A/N: Spawned from the
brain of a bored cashier doing U-scan at Meijer, and in
the name of friendship was gift-dropped into our laps at 1AM at Steak ‘n
Shake. Where I
proceeded to…improve upon it. When
you give an author a plot bunny…People, you have been warned.style=\'mso-spacerun:yes\'>

If you give a Vash a donut…he is
going to want more.

And for Vash to have more donuts, he
is going to need money.

But since Millie and Meryl usually
‘borrow’ all his money, it means he has to steal the cash from Nick.

When Nick discovers that Vash
stole all his money to buy donuts, he is going to want a cigarette.

Or five.

But Nick smoked all his cigarettes yesterday, which means he
needs to take his aggression out on something.

When Vash’s spider sense goes off,
he’ll use the remaining funds to buy a case of Wild Turkey as a peace offering.

When presented with the option of pounding class=SpellE>Vash into the ground or getting drunk, Nick…is
conflicted.

And when Nick is conflicted, he usually gets drunk to avoid
having to make a decision.

Vash and Nick, in a room together
with alcohol, usually implies trouble, so class=SpellE>Meryl and Millie are bound to attempt to eavesdrop.style=\'mso-spacerun:yes\'>

Since Millie and Meryl can’t spy
to save their lives, it usually means they get caught.

And when they get caught, Nick will usually offer them a
drink to sidetrack any awkward questions.

And when you offer Millie a drink, you get all the
sidetracking you could ever hope for.

When Millie starts shucking her clothes, Meryl
will usually drag her from the room to preserve her virtue, if not her dignity.

Once Meryl has dragged a tipsy
Millie from the room…Nick and Vash will want another
round of drinks.

And when Vash and Nick start
another round of drinks, it will likely turn into a contest.

And once the bottles are empty…

Nick is going to want another cigarette.

Or five.

And Vash…is going to want another
donut.
