Night\'s Obsession

The hilltop was still except for the wind making the trees moan in pure ecstasy. Cool blue storm looked over the deep jade green that sighed and sawed to the slow rhythm of pleasure dancing to it\'s own music as rain slowly slicked the land. A soft lost sigh escaped from deep purple lips. Thoughts danced around a lover from nearly four hundred years ago. A slender man with pale moon like skin, hair of life\'s crimson, lips like soft pale rose petals, and eyes that shown like precious jewels. His soft delicate hands ran down a slender phantom like body and storm cloud eyes shut as the imagined those hands belonging to the one they loved. \"Oh Ran.\" The soft sigh was lost on the moaning wind and the screaming sky.

Ran looked at Ken with desperate longing and smiled seductively. Deep brown eyes locked onto his then a soft twitching of lips and the eyes straying back down to the book they were so raptly paying attention to. Pale fingers glided over soft honey thighs up to the deep navy of boxers. A sly smile ghosted across rose petal lips and a clever pink tongue darted up caressing the shell of the ear he loved to whisper into. His pale hand glided across the dips and curves of the beautiful body that belonged to him and him alone and a soft moan escaped slightly parted lips. He smiled and moaned as a strong hand gently caressed his hip. \"Ken my love make love to me.\" Deep chocolate brown eyes bore into his and he found himself trapped in the world he never wanted to leave.

The soft rustle of cloths hitting the floor. The sad sound of sloppy passion filled kisses gently trailing down a cream white neck and chest. Moans of sweet love and pure bliss filled the still air. A loud scream of one\'s name and then the rhythmic sound of skin hitting skin along with soft whimpers, gentle please, and whispered vows. Two bodies mingled together one of honey the other sweet cream. Pleasure and love mingled together in one perfect moment of devotion and harmony.


The figure stood letting the rain soak his cloths and cling to his lithe slender body. His hands roamed his chest and stroked the bulge between his legs as whimpers of crimson\'s name drifted from his dusk purple lips. The image of the man he loved the one who turned him and promised him the world or an eternal life in it. He would fine his jewel-eyed lover and claim him again killing every one who stood in his way. He had dreamt of nothing more than being buried in that body that claimed his so many times. His love was his to have and his alone. He screamed the name of the man he loved as his eyes looked over the land.

He slipped into the night like a shadow after checking his sleeping love. He slid along the shadows like a phantom from some child\'s dark dreams. The night was his element and always had been though his lover seemed clueless to it all. He slowed his steps as he neared the park and looked up to the lonely sliver of the moon and sighed. He dipped in and out of the shadows and stood behind the dark haired man looking him over and trying not to clench his hand to release his weapon. \"I knew you would come Ken. You always do.\" He shook his head dark chocolate strands almost black in the fading moonlight. He sat calmly and looked at the handsome face of the man that taught him the things his lover refused to, the man who taught his lover everything there was to know about being a creature of the night. \"It\'s odd you know, I teach Ran and then he takes in the one I abandon and I in turn take in you. He is an idiot, they both are.\" He didn\'t say a word and just sat calmly for a long time till he felt a hand on his leg and one on his face turning his head so he could stare into deep dark eyes. \"He\'s not dead Ken and Ran was stupid to assume so. He will come for Ran and kill you if you stand in the way. You are a bright boy Ken so leave Ran forget what your heart says.\" He shook his head and sighed deeply. He glanced at the small silver sliver dancing on the pale clouds then back to his master, Ran\'s master Shion. \"You know I love him and I\'ll stand by him no matter what. I stood with him even after he cheated on me then turned me in a moment of weakness. Master, who is this other man you keep talking about? I know he was Ran\'s lover a long time ago but...do you really think Ran would leave me for him?\" The other man stayed quiet and soft sliver tears rolled down his honey cheeks and into a sea of hopelessness. \"I can not give you that answer young one for I do not know. I tell you to forget your heart to spare you pain. I have seen what others have done to you and I know if Ran left you would break. You are too beautiful to be broken young one, I wish I could save you the pain. I have come to love you Ken but I know you heart beats only for Ran. Goodnight my sweet one.\" A gentle kiss was placed on his lips and his eyes fluttered closed for only a second as the other man dissolved into the shadows.

The bed felt cold and his body trembled like the dancing curtains. Jeweled eyes fluttered open and looked around the plain room of his home not finding his lover. He stood slowly pulling on a robe and tying the silky fabric tight about his waist the deep wine color off setting his hair and making his skin pale as fresh snow. He slowly walked down the stairs stopping to look at the pictures that covered the walls of his and Ken\'s friends their smiles mocking him for losing his lover to his master. He knew where Ken went at night and it hurt him greatly to know his lover was no longer his alone. He heard the door open and close softly and stood looking at his lover who looked mildly surprised to see him. \"Ken you\'re leaving me soon aren\'t you?\" The sound of metal hitting the bamboo wood floor and the feel of strong arms wrapping around him caused the first tears to slip from his eyes. \"No baby never. You are my Ranny bear and I love you with all my heart. I\'m only going to Shion to learn the things you won\'t teach me but I need to learn. I\'m not doing it to hurt you Ran. I love you always and beyond forever.\" He nodded and fell into the strong arms that held him tightly. \"Forever isn\'t long enough.\" He felt the soft flutter of a smile and held his lover closer and his lover griped him firmly cradling him.

