Looking out the window of the plane. A tall girl of about 16 was anxious to get back on the ground. Her silvery grey eyes glittered at the sight. She could fly just never this high up in the air. Although getting there her way would be faster. Her parents don\'t know she can fly. Her eyes can see every car and person from way up here. She loves her eye sight from the heights. Her mind wanders to where she is going. She decided to visit her brother in Toyama. Her thoughts wandered to the past two years. For a while Toyama was cut off from outside contact. ~Rowen please be ok. I need you to be ok.~ She thought.
Rowen asked Mia if they could clear an extra room for his sister. She was coming to see him. The other boys were helping to clear her room. \"Yo! Rowen! will she like to have anything other than white walls?\" Sage asked. Rowen looked at him; \"We are going to let her paint the room.\" \"Oh\" Cye smiled. Cye was moving the bed in with Rowen. Sage and Ryo walk in carrying a chair. It was about 3:00 p.m. when they finished. They had one hour before they had to head for the airport. Mia walked in to make sure the room was ready. \"Nicely done boys.!\" Mia smiled.
At 4:00 p.m. Rowen, Mia. and Sage went to get Rowen\'s sister. They got there as her flight was landing. Walking off the plane she looked around. Her silver eyes met deep blue ones. ~He has eyes like Mark.~ she thought. Walking toward him. Rowen saw a girl with black hair and silvery grey eyes. She was smiling as if she had fun. Rowen walks toward her. She hugs him and smiles. \"You must be Rowen!\" her voice was soft as she spoke. Rowen smiled at her and led her to the car. She sat up front while Rowen and Sage took back. Mia was talking with her on the way home. \"So what\'s your name?\" Mia asked. The girl was silent for a moment; \"Anira is what my friends call me. My real name is Farlana.\" The conversation continued all the way home.
When they got to Mia\'s house they saw Cale\'s car parked out front. Farlana looked at it and smiled but said nothing. Rowen took her to her room to put up her things. \"The other guys are home so we will introduce you all later ok?\" Rowen asked. She simply nodded. Once she was done unpacking she went down stairs to see what was going on. Her appearance made three of the guys nervous. ~Rowen! Sage! Did you know there is a girl here? Its not Mia!!!~ Cale\'s telepath made Rowen laugh. ~Yes we knew! This is my sister Farlana.~ came Rowens reply. Walking to the couch she sat to the side. It was weird for them because she sat away from the guys. Setting her notebook on her lap she got to work. After several minutes she had a picture of the living room with everyone hangin around in it.
Cye called them into the dining room for dinner. Farlana stood to the side quietly. Her eyes taking in every ones sitting places. She chose a seat next to Rowen. But it put Cye on the other side of her. ~This was a bad idea~ She thought. Cye looked toward her and saw her slight unease. She covered it well with a smile though. Cale and Sekmet watched her eat slowly. She didn\'t eat alot just enough to keep her moving. Standing up she asked to be dismissed. It surprised Mia to no end. ~This girl actually has manners!!~ Mia thought.When dinner was over Anira walked to her room. Cye followed her to check on her, but he was surprised when she wasn\'t there. Then he noticed the window open, \" she\'s probably outside.\" the torrent bearer jumped when the door closed behind him. Anira stood there her hand on the door. \"Do you always follow the new people to your household?\" She asked.
Cye was quite surprised at her. She walked up to him her eyes glittered.\"So, you are one of my brothers friends right?\" She was nice about her question. Sighing she turned and walked to the window. Cye finally stopped staring at her. \"No I don\'t usually follow the new comers.\" He pauses to come up with an answer to her question. \"I am Rowens friend yes. I was just wondering if you were ok.\" She turns to him and smiles. \"I am fine. I just have a really bad fear of men thats all.\" She turned away. Cye was just as surprised at her words as she was to have told someone. ~What are you thinking? They won\'t understand. Boys never understand.~ She mentally beat herself. Cye stepped toward her; \"No one in this house will hurt you. Not even the older men.\" He turned and left.
Rowen watched Cye walk out of his sisters room. Cye was quiet and it appeared as if he was thinking again. \"Whats wrong?\" Rowen asked. Cye looked at him for a long moment. \"Your sister is scared of guys. Ro\' We need to find out why and see if we can help.\" Rowen was shocked. His sister scared of guys. Rowen was quiet then he nodded; \"We can talk to the others and see what we can do.\" Cye smiled. The two of them walked up stairs. Cye went to his room for the night. Rowen went to his and Sages room.
It was about 6:00 a.m. When Cye got up someone was already up and moving down stairs. Cye saw Anira pacing holding the phone. \"Yes, Anira OceanFang. I need to speak with Mark FlameFang. Yo Mark do me a quick favor ask Jondalar to bring some of my things with him. I left my sketch book and some of my guardian items in my room. Thanks talk to you later when you call. Thanks bro. Don\'t get hurt.\" She hung up the phone. Stopping she picked up her sketch pad off the couch. Cye could see some of the pictures.
She set her sketch pad down and went to her room. Closing the door Cye heard her lock it. Walking down he picked up her sketch pad and went to look through it. There was pictures of her and many other girls in a cemetery. They were wielding different weapons. She held a yari that dark to light blue in color. Another picture was of a tall boy his name was Mark. Cye found the sketch of them in the living room last night. ~She must have drawn this while we were getting ready for dinner.~ He thought.
Walking out of her room she left the others a note. \"I went out for a shile don\'t worry about me. I will be back before supper.\" Then she left running off into the woods. Cye came down seeing the note he sighed. Rowen was standing on the balcony and watched Anira vanish into the woods. He turned walking downstairs the other guys were waiting. \"So what do you need to talk to us about?\" Sekmet asked. Cye looked at rowen then nodded. \"Well My sister is scared of men any one know how to help?\" Rowen asked quietly. It was quiet for several minutes. \"Why don\'t you let me try to help her?\" Cye was very quiet but everyone heard him.
\"Are you sure Cye? I mean you are shy and my sister is known for using the boys she is with.\" Rowen looked at him. Cye only nodded. Anira was returning to the house about 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. Her eyes were glazed over in thought. ~If what he said is true then we are in more trouble then they can handle.~
