Revival of a fallen angel
Summary: Spike after once again cheating death returns to the bebop to his crew Jet and Spike. While seeking out their bounty that has made its way towards Mars Spike sees a ghost from his past, who is it and will this person cause him more pain and grief or will this person only make him wish for the life he once had? This happens after the real folk blues and has a bit of a look in to Julia and spikes past and their relationship together.

It all seemed like another dream. Once he could never wake up from...Once again he had managed to cheat death, to go on living again, the question was at what price? Being there next to her...seeing her die, that wasn't a dream, he saw her death over and over again in his fake eye, the one that remembered nothing but his past while his left eye saw the present and maybe future. What a task it was being Spike Speigal The ace bounty hunter along with his crew Faye valentine and Jet black. Together they were probably the best bounty hunters out in space. Though they couldn't keep money for very often they were still seen as the best.
Lately they had been hunting a bounty worth a nice 90 million woolongs and had finally cornered the Bounty on Mars. After loosing the bounty by way of ship the group decided to split up and look for the culprit in the vicinity After having no luck for what seemed like hours the three agreed that they would just wander around. Spike knew all of mars like the back of his hand and went into familiar places finding old bars and restaurants. He saw children playing on the streets and people walking by. One of the children caught his eyes a young girl with the same dark shinning blond hair and skin completion as her. He stopped walking as his eyes followed the girl. For a while the girl seemed completely oblivious to the fact that she was being watched. But after a while the Girl slowed down and looked back at him as the two made eye contact and Spike felt his heart skip a beat.
“Julia.” He whispered as he and the girl seemed locked in a stare down.
It wasn't until the girl heard gunshots that she ran off into an alley leaving spike to go check out what the shots were. It would only be a while before Spike got to the scene of Faye and Jet locked in a serious gun battle with the bounty. Hiding behind a building he soon joined the fight as the bounty tried his hardest to keep himself alive with the wounds he had.
“Hey mush for brains!” A shout came as a gunshot was heard and the Bounty fell back dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
“Huh.” Spike said surprised as he looked up to see the girl from before. When had she gotten up on the building he was behind. Though it wasn't all that tall it wasn't like she could climb up there unless there was a ladder. He looked back at the dead bounty then up at the building to see the girl gone as he ran to Jet and Faye. He wondered who that girl was as the three looked at the body of the now dead bounty. Jet held up a little card as a flash was seen as a picture came up of the body, the police would be there soon to pick up the body so the three left to the police station to collect their bounty.
After depositing the money into their accounts and splitting it three ways the three headed back to the Bebop, having no idea of who they were about to find. Walking into the ship Jet made a beeline to go care for his bonsai trees as Faye and Spike walked to the lounge area. Upon entering the door Spikes eyes widened at who he saw. The little girl from before.
“Hey how's you get in here.” Faye asked seeing her.
“snuck in.” The girl replied smiling at Faye as she tilted her head to the side.
“Who are you exactly?” Spike asked a bit angry that some child had gotten into the ship.
“I'm Julia.” She said smiling
A/N: Ok first chapter of my new story done. though most of this will center around Spike and Julia's past I'm just laying down the ground work. Now I know in real life there is no way spike and julia can have a kid and have her be as young as she is. she's like six but since I'm not sure how many years passed between their realotionship in the past and in the present that little fact may be a bit off. Don't forget to read and reveiw.