Two warm bodies met the cool sheets in a hot kiss that made them dizzy with passion. Cherries and chocolate meeting in perfect unity a love that seemed as fragile as it was unbreakable. Ken pulled away slightly and smiled down at his lover gently brushing away a few strands of hair from lovely eyes. \"I love you Fujimya Ran and I want to be with you beyond eternity. Shion has been training me because he is afraid for us, for me. He loves the both of us Ran he just wants us happy and safe together.\" Ran nodded and pulled Ken down seeing truth in his lover\'s open loving brown eyes. He kissed the other gently and they cuddled together for warmth and for the comfort the others arms brought each of them. \"I love you too Hidaka Ken.\" Ken smiled brightly and kissed him tenderly saying goodnight through the simple act that left him feeling warm and safe.

Ken\'s eyes were greeted by the bright morning light and he sighed snuggling into Ran\'s chest and closing out the horrid light. He peeked at his lover and smiled at the peaceful sleeping face of Shion. \"AH!\" He launched himself off the bed hitting his head on the cherry wood dresser. \"Owe.\" Ran sat up and blinked at his lover then slid to his side. \"Are you alright kitten?\" He nodded pitifully and sniffed a few times being pulled firmly into his lover\'s arms. He snuggled deeply into the safe warmth and sighed. \"What happened koi?\" He blinked at his lover and blushed. \"I thought I saw a spider.\" He lied easily and his lover chuckled warmly and kissed him tenderly. \"My poor kitten afraid of a little spider.\" He was lifted up and set back into bed as Ran snuggled into him. He smiled and kissed the warm crimson tresses tenderly and with all the love in his heart. Striking violet eyes regarded him for a while and he kissed tender rose petal lips pouring his heart into that moment. \"Um that was nice. What\'s wrong Kenken kitten?\" He shrugged and smiled softly then pouted. \"My head hurts.\" His love smiled and gently massaged his scalp looking for bumps. He flinched as his bump was tenderly touched and snuggle into Ran for comfort.

Ran smiled softly and gently stroked the soft head of chocolate hair and kissed honey lips. The kiss became deeper and he slid his tongue into the warm waiting mouth moaning softly. He still loved Ken with all his heart and soul but lately he felt odd as if some one was calling out to him and begging him to return. He pulled away and looked at Ken seeing dusk purple lips and eyes like a raging storm above the wicked sea. He shoved his lover roughly causing Ken to hit his head yet again this time harder on the nightstand corner and land on the floor with a painful sounding thud. The pained moan brought him back to reality and he scrambled to his lover. \"Oh Ken I\'m so sorry. Are you alright kitten?\" One deep brown eye sparked with gold cracked open then closed. \"Ran.\" He swallowed the lump in his throat and scooped his koi up gently rocking him and kissing his face. \"Ken I\'m sorry I don\'t know what came over me. Ken?\" His voice rose in panic when no response was heard. \"Kitten?\" There was a soft moan and the feeling of Ken snuggling to his chest. \"That hurt Ran.\" He smiled softly and kissed his koi deeply holding him tightly. He smiled at the warm chocolate eyes looked at him with trust and love but also a bit over anger and pain.

Shion walked the streets his waist length black hair dancing gently with the wind. It was cool for summer and it would be Ran\'s birthday soon. He knew that is when the other would come. His heart felt heavy and his lips still tingled with the taste of that one forbidden kiss. He sighed deeply and looked up at the darkening clouds. It was going to rain and Hiroshi would come out to play. He remember that night so clearly it made him sick. What Ran had stupidly created in lust would destroy the fine boy he loved. He shook his head vowing to let no harm come to the sweet brunet. He had no clue what attracted him to Ken but the boy was like a force of nature that just drew you in. He sighed and shook off the thoughts of the other. It was no good for him to love the child the pure innocent child that was like an obsession.

Ken looked at Ran as he tenderly held the ice pack to his head and pouted. His lover gave him a pained look and kissed him tenderly helping him hold the soothing cold. \"I\'m sorry Ken.\" He stuck out his tongue that was quickly surrounded in warmth and glared harder. \"I told you not to show it unless you intend to use it.\" He smirked and snuggled into Ran\'s chest sighing happily as his hand was allowed to drop and the ice pack was held to his head. \"Ken the reason I threw you off the bed was because when I looked at you I saw someone else. I... it... I\'m sorry.\" He smiled and nipped playfully at the creamy neck. \"I forgive you. When I fell of the bed I thought you were Shion. Talk about shock.\" He shuddered a bit and his love pulled him close kissing his temple and nuzzling his neck. There was peace between them.
