After a long, excruciating night of fighting off the damned idiots who tried to penetrate his young princess’ castle, and steal whatever they could grab, Kurogane was just about ready to hit the hot springs and go to bed. Taking off his bath towel, he quietly slipped into the hot spring before closing his eyes and letting out a long, lonely sigh.

He wondered what Fai was doing now.

Kurogane whirled around in the bath. And there he was. Right there in front of him, there was Fai.

“FAI!!? What—how—why--!?”Kurogane exclaimed in shock. I must be dreaming, he thought. Either dreaming or maybe the hot spring it a little too hot. He hoped the “dream” lasted forever.

“Hitsuzen. You and I were fated to be together, so I came back to get you! Mokona and Syaoran and Sakura came here too, but they’re in the town right now, not here at the castle,” Fai said simply, smiling his usual silly smile.

“You…did…?” Kurogane asked, still in shock.

“Sure did! Oh..!!Um…Kuro-min…you’re…” Fai mumbled, looking down.

Kurogane suddenly remembered at what position he was in. He was standing with his knees slightly above the water, facing Fai, and had no towel on. Oops.

“Ack!!!” Kuro sat down underwater, his face covered in blush. Looking at Fai, he had nothing on either, but at least his ass wasn’t in plain view. Kurogane glanced in Fai’s direction.

“You didn’t…see…anything…?” He asked quietly.

Fai smiled and then nodded. “Yes.”

Kurogane wasn’t so sure what to make of Fai’s answer, so he just sat there and stared at him with the most awkward look on his blushing face.

Then Fai did something that sent chills up Kuro’s spine. He got closer to Kuro as though he were about to kiss him, and placed one hand on the inside of Kuro’s upper right thigh.

With eyes half open, Fai whispered, “ I came here for you. Now are you going to satisfy me or what?”

It was more of a demand, rather than a question, and Kurogane had been aching to see Fai since they parted, so without words, he answered that demand with a hot, passionate kiss.
