her kimono
when he remembered he had to check something on on her body.

Nami and Kagura aren't related, then why do they look so much alike?"
"It's
hard to explain. However, I will say
this. Nami has always looked to
Kyou. And I mean, always.
Kagura, she thought that she should become just like her.

and what she had and wanted to be as Kagura was, pretty and sweet.
